• Maurizio (10/5): Non ci ritornerò in questo appartamento ma a Roma si di sicuro . - La posizione e la zona tranquilla. Pulizia scadente, un solo bagno in camera con una porta fatiscente, tutta la struttura da migliorare. Qualità prezzo troppo alto.
• Collins (2/5): I should have stayed elsewhere. - Enough hot water. The place was described as "elegant." If you gave me 60 days and a budget of 150,000 Euros, I could make it "elegant." As it was, it was slightly better than a dump. Old appliances and bathroom, everything needs replacement/updating. To give several examples, both the sinks leak, the toilet continuously runs. and the top of the refrigerator collects copious water. We told the representative, but he merely shrugged and said he was aware of the problems. Clearly, the owner is doing nothing to the apartment and seeks only to maximize income without any regard for the apartment. Find somewhere else.

• Kirsten (8/5): Would absolutely stay here again. Perfect location. - The location is perfect, everything is in walking distance and it felt very safe. Having access to the terrace was great. Good sized apartment and the air-conditioning much appreciated on hot days. Lovely towels and great communication via WhatsApp with the reception. Very good Wi-Fi signal too. There was open food left in the fridge and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The sofa-bed wasn't the comfiest and all the pillows provided were very thin. The water pressure in the shower was very low and there was no hot water on a couple of evenings.

La propreté inexistante : les appliques avaient 3 centimètres de poussière, la poubelle à la cuisine n'avait pas été vidée. Il y avait des détritus par terre. La salle de bain très mal équipée, le meuble lavabo tombait en ruine.. les tiroirs se démantelaient si vous aviez le malheur de les utiliser. Savon de douche dans des contenants douteux. Les coussins, si on peut appeler cela des coussins, pas du tout confortable, qui semblaient être vieux tant ils n'avaient aucune tenue. Le matelas pareil, inconfortable ! Bref FUYEZ!

Ci si arriva in macchina. Host disponibile a rispondere ad ogni domanda. Assenza di parcheggio privato (nonostante, in fase di prenotazione, avessi applicato il filtro “parcheggio”). A fronte di mia richiesta specifica, l’host ha chiarito subito la questione, peccato che avessi già prenotato. Divano spacciato come divano-letto, ma in realtà era un divano con penisola e ulteriore “cuscino” che andava a creare una zona più ampia, ma di dubbia comodità per dormirci. Cuscini scomodissimi. Colazione non fornita.

Would use this property again when back in Rome. Host was excellent with welcome, information and communication. Location was good for getting around with no issues and plenty to do within walking distance I struggled to work the TV in bedroom but I think that was more likely a me problem . However I was able to work the TV in the living room space

• Stefan (8/5): The stay was excellent. - The location was great and walking distance to the Colosseum and surrounding area. Many resteraunts within walking distance also. The place was very quiet. The rooftop patio was nice but we didnt us it. They have there own driver that they can pick you up from the airport or the cruise terminal and you have to pay cash but very convenient. The bed was very comfortable but could have used a couple more pillows for comfort and they do not use wash cloths in Italy so you might want to bring a couple of your own.

El baño necesitaría unos arreglos, se ve viejo.

The apartment was noisy, the windows weren't shut tightly, the boiler (or something similar) was running all night, the mattress was the worst I've ever had, you should change your bed and mattress immediately, the bed linen was terrible... I could smell someone else on the pillow.

Wszędzie blisko! 100m od apartamentu mieści się lokalny sklep ze świeżym pieczywem, wędlinami i serami. Ponadto 2 dobre restauracje przy samym apartamencie. Apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania, gospodarz był miły i pomocny (pozwolił nam zostawić bagaże w specjalnym schowku), błyskawicznie odpisywał na wiadomości. Apartament wymaga nieco odświeżenia (pomalowania, wyczyszczenia). Jest dość skromny, ale na krótki city break dla 4 osobowej rodziny w zupełności wystarczy.

• Carolina (9/5): - The location is amazing,easy walking to go to the city,nice restaurants. Really quiet neighborhood. The bed is comfortable and the penthouse was a super nice bonus. Just one problem,hot water. I think it's a general problem in Rome but in two days we had to wait for a shower. There's a nice bath but we couldn't use it.
• Federico (4/5): Deludente - Struttura pulita con posizione ottima La struttura viene spacciata per 4 persone quando è una struttura pensata per 2 persone con 1 divano letto aperto nel salotto. L’unico bagno presente è nella camera da letto quindi gli ospiti che dormono nel salotto dovranno in ogni caso invadere lo spazio personale altrui. I letti sono distrutti e scomodissimi, abbiamo dovuto dormire al centro del letto in quanto spostandosi un minimo si rischiava di cadere. Il divano letto era scomodissimo e pendente al centro. Appena entrati il riscaldamento era acceso a palla e rendeva l’aria soffocante, quando però poi siamo riusciti a spegnerlo non è stato più possibile accenderlo con l’aria calda perché continuava a cacciare aria fredda rendendolo inutile.
• Nicoletta (8/5): Ottima posizione, appartamento perfetto. - Ottima posizione, staff disponibile. Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario, zona centrale ma silenziosa. Tornerei sicuramente. Il letto matrimoniale molto scomodo, si abissava nella parte centrale. Da cambiare.
• Assunta (5/5): - Mi è piaciuta solo la posizione. Non mi è piaciuto che non ci fosse nessuno ad accoglierci. Non abbiamo mai visto l'host o chi per lui. Ho chiesto una bustina di the, perché non bevo il caffè, ma non è stato possibile averla. Anche la pulizia del locale non era soddisfacente. Fra la camera e il soggiorno non esiste una porta, c'è un pannello di carta che divide i 2 ambienti. Comunque, non avendo mai visto nessuno dall'arrivo alla partenza, non ho avuto modo di far presente queste osservazioni.

• Karina (9/5): Fantastiskt trevlig vistelse, med nära till centrum - Vi fick snabb kontakt när vi kontaktade värden med våra frågor. Kaffemaskinen gick sönder men de lagade den väldigt snabbt. Allting var smidigt i kontakt med värden. Lägenheten var inte helt klar när vi kom. Detta fick vi avisering om, men då vi var 12 st. blev det lite svårt att installera oss. Vi tyckte värden var väldigt hjälpsam. Lakan och handdukar var fräscha och vi fick bytt handdukarna genom halva vistelsen. Att det inte var klart i tid. Vi fick vänta rätt länge innan vi fick nycklarna till de två sista lägenheterna, men vi kunde ta en tur i centrum under tiden vi väntade. En av lägenheterna luktade lite avlopp. Bäddsoffan i ena lägenheten var lite gropig och obekväm.

• José Ramón (4/5): Cuidado con elegir el Apartment Superior - El apartamento es muy céntrico, detrás del Foro, no del Coliseo, por cierto. Estar en el centro de Roma, a los pies del Capitolio es agradable, excepto si se arrastra una maleta por esas calles empinadas. La persona encargada del mantenimiento fue amable y el lugar estaba limpio. Cuidado a la hora de elegir este alojamiento. La información de booking no es clara y nosotros nos llevamos la desagradable sorpresa de recibir las llaves de un apartamento que no habíamos elegido (ofertan varios en el mismo lugar y el nuestro lo queríamos con terraza). Asumiendo que el error pudo ser nuestri al seleccionar las opciones (insisto, mirad bien...) al entrar pudimos comprobar que la realidad del "Elegant Apartment behind Colosseum" (apartamento superior, nada menos) que nos han adjudicado poco tiene que ver con las fotos de Booking. Un apartamento de dos piezas con un salón-cocina desolado (faltan la mayor parte de la decoración, sillas que no coinciden, falta de algunos electrodomésticos, o son muy viejos, etc.), elementos defectuosos (calefactores eléctricos con reguladores rotos, interruptores de calefacción anulados con cinta aislante que no debemos tocar según el encargado de mantenimiento) y ventanas que no acaban de cerrar bien. Repito: las imágenes en booking son engañosas y el precio pagado por 4 noches (700 €) no tiene relación con la pobre realidad del sitio.

• Filomena (6/5): - La posizione e la possibilità di avere un parcheggio in loco. Il chek in on line. Ho prenotato l'attico ma le foto sul sito non corrispondevano alla realtà. All'arrivo abbiamo riscontrato una macchia di umido sul soffitto della cucina e il condizionatore in camera smontato. In camera era presente molta polvere inoltre il bagno aveva una rubinetteria molto vecchia. I letti non erano molto comodi e visto il mese anche le coperte erano leggere.

• Charanjeet (1/5): - Worst experience in whole trip, we landed in Rome and took cab to go to this apartment, the code they gave to open door does not worked. It was 10.30 pm we were with small kids no communication. We have to book another hotel last minute for 600USD. Worst place Everything

The location was strategic, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient. Overall, a solid experience and good value for money.
