• mcnallyv2026 (10/5): Travelodge, a Home from Home - Located in a very lovely location overlooking the Chobe River with it's magnificent sunsets, a lovely atmosphere from the drivers picking you up at the airport, very welcoming Front Desk and helpful portals, to a rooms so well layed out bedding and pristine bathrooms. It was a pleasure to sleep so soundly with an occasional shuffle of baboons on the fence or domesticated cats and wild meercats that do not seem to be afraid of people, who come to enjoy a show as you enjoy the pool which looks so lovely with a bluish hue in the night light. The food is to die for with the wonderful buffet selection from morning to evening, from gomer meals worth looking forward to come meal times. It is one place I would love going to every time I go to Kasane. Did I mention that activities outside the Lodge take you up and close to the Africa's Big Five animals. Such a Amazing to visit. See you there.

• Andrei (10/5): - I had an amazing stay here. The rooms were big, with modern furniture, and extremely clean, which made everything feel very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The whole property is well maintained, the food was excellent, and the staff were always smiling and welcoming. Another great plus is the free airport shuttle, which made everything very convenient. Overall, everything about the stay was smooth and enjoyable, and I would definitely return. Honestly, there’s absolutely nothing bad to say, everything exceeded expectations.

• Neelo (7/5): Great base to explore the Chobe - Staff are nice and friendly. The facilities are okay, reasonably priced and the lodge can organise activities and airport pickups for you. The food was very basic, and the same breakfast everyday. Most of the rooms have no view.

• Explorer579799 (10/5): Top-notch Service - Stayed one week in this great hotel. Even before our arrival, we experience the warm, accommodating and friendly hospitality of the staff. They made our visit! Special thank you to Betty, Winnie and Bafana. Winnie coordinated our 5 excellent excursions and Betty, Bafana, the chefs and other wait staff went above and beyond to accommodate my partner’s diet limitations as well as provided excellent service. The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to a lot of attractions and activities. We especially enjoyed watching the sunset from the observatory while also trying to spot wildlife in Chobe National Park. We highly recommend this hotel!

The food was great and location within 5min to the airport They need to make a plan with the Department of Wildlife regards too many Mungus on the way property . They are not a threat to human life but can be scary to kids

• HERMAN (8/5): Good lodge to stay in Kasane - The room and bathroom are modern and has everything you would need. Good strong shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast and dinner met our expectations and staff were friendly and helpful. There is a well maintained pool to cool off in the heat. Safe parking is available. The AC did not work well, even if the temperature is set to 16 degrees Celsius.

• CptGirl68 (8/5): A good base in Kasane - We stayed here 2 years ago and again this year. We were doing an extended road trip over 2 weeks and Kasane was where we took a 3-night break midway. Travelodge is perfect for this as it is very well priced compared to other accommodations in Kasane. It is huge with many room options but it's not a high rise, everything is on ground level. The property itself is big and spacious. A large swimming pool with a lot of space around it. Rooms are a good size, bathroom maybe a bit small, but manageable. It might give off a bit of a corporate/conference vibe, but not too much. It's neat and tidy, staff are very friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable. There is a restaurant and meal options are varied, and the menu is quite big. Just remember if you are staying for a few days, they might run out of certain meal/drink options as they are obviously dependant on when deliveries arrive. Having said that, they ran out of tonic water on the 2nd day of our stay, and their delivery was going to take a day or two, so the manager graciously sent one of their staff into town to get some more. Wine list and drink options can get limited, and they can run out if you stay for a few days, depending on their deliveries. The front desk is very helpful and accommodating and eager to help with any bookings or excursions you might want to do.
