• Candace (1/5): Housekeeping ??? - The size the of the room was nice. Staff was friendly. The room was dirty. It had the previous guest key card and gift cards left in the room. The room had coffee for no coffee pot. The garbage wasn't emptied. Had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper because there was none in the bathroom. The big overhead light in the bathroom didn't work and neither did the vents in the bathroom. ,

Only 1 tiny glass, fridge had broken shelf, bathroom was dirty (hair on the floor & in shower). Beds ARE SO COMFORTABLE!!! Rooms could use some additional cleaning. Wrongfully assumed there would be a hairdryer, I was wrong. There is barely anyone ever at the front desk, which doesn't feel very safe. I went in & out freely several times & there wasn't anyone at the desk or around. No lightbulbs in 2 of the lamps

Although we didn't need it, the full sized refrigerator and microwave would be great for someone staying several days for business. Location was near Pennwest California, which was our destination. There were were several resteraunts, both fast food and sitdown dining options very close by. The beds were fairly comfortable. The reclining chair in the room was broken. There was a nasty looking spot on the wall in the bathroom that I thought was a hair dye incident, but came right off with warm water and a wash cloth. The room just needed some maintenance attention overall. Carpet that was supposed to be base board was falling off the wall under the desk. The caulking needed cleaned or redone in the bathroom. Could have been cleaner.

• Cory (1/5): I will never stay here again and I would never recommend it to anyone. - Nothing. The room was filthy. The room had cockroaches. There was dead roaches in my bed sheets. I waited for over an hour trying to find a staff member to help me. When the staff member did finally show up and gave me new sheets. The "clean" sheets had a giant piss stain on them. I then had to wait over another half hour to find a staff member to once again get clean sheets.

• Shavonna (1/5): Never again - The location Mouse in kitchen cabinet, the mouse feces and roach traps in the cabinet where the coffe maker is being stored. Kitchen drawers had dirt and sirty pots stored in them. No complementary dish liquid, drinking glasses in cabinet were dirty. Body wash, shampoo and hand soap dispensers were empty. The tub could have uses a fresh coat of caulking. I made the front desk staff aware of this and was told there isn't anything she can do but let housekeeping know in the morning. I will never stay at this hotel again. There is no way this room was attended to prior to my checking in.

• JanythW (4/5): Room Sadly Lacking in Supplies - I will start by saying the people at the front desk are very nice and that is the only good thing I can say about my stay. The heat in my room was very unreliable, either too hot or too cold and not responsive to settings. There was no hair dryer. There was no ice bucket - if I got a bowl of ice and put it in the freezer, after ten minutes it was an unusable block of ice. There was no "body wash" in either of the pumps (shower and bathroom sink) and there were no bars of soap. There was only one packet of regular coffee and one packet of the creamer, etc. for a two night stay, and no daily room service to replace it. There also is no breakfast offered - the best I could do was a nearby McDonald's. I would not stay here again.

We asked for a refund which I still have not received. When standing at the front another man came up and threw his key on the counter and said he would not stay there bc they were trying to put him in a room where someone else was all ready staying. There was nothing about the place I liked

• Chris (2/5): - We found a cockroach on the sink, there is dirty/moldy dishes in the cabinets, the shampoo and conditioner holder was broken and rusted, the elevator smells like wet dog and looks like it hasn't been cleabed in weeks. Outside the main door smells like cat pee. I've never had this many problems until now.

• Carmel (2/5): - Upon arriving at the hotel the receptionist was asleep at the desk and had to be woken up. When going to our room the key card did not work. My husband went back to the desk and they apologized saying that they told us the wrong room number so we were trying to get into the wrong room. It gets worse. This was the only hotel that I have EVER stayed at that did not provide daily room service. I would not have even minded if it didn’t need anything, but We stayed for 6 nights and the staff did not enter our room even ONCE to make beds, change linens, provide clean towels, remove trash, etc. nothing. We had to take our used wet towels to the front to ask for clean towels. We had only one roll of toilet paper in the room for four people over 5 days/6 nights and we had to ask for more toilet paper. Little trash cans were full and when my husband emptied the trash cans himself and took to the front where the staff pointed him to where the dumpsters were. The rooms definitely needed updating. It was just gross. The gym looked decent, though we never ended up using it. Would definitely not recommend this hotel. It was quite a disappointment.

• MALLORY (2/5): Not the cleanest - The bathroom had hair strands and broken tiles. The refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned, it had leftover chocolate sitting in there. The lamp shade was broken and lots of stains.

The rooms/bathrooms need updating. Lots of appliances in the room, but not a hair dryer in the bathroom. Most hotels I have been to have a hair dryer. A/C was extremely loud.

But I would not stay here again.

Noticed it before I signed for room. Had employee redo paperwork. Employee was not welcoming or appreciative of our stay. All business like. A personality would be great. As for the room? Mildew around bathtub and shower walls were not clean. Hair on shower wall. All of the body wash and shampoo were gone. My husband has to get more at front desk. Should be checked after EVERY guest stay when cleaning room. Stain on sheet. Ewwww. Popcorn kernels on carpet. Kitchenette was gross. Handles to cabinets were sticky and gross. Most importantly the air unit SUCKED! We tried to adjust it prior to sleeping but it defaulted back to preset temperature. We roasted all night. Something cycled on and off and annoyed all family members all night. All in all..... dirty,gross and none of the employees pay attention to detail or take pride in their jobs. I ve stayed at A LOT of hotels arbbs and other rentals and this place deserves a D-.

• Cameron (4/5): Warn Down Facility - Bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, but slow. Overall though, the hotel did not look like it was in good shape. Rooms looked old and warm down. Showers were the same. Not a super comfortable stay. Definitely needs to be upgraded.

• David (2/5): - This is the Hotel from Hell. The service is terrible. Only one clerk to handle everything. My first room had a front door that would not close and lock. They switched me to another room on a different floor. The key did not work on that room. After 15 minutes they brought me a key that worked. The TV would not turn on and it took over 2 hours to get that resolved. Then they overcharged me $300. The manager could not be contacted for a week to try and get this resolved. It is still not resolved. Don't stay here. The rooms are broken and there is mold in the shower. The kitchen has junk for glassware and flatware. There is trash in the hallway in the morning and stays there for hours. There are better places, for less money within a block. I stayed there before and it was great. Not anymore. The staff is worthless.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable and affordable stay - The hotel location was convenient and easy to find. We had no problem with check-in, the staff was helpful, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Our double queen suite was well-equipped with a kitchen as well as a full-sized workspace. Would definitely book here again if we're in the area.

• Whitney (4/5): Torn... - Traveling for business and had a deadline to submit but their wi-fi was down. I spoke to two different front desk men throughout the course of 8 hours, trying to get it situated and had no luck. They were both nice, but not at all sure of how to fix it and didn't really seem as if they were looking in to the issue. The recliner in my suite was broken but they brought a new one in, so that was ok. It wasn't the cleanest, the doors all had dirty handprints all over them and no dishes in the kitchenette were clean, but I just used the microwave. I paid $5 for a freezer burnt popsicle in the little "convenience store", but I guess that's the "convenience" price. I know the front desk workers can't control all the issues, but they were extremely friendly and that goes a long way, I'm definitely torn in my opinion based on their friendliness, but I definitely would have liked to received some sort of compensation for all the issues. I'll definitely try another hotel in this area before returning here, though.

• Amy (2/5): - This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in! The exhaust fan in the bathroom was almost closed from all the dust. The sheets had a combination of blood, fingernail polish, brown and black stains. Fingerprint and smears were on almost everything. But hey, the fridge was clean. And the cleark was sleeping with her head on the counter when I went down to check out. I took picture of her and many other of these things I listed. Pay the extra and stay somewhere else!

• Leslie (4/5): Disappointing - The initial room I was supposed to be in smelled like horrible cologne or something that was a cleaning agent. I was disappointed by the overall look of the place. The second room I was offered was much better and no odor of strong cologne or cleaning product.

• Peter (8/5): - We stayed at this property after and during a snow event. While the parking lot was relatively clear, the sideways and curb access was not as clear of snow as it could be. Our room had a full kitchen/kitchenette which included a full size refrigerator which was very nice but there was only a small top shelf in it - no other shelves were there. The small cooktop met our needs just fine but the room was billed as accommodating 4 people and there was not enough silverware, plates, cups, etc to accommodate 4 people. There were some pots and pans but they were not properly cleaned and had a some bad scorch marks on them that couldn't be removed. There was a long desk/credenza that provided a place to eat but there were not enough chairs for 4 people to sit and eat. The room itself and the property overall was neat and clean. The staff who worked at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. We also traveled with our two small dogs - which was a major factor in selecting this hotel - and it was wonderful to be able to have our dogs with us and the staff again was super accommodating. The property is in a very transit area which is a good thing - lots of fast food dining options and shopping and easy on/off access to Route 70. Overall we had a pleasant stay and experience
