• Loretta (10/5): Piacevole soggiorno e accoglienza super - Il soggiorno a Casa di Alfredo è stato un'esperienza davvero piacevole. Alfredo è un ragazzo delizioso, che si prende cura dei clienti con gentilezza e premura, e questo già ben dispone gli avventori a una permanenza confortevole. la stanza era ampia, luminosa e pulita, e gli spazi in comune, la cucina e il bagno, ben tenuti e sfruttabili al massimo. Tornerò senz'altro.
• Carlo (8/5): - Ottima posizione, luogo tranquillo, sono disponibili diverse aree di parcheggio nelle vicinanze ma e' difficile trovare spazi liberi.
• Nicoletta (10/5): - Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Camera elegante, spaziosa, funzionale nel mobilio, fresca, con vista sui colli e con il soffitto affrescato. A due passi dal centro, perfetta per visitare la città. Pulizia ottima, staff ospitale e cortese. Dopo la prima notte ci hanno proposto di cambiare camera per stare più in tranquillità con il nostro cane. Nei servizi è compreso l'uso di una cucina con tutto il necessario. È stato un soggiorno indimenticabile, ci torneremo.
• Kathy H. (6/5): Wonderful location. Manager was not very friendly - The best part of the rental was the location. It was perfectly situated just outside of the city wall and close enough to the train station to walk with my bag. When I arrived I was greeted with a gruff manager who seemed only mildly interested that I had arrived. She started the paperwork for my rental and then told me how much I owed on the room. When I indicated that I had paid in advance she flatly denied it. No, no, no and tried to prove that to me be showing me her computer screen. As it turned out she was not even aware of my arrival and I guess the presumed that I had just arrived without a reservation. After some stressful moments, she began a search while criticizing Expedia - not VRBO -about the difficulty in getting reservations processed. I was not aware that Expedia was involved in the rental process. The room was nice and was exactly like in the photos. I only had time to stay one night over the weekend and was hoping to have a place to keep my bag during the day on Sunday so that I could explore Siena with hauling my suitcase. The manager was hostile about me leaving directly at 10 and only after pleading she said that I could keep my bag outside the main entrance until 1;00 but not any later. She had work to do and could not be troubled with opening the door after 1. So instead of having a full day in Siena I had to return at one in the afternoon for my bags which greatly limited the sight seeing I could do on Sunday before I left in the evening. It was greatly disappointing. My overall perception was that she was not that interested in having guests stay at Alfredo's casa.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Prenotazione non accettata!!!! - La recensione e si riferisce al soggiorno fatto in agosto 2016...purtroppo la proprietaria non ha ritenuto valida la prenotazione,per il soggiorno del 28/04/2018,nonostante la conferma via email di expedia con scritto "la sua camera e prenotata non serve chiamare la struttura".....la signora dice che per avere la camera serve la carta di credito come garanzia ma no è quello che dice expedia, dovrebbero mettersi d' accordo per fornire un servizio corretto, e non fare i pasticcioni inresponsabili....
• Julien (10/5): - Very well placed location and nice room. We’ve been there with two kids and had a room with three separated bedroom which were all clean and nice. The breakfast is fully handmade. I really recommend this place if you have to stp by Siena.

E' vicinissima alle scale mobili da cui è facilissimo raggiungere la stazione e a porta Camollia dalla quale sia accede al centro storico con una bella passeggiata. Il personale è davvero gentile, sono stati davvero tutti molto accorti e disponibili, molto premurosi e attenti. Le colazioni sono abbondanti e le torte fatte in casa danno quel tocco in più. La camera è spaziosa e luminosa. Davvero contenta di aver scelto questa struttura. E' risultata davvero comoda e ci ha permesso di godere a pieno del nostro splendido soggiorno tra i tesori della bellissima Siena, sempre incantevole.

• Dries (4/5): Good location but be aware of the bedbugs - The hotel is close to the railway station and about 15 minutes walk from the city center. The room and the shared bathroom are quite basic given the price. Be watchful for bedbugs! We were bitten and I even saw one crawling on my pillow. Breakfast is good for people who like it sweet but we missed savoury options. The hosts are not so welcoming.. Sometimes we almost felt like we were a nuisance
• VASLIN (10/5): Lit spacieux et très confortable - Nous sommes restés une nuit, la chambre est à 200m de l'hôtel et du petit déjeuner, par contre très propre et bien agencée, le lit parfait, seul bémol la salle de bain eSt commune pour 3 chambres, on a eu la chance d'être en décalé des autres, parce que 6 personnes à vouloir aller au Watter oû se doucher en même temps, cela pose un problème. Le petit déjeuner était parfait. L'accueil a été un peu dur car le jeune homme ne parlait pas un mot de Français, sinon je le recommande, pour un court séjour. D'ailleurs mes notes le prouvent

• Verified traveler (8/5): Proximité de la gare et du centre historique - Situé au rez de chaussée d'une maison de ville avec jardin, la chambre est spacieuse, la salle de bain commune est propre. Le petit déjeuner est très correct avec des produits salés (jambon, fromage, etc) ou sucrés (gateaux, pain, etc). Il est situé dans une zone calme, mais l'insonorisation est mauvaise entre les chambres. Cela peut être gênant pour les personnes qui souhaitent dormir le matin car il y a les bruits venant de la salle de petit déjeuner dès 7h.

• Marlene (8/5): Excelente relación precio/habitación. - El personal es atento y amable, la habitación es limpia, cómoda y amplia, el baño es compartido pero había 3 en la planta donde estuve, así que prácticamente era para mi sola, tienes a disposición una pequeña cocina, estás a 10 min de la estación del tren y muy cerca de los lugares turísticos de Siena, el desayuno es hecho en casa y fué mucho más de lo que me esperaba. Sin dudarlo regresaría.

Struttura e stanze confortevoli pulite e fresche, prima colazione soddisfacente e ampio giardino, internet Wi-Fi efficiente. Consigliato a chi raggiunge Siena in auto per la comodità dei parcheggi e vari servizi. Lo consiglio vivamente a presto saluti Matteo Anna e Denis.
• Larry (6/5): bizarre experience - I had sort of a bizarre experience. The son who checked me in was very nice and spoke English well. The mother I got involved with later when I had trouble logging into the wifi and came downstairs for help. (I needed to log on to get a friend's address who I was to meet for dinner.) The mother barely spoke English but wouldn't let me ask her son about the problem. She came upstairs to me room and couldn't get my phone onto the system and started getting very angry at me and yelling like a crazy woman in Italian. I think she was indicating that the system just doesn't work sometimes so get over it! Then a new guest arriving rang the bell downstairs and she was yelling and screaming at them. It turns out the wrong password was posted on all the cards in the rooms. The son later came and apologized about it, but I will never forget this woman seeming to come unglued before my eyes.

От вокзала надо подняться на серии эскалаторов наверх, а оттуда буквально 5 минут пешком до отеля. Отель буквально в двух шагах от ворот в старый город, так что очень удобно знакомиться с достопримечательностями Сиены.

In camera era freddissimo e non c'era nessuno a cui chiedere, inoltre durante la notte ci sono stati schiamazzi e urla per cui non si è riusciti a dormire! Per essere un bed and BREAKFAST poi la colazione è stata misera e di bassa qualità! Tornerei solo per la posizione e la convenienza
• Enne Enne (8/5): Posizione strategica - Gradevole b&b familiare che sa unire un'attenzione al cliente non comune pur garantendo il rispetto per la privacy tipica di una sistemazione alberghiera: discrezione e professionalità dunque - e non è poco. La ragione per cui preferire questa sistemazione è però la sua posizione "intelligente", non sufficientemente evidenziata dal sito e dalla recensioni. Chi arriva in treno (o parcheggia l'auto vicino alla stazione) in pochi minuti potrà raggiungere la struttura, senza doversi trascinare i bagagli in lunghe camminate: basta chiedere delle scale mobili per il centro e poi, all'uscita, prendere a sinistra verso la Porta Camollia (certo, qualche indicazione in più - insegne, cartelli pubblicitari, ecc -non stonerebbe...) Dopo il check in, sarà possibile viversi il meraviglioso centro storico senese raggiungendo Piazza del Campo con una gradevole passeggiata ma anche, volendo, usufruire della comoda cucina per un pasto fai da te (vicino a casa di Alfredo ci sono supermercati e altri negozi non turistici) o raggiungere in bus altre località dei dintorni. Pur avendo prenotato una singola, la camera (a 3 letti) era ampia e confortevole, forse un po' fredda, e il bagno condiviso solo con altre due camere perciò "quasi" a uso esclusivo. In generale, tutti gli spazi,intelligentemente articolati, offrono massima autonomia. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Good location outside of city center - The accommodations are simple and the price fits the expectations. However, I was surprised they don't clean or make your bed every day and unfortunately the last night I stayed there I woke up with over 20 bedbug bites on my right arm and neck. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone before they fix this problem.
• Jason (8/5): Relaxing and Good location - Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Room was spacious and had a small balcony. There was central heating in the room but it was not turned on at night, however the sheets were thick and bed was soft so we didn't have trouble sleeping. Our floor had 2 bathrooms, one smaller and outdated than the other. Both were clean which is good for shared bathrooms. Breakfast was generous, staff topping up cooked items with freshly cooked ones as they run low.
• J (4/5): Don't expect to arrive late or sleep in - Though they list the check-in times, it ends extremely early and they will make no effort for a late check-in so don't even bother trying. Even if you make it, don't expect to sleep in on your vacation as breakfast ends at 9AM. The place seemed clean but I didn't get to spend the night so I can't comment on the bed. The person serving breakfast was very nice but the host just wouldn't budge on check-in and I think that's unfortunate for a B&B which is supposed to be a little more home-y in my experience.
• Wheel barrow (8/5): Great location and value - Only 5 or so rooms to the shared bathroom. There was also a second one on the floor. Never had to wait. Finding was a little hard. It is a part of a larger complex. You go down path on side of building to a big door and buzzer panel. Hotel is bottom one. I am attaching picture
