Al momento del check in se debió dejar un depósito de $50, el cual es reintegrado unos días después. Durante el check out nos permitieron guardar el equipaje, ya que nuestro vuelo salía hasta por la noche. Desayuno tipo buffet, personal muy amable. El aseo de las toallas puede ser mejor, pero estaba aceptable.

My elderly parents had fully prepaid for their room, arrived late at night exhausted after traveling, and were denied check-in simply because they could only pay the deposit in cash. We understand that hotels have policies, but what shocked us was the complete lack of humanity and basic compassion from the staff. Instead of trying to help, offering alternatives, or even allowing them time to book another place safely, the front desk staff treated them terribly. The woman at the desk was extremely rude, dismissive, and borderline harassing toward two senior people who were already under a lot of stress. My parents were left standing outside in the middle of the night, frightened and humiliated, despite already paying for their stay in full. This was not just “following policy” — this was inhumane treatment. There was absolutely no empathy, no professionalism, and no attempt to help vulnerable guests in a difficult situation. My mother and father experienced enormous stress before an important upcoming trip, and no elderly people should ever be treated this way by hospitality staff. We are deeply disappointed and honestly heartbroken by how cruel and unprofessional this experience was. - Marcel (9/5): - For us, this is THE hotel near LAX. Close enough for Uber Black (Terminal pick up) and walkable to In-N-Out. Nice beer selection, friendly staff, quiet, with good amenities. We'll always be back. Slightly more fresh breakfast options would be nice. The bananas are always out immediately when restocked.

- Passenger44962336151 (10/5): Wendy is a FANTASTIC front desk agent! - I had a small issue with my check-in by no fault of the hotel simply from how it was booked. However Wendy was very professional and extremely helpful/patient with us. Kudos to her and the team! You guys rock!

- SMadrigal04 (4/5): Quick stop in LA - Positive is we were able to get a room when we arrived at 1am. Negatives: we could literally hear every word of the people staying next door. Either they were way too loud or the walls are paper thin. Breakfast was okay. No GF options available. Should really think about getting some GF options for people who can't have gluten. I had an omelette and a banana.

- cecile (9/5): - Well appointed. Lots of towel hooks and rods in the bathroom which is great. And, it had a walk in shower which was fantastic. Didn’t have to climb into a bath tub to take a shower. Air conditioner in the room was very noisy so I had to turn it off at night to sleep. Room got a bit warm which made sleeping a little difficult.

- 278leonl (2/5): Stay away, much better options - Airport hotel with no shuttle. Lilly bartender fantastic but she has no help. She is bartender, waitresses , and cook! Way understaffed. Front desk could not answer basic questions Needs stronger management.

- Myra (6/5): Decent price, not crowded, easy access to restaurants close by. - Location close to the airport but not as busy as Century Avenue. Easy access to freeway on ramp. Big exercise gym. More than I expected and an indoor pool. Rooms are spacious. Decor is starting to look beat up and worn down. My room faced the street and it was difficult to sleep without ear plugs.

- angelahcliu (10/5): Friendly staff, great housekeeping, and lifesaving breakfast bar - I stayed here for a week for work with a coworker, and we both absolutely loved it. We would definitely return. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a lifesaver during our stay — especially the hot options like omelets and sausages. It made busy mornings so much easier. Housekeeping was excellent; our room was always spotless, and even the carpet felt fresh. The microwave and refrigerator were also very convenient for a longer stay. The staff truly stood out. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Anna for the warm welcome at check-in, and to Leon and Adrian for patiently assisting us whenever we had questions. As for parking, we were pleasantly surprised to find free street parking on Maple Street every day without any issues. Overall, a wonderful experience — highly recommend!
