• YUKARI (5/5): - よく使う駅の目の前にあり、コンビニはすぐそばに数件、中華街も徒歩すぐにあり立地がとても良い。 窓がなく壁が薄いので、とにかく近隣の部屋の音が気になる。 他の人が書いていたお寺の音は気にならなかったので部屋の場所次第だと思う。 私が泊まった部屋はスタッフルームが近いのか、夜中は3時過ぎまで話し声がずっとしていて、さらにずっと咳払いをしていたのでとても気になった。朝も5時くらいから話し声がしていて実質寝られたのは２時間ほど、全然休めなかったです。 音に神経質な人は避けた方が良いです。 でも場所はとても良いので寝られたら良いという人にはおすすめできます。 シャワーの勢いは弱いです。

• ANNE THERESE (5/5): Pas possible de dormir tellement on entendait les voisins - Très bien situé Extrêmement bruyant car les murs ne sont pas isolés donc on entends tout. Chambre vétuste et sans fenêtre pour nous.

• Frank (7/5): Overall a very pleasant stay,would return if given a room facing the front - There was no breakfast at the hotel We had a room overlooking the side road So the early morning bell ringing did not bother us to much Unlike the band in the pub opposite Very noisy but also very out of tune Location for public transport could not be better Merto less then 30 meters away Trying to leave in the morning at 5 am with the front door closed and no sign as to use the side door

• ksergm (7/5): Nice location, helpful staff, but unpleasant smell in room. - Location is nice, the staff were very helpful. There is a very unpleasant smell in the room, emanating from the AC. I think the AC was never serviced.

• Oswald (1/5): We love the road to the Cameron highlands and the people along the way,beautiful,just don’t come here - Location near mountains with small river near Toilet not flushing,double bed is two single mattress on slippery floor, ac remote not working,coffee shop closed, breakfast restaurant closed,clalet cabins have mosquito and not sound proof,can hear everything next door, very poor experience
• PAMELA (6/5): Per un paio di notti ci tornerei vista la posizione strategica. - La posizione è davvero ottimale! Vicina alla partenza dei bus, in pieno centro. Lo staff sorridente e gentile e nel complesso bella struttura e pulita. La pulizia della camera lasciava desiderare, sopratutto il bagno avrebbe avuto bisogno di una ripassata. Mancava la carta ma ho trovato un signore delle pulizie e me la sono fatta dare senza problemi. Alle 7.20 di mattina parte la musica generale che sinceramente..anche no!

• Diane (8/5): Everything you need, a kettle and clean sheets - The staff were fantastic, location was great It was noisy. I wish they would have Quiet floor for people who don’t stay up all night drinking and making loud noises! But that’s not the hotel, it’s the guests!

• Paige (4/5): Convenient, but bare minimum comfort - The location was convenient The staff were incredibly rude. Treated us as if we were an inconvenience. We ran out of toilet paper and the staff refused to assist, saying the morning cleaner would assist. The walls were incredibly thin, so we heard guests at all hours of the night.

• D A (8/5): Great location - The Lavana hotel was in a great location. Near central market and in the heart of Chinatown. The hotel was a little dated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reasonable value for money. The area was one of the homeless hotspots at night. They were not a problem and kept themselves to themselves. Nice people going through hard times. I would consider staying again.

• Callum (7/5): Good for a quick stop over - Room was cheap and good location in Chinatown. Directly opposite Han Travel pickup point if you are going to Taman Negara etc. We booked a room without a window to save some money but it felt a bit like a prison cell.
• Ad (8/5): Great Value for Money for such a prime location - Location and price. The hotel is literally at the doorstep of Pasar Seni LRT and MRT station. (About 3-5 min walk) There are various convenience stores, and self service laundry stores nearby. The famous Chinatown is about 5min walk from this hotel. Great value for this price point. The hotel requires deposit of RM50 which has to be paid in cash ONLY. At this year and age, they should accept other forms of payment instead of just cash.

• Corine (4/5): Disappointing - Staff is really super friendly and location was practical for my trip.. I should not have book the cheapest room as it had no windows.. It just did not say on booking otherwise I would not have booked. The Aircon was also really cold and I did not have a remote to make it warmer.

• Lainy (8/5): Value for money - Chose this hotel for its convenient location. MRT station is just across the road. Further up is Central Market and a stone's throw away is Petaling Street. Price is reasonable. Check in / out is a breeze. Housekeeping could have been better. Luckily the flooring and dim lightings help mask it all as my room is windowless. This hotel is not for OCDs.
• Kei (8/5): Super affordable and comfortable place to stay during a weekend trip. Thank you ! - The comfort and cleanliness was very good. Water and basic amenities were provided. Well functioning water boiler and hair dryer was also provided. Service was also very good. Thank you:) The lights in the bathroom flickered everytime the shower heater was in use. The water was not very warm as well. However, this and lack of parking spots were the only things lacking. Everything else at the hotel was great.

• Yasmine (8/5): - L'un des seuls inconvénients est le bruit, un temple où il y a une sorte de roulement de tambour très bruillant tous les jours plusieurs fois par jour.Tres tôt le matin et l'après midi , ce qui me reveille à l'aube mais l'hôtel reste très bien desservi par les transports et un excellent rapport qualité prix. Les hommes à la réception sont très polis et professionnel.

• Asmawi (8/5): Very good - I like the strategic location, easy access to let, mrt and main attractions near masjid jamek. They provided iron, some coffee and tea sachet. Hair dryer. Clean room. Mineral water The cup provided is not cleaned by hotel. The towel and toiletries provided are not enough as booking. A family room of four adult only get 2 towels and 2 toothbrush. The ventilation only depends on air conditioning. The window is sealed. Not sure maybe for safety or what reason.
