• maurizio mario (7/5): Nice, but goid for one night only - Strategic location, near the metro station. Good price being in high season. Really clean with a friendly and polite staff. The room was really small. If you put the ironing table, you cannot even walk around it….no space where put my luggage… I suggest to advise about the room size during booking.

• Lucas (10/5): Un séjour exceptionnel ! - J’ai aimé absolument TOUT La proximité au national mall et Lincoln Memorial, le prix plus intéressant que les hôtels du centre, la chambre très spacieuses, confortable et avec tous les équipements nécessaires Et enfin le personnel de l’hôtel et du bar qui étaient absolument formidable C’était vraiment parfait je n’ai quasiment jamais eu un séjour aussi réussi dans un hôtel, je sais où réserver si je reviens un jour à Washington Si on veut être taquin, l’ascenseur était un peu lent 😆 (ça montre à quel point je n’ai rien à redire sur cet hôtel)

• Riccardo (10/5): Great hotel for visiting Washington DC! Excellent cleanliness of the room and great value - Excellent location and cleanliness! It really is a gem of an hotel! It caters towards young people Staff is young and enthusiastic, but a little inexperienced: 1) Before coming we asked if the accessible room had a shower chair and was told not (which is weird but ok), so we ended up buying one and it turned out the shower had its own shower chair built in. 2) we got breakfast there once and the waiter got the order all scrambled. Not a big deal but when we noticed they didn’t take note of the order we already knew it would have happened
• Ines (9/5): Wonderful stay near GWU - The room was very clean. Although it’s a bit compact, it was definitely comfortable and sufficient for a solo traveler. The location is excellent, situated right within the GWU campus area. It’s very close to the Foggy Bottom metro station, and Starbucks, Whole Foods, etc. are within walking distance. Just a couple of minor things to note: There is only one elevator available, and it’s on the smaller side. Also, my room was street-facing, so I could hear fire truck and ambulance sirens at times.

Due to the nature of the small room, certain layouts can be quite awkward, example small sink makes it hard to wash up. Not a big issue as everything is still available in the small area.

Sehr freundliches herzliches Personal. Unkomplizierter und freundlicher Check-in. Zimmer sehr klein, dafür gemütlich und sauber, Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel auf kurze Anfrage - gutes Konzept. Design des ganzen Hotels auf das Thema 'Bienenwabe' abgestimmt, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, sogar der kleine Fahrstuhlschacht beleuchtet und künstlerisch gestaltet. Das Treppenhaus ist gemütlich gestaltet mit Teppichboden und Beleuchtung. Großartige gemütliche Dachterrasse mit Rooftop-Bar, abends im Sonnenschein der beste Platz, ganz toll. Das Restaurant sehr gemütlich und urig, Pizzeria top Qualität und toller Service. Alles bestens, absolute Empfehlung für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt in Washington, bei dem man kein großes Zimmer benötigt. Kostenloser Kaffee am Morgen. Jederzeit gerne wieder, top!! nichts... alles bestens!! Dass die Zimmer sehr klein sind,sieht man bereits bei der Buchung, deshalb kann man sich darauf einstellen, also kein Problem.

Det fanns inte något kaffe att köpa efter frukosten. Det fanns inte någon direkt lobby. I ett av rummen saknades det gardiner att dra för fönsterna, rummet var mycket ljust på natten.

No storage space at all and needed to ask even for a small fridge. I think a few amenities like bottles water and coffee machine would make a difference.

Muito barulho da rua (ambulâncias, porque é caminho para um hospital). Barulho do hóspede de cima ( ouvíamos os passos dele). Podia ter frigobar no quarto. Isso faz total diferença para os viajantes.

• Connor (9/5): Cozy Hotel with Stunning Pizza - The staff was very friendly and hospitable. It was our anniversary, and they surprised us with an impromptu gift bag (I had only mentioned that when we arrived, so they must've got the gift bag together pretty quick). I loved the style of the hotel and the room. I was slightly worried hearing about how small it was online, but it really is quite a sweet hotel! The style of the place is very cozy and unique. The pizza was excellent too! The pillows on the bed weren't very supportive, so had a bit of a rough sleep. Additionally, the bar gave some skimpy serving sizes for drinks when compared to the price. The roads around the hotel were also a bit difficult to navigate for someone new to the area, but that's not really the hotels fault, just a warning.

• Jane (10/5): Fantastic 4 Night Stay in this fab Boutique Hotel! - This lively hotel had great staff, huge bed, big airy room. The whole team were amazing as were the pizzas! No tea or coffee making in the room. However after the first night I requested and that day a kettle and some tea bags sporsted! Excellent service!

• Maria (9/5): Happy with the friendly staff , great food and close proximity to DC monuments . - Great location and hotel staff . The pizza was excellent and the breakfast menus were delicious. I loved a note from the hotel manager welcoming us to the hotel with two free pizzas because I was willing to change rooms with other guests . It was a nice touch . In the room I stayed in the door to the bathroom was hanging by a rail and was slightly not wide enough to give full privacy . The lower rail was not securing the lower part of the door but other than that the micro queen loft had everything a person needs to be comfortable.

L’hôtel est dans le quartier universitaire donc je n’ai pas eu peur de rentrer tard le soir (étant une fille seule). Comme le dit la description les chambres sont petites, mais honnêtement largement suffisantes si vous voyagez seule.

Everything felt very accessible and easy to explore on foot, which made getting around super convenient. The staff were incredibly kind and always willing to help with any questions we had, which really enhanced our stay. One thing to keep in mind is that the rooms are quite compact. While they are well-designed and comfortable, they may feel a bit small if you’re traveling with larger luggage or prefer more spacious accommodations.

• Hassan (8/5): A well-located stay with nice amenities, but inconsistent service. - The location was excellent, and the morning coffee was very good. The rooftop was also a highlight. Some staff could be warmer and more engaging. Interactions felt a bit detached. It also seemed that many of the previously friendlier staff are no longer there.

• edisoto (8/5): EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY IN WASHINGTON DC - The hotel is conveniently located close to public offices and George Washington University. It is easily accessible from the Foggy Bottom subway station. The rooms are small but cozy, clean, modern, well-equipped, and illuminated. It is a safe place in a quiet area. There are shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. The internet is fast. The restaurant offers affordable Italian tasting dishes. It is a great option for work travel to downtown DC. I had no complaints.
• Jorge Minano (8/5): - I liked the location of the hotel. Walking distance to the Washington Mall, the Trump Kennedy Center, Georgetown University, subway and buses stations and stops. The rooms are very small and not very comfortable. I did not expect to get a bunk bed for my wife and me; it was my mistake that I did not notice this information while booking the hotel. I am 65 years old and healthy, but I definitely believe this issue could be a major problem for some of my friends.
• Kristine Leilani (8/5): - It was in a good location and had a cool vibe. The restaurant also had good food. Our room was not cleaned. Apparently we have to ask for it to be cleaned so it was not automatic. And the space was a bit cramped.

• Aida (10/5): Alles war sehr gut und ich würde wieder hier kommen, danke an das Team! - Die Lage war wirklich sicher und ruhig, ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Mein Zimmer war auch ganz gut und mir gefällt das Konzept vom Mikrohotel. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiten waren sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Ich konnte leider mein Zimmer nicht lüften weil ich die Fenster gar nicht aufmachen konnte. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 13 Nächten ist das schon etwas was mich gestört hat.

Das Zimmer war sehr mager eingerichtet, kein Schreibtisch, kein Stuhl, Zimmerdienst nur auf Anfrage, Frühstück entsprach nicht unseren Anspruchen, Karaffe Kaffe war an 2 Tagen leer und wir mussten gute 15 Minuten warten bis nachgefüllt wurde, keine Stadtinfo oder Prospekte
• Kyungwon (9/5): - 아침 식사는 별도의 비용을 지불해야 했는데 나름대로 푸짐하게 나왔던 것 같아요. 그리고 호텔과 연계되어 있는 피자 가게의 맛이 아주 훌륭했습니다. 또한, 직원들은 친절했고요. 방은 작은 느낌이 들었지만 그래도 아늑했어요. 무엇보다도 위치가 아주 좋았습니다. 그리고 소음이 심하다고 적혀 있었는데 엄청 예민한 편이 아니면 소음은 신경쓰지 않아도 될 정도입니다.

• Lurian (7/5): - Clean hotel and good location. The room is too minimalist, as the bed was too small for me.
• Kimberly (10/5): Hip hotel w/ Top-notch customer service - Hip little hotel with a no fringes rooftop bar, a solid pizza restaurant, and a cool bar on premises. There was an affiliated parking garage a 5 min walk from the hotel with a very reasonable overnight parking rate. The hotel is located on the same block as multiple fraternity and sorority houses from George Washington University so loud music was often blasting throughout the afternoons and early evenings. The Greek houses were respectful of the sound ordinances after dark though which was appreciated!
