Tambien la amabilidad de las personas del hotel que siempre buscaron apoyarnos y facilitar nuestra estancia en Zermatt. • acbogard (10/5): Great Stay for Families in a Perfect Location - We had an amazing stay at Zermatt Budget Rooms and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The room offered more than enough space for our family of five, which can be hard to find, and it was comfortable and well laid out for our needs. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the train station and right near all the restaurants and main areas in Zermatt, making everything incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and a great option for families. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.

Staff so helpful, pleasant & welcoming. The hotel it's self is gorgeous. The pictures will show you. Breakfast from 7am. All you could need to start the day. The room we had was at the games area and near the spa. V handy. The room is massive and the bathroom downstairs also v big. TV, fridge, coffee pods tea water etc. Table and chairs and a sofa. Hair dryer and shower gel. The spa is v relaxing after a long day walking. You are provided with robes, slippers and a handy basket bag for towels and put your things in. There is a quite room to lie in . Steam and sauna. I love this hotel definitely recommend And would return.

• Lydia (10/5): Hopefully you get an upgrade to the main hotel too! - We got upgraded to the main hotel on arrival. So we were very grateful, and regretted that we were not there for less than 24hours now! We got a room on the 4th floor with views of the Matterhorn- room was lovely had everything you needed. Beds were comfortable, had a good size bath to soak in. We didn’t end up using any of the other hotel facilities as we were there for only one night but we had the option to use the spa etc if we chose to. Staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived a few hours before check in and so we were aloud to leave our luggage until the room became available and it was brought up to us once we checked in. The hotel had a shuttle bus which we could of used but we didn’t - it was an easy flat 5min walk from the train station easy to find on the same road as station - with a big suitcase and rucksack each in tow it was manageable on the melted snow/ice road so no access issues. Location was ok - it’s at the opposite end of the town to the main lifts etc but easy enough to get to and pretty flat. We had a very quick breakfast in the morning which was convenient for us. Would stay here again. Nothing comes to mind.

• Erin (9/5): A lovely stay in the heart of Zermatt - This hotel is in such a great location - easy walk from the train station and to the village centre. The hotel is really beautiful inside and the ski room is easily located underneath. The breakfast was good and the room itself had everything you needed for a nice stay. The bathroom was the biggest I had ever seen - definite highlight! The spa and pool were just fabulous after a day of skiing! The pillows were really uncomfortable and very squishy. It would be great to have 2 different types to choose from (harder or softer).

The room was surprisingly nice considering the price in ZermattSwitzerland; and of course, it’s hard to beat an excellent view of the Matterhorn from your balcony. My wife particularly thrilled with the very nice pool and spa. Just a very good value.
