• Jason (10/5): Toronto during TIFF - It was a short stay unfortunately but very pleasant. The hotel was great and for me it was in a perfect location with access to Eaton centre and many great restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here next time visiting Toronto and hopefully for longer. There is an excellent cafe on the ground floor and connected to the building.

• Jonathan (10/5): - Excellent location. Very central with great access to subway and buses. Spacious apartment and fairly new kitchen. Quiet condo with nice views of the square outside the aura building. Supermarket is very close. The photo of the pool is the ymca which is about one block away. Had unlimited access to their facilities. Pool is large and water quite warm. I’d stay at this apartment again.
• Robert (8/5): - The apartment has a great view very high floor. The second bedroom is cramped more of a den then bedroom with just a curtain. The main bedroom is very nice.There is no swimming pool not sure why there is a picture on website of a pool?
• Kris Lynne (6/5): - Great location and very secure building. The wifi and TV was terrible. No channels and could not connect to any streaming services without freezing the whole apartment. Only 4 towels for 3 of us for 5 nights. No light I the shower in master and shower head in second bathroom sprayed everywhere.

This place has it figured out! We love the city of Toronto! The location of this property is perfect! The suite is beautiful! We would stay in this place every time if given the chance.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - The very high pitched smoke detector went off at 6:30 in the morning when I was having a shower and I messaged and called the contact number for the manager but no one responded for several hours. It was still going when I left at 7:30 for the airport with a bad headache. There is no on site manager or front desk to help. On top of that the fire alarm went off twice while I was there for a week and apparently it was a test.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great location, great layout - Lovely neighborhood (especially if you like to window shop) - easy access to restaurants and coffee. I was there for a business trip and it was perfectly situated. It works well for 1 person. I think it would be fine for a couple, but I wouldn’t have more than 2 adults (not set up with a lot of privacy). Also- a great view!
• Dave (2/5): - we arrived on Monday the 4th. left Tuesday at 9 AM. we had it booked until Friday the 8th. The apartment needs attention. Door into the bedroom will not close. the TV does not have normal cable, but i believe a some kind of satellite system that does not even include any Toronto stations. WOW, in Toronto and have to watch KOMO news in Washington. in the bedroom at 11 PM, we enjoyed listening to the next door neighbor's Music. Oh well, another experience in life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
• Sarah (10/5): Best. Staycation. Ever. - My hubs and I were excited to have a fun staycation in the city and Altitude Suites Bellamond delivered just that! Amazing suite, lovely decor and super clean and bright! AND THAT VIEW!!! WOWSER!!! What a treat! The owner was also very responsive and just provided A++ service. Can't wait to stay there again soon!
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Das Appartment liegt in einem Suite Gebäude direkt im Ausgehviertel in Toronto. Gesichert durch Zugangskontrolle und Portier. UBahn "Bay" in Gehweite. Parken eher nur in der Tiefgarage möglich. Abends ist viel Ausgeh-Verkehr an der Strasse und viele Lokale und hochwertige Clubs um die Ecke. Man sieht viele High-End Karossen (Lambos, McLaren, Porsches, Ferraris, ...). Das Appartment hat 2 Räume (Wohnzimmer mit großem Fernseher und Netflix, Schlafzimmer mit Queensize Bett und kleinem Fernseher). Da Appartment, findet keine tägliche Reinigung statt. Es wird auch kein Frühstück im Gebäude angeboten. Das Zimmer ist hochwertig ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Microwelle,...) und der Kühlschrank ist vorgefüllt (kostenfrei). Aussicht ist sehr nett. Manchmal trotz (bei uns) 20.Stock etwas Stassenlärm zu hören. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Also, it wasn’t clear on Expedia that this is an Air B&B and not a hotel, so when we were asked to provide cc details over the phone it seemed odd - until we realized it wasn’t a normal hotel set up. The check in was also confusing as the main outside door to the building/ security desk was closed off, so we ended up lost in a hallway. Thanks!

A Bottom of a toaster which is partially MELTED!!!’ First, how do i know the bottom was melted during my usage. It worked perfectly fine. Second, it appears it melted from heat of electric stove which I NEVER used. I just returned from trip and this is the first message when internet is back on. I will Never let this pass. People, never book this place. You never know what they might accuse of

Had to sleep on the bumpy, noisy, uncomfortable pull out. $ 35. dollar self park was a) difficult to find, b) occupied by another car, c) signed for a different suite and "don't park here unless this is your spot or you will be towed". Concierge corrected the issue. Otherwise, condo is well located in Yorkville area.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Serviced Apartment with good communication - The Bellamond is actually an apartment complex with regular tenants. A few units are managed by a company which rents them out as serviced apartments. The unit was clean and as expected through the photos.

• Janet (10/5): Bright elegant accommodation in the city core - Clean and comfortable digs that suited our needs for a short family vacation in downtown Toronto. We had two junior suites, which was perfect for three adults and two children. One had a fabulous view, and the proximity to transit, major attractions and shopping was fantastic. Staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. The kitchenette was modestly equipped but adequate to our needs for breakfast, or a quick bring-in meal. All the basic amenities were provided. One awkward aspect: we looked in vain for garbage bags, and the receptacles provided were tiny. Bellamond Yorkville was a happy discovery of affordable accommodation in a prime location.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Not quite together - No one answered call for hours prior to check in...so had to wait a bit. The young check in woman was waiting for hours for me in the apartment and I was waiting for 1/2 hour in lobby. Seems could have been better coordinated. Later got a phone call from Bellamond and the guy said he was out of cell range for most of the day..totally unapologetic. Apartment was nice, but air conditioning turned off in the building and weather unseasonably warm. Very hot and uncomfortable. Everyone who live there was complaining.
• Houman (10/5): So much better than a hotel - I usually stay in the Windsor Arms or the Intercontinental which are both great, but it's so much nicer having a one bedroom apartment on the top floor of this luxury condo (in the former Four Seasons Hotel building). The apartment was beautifully decorated, so quiet, with the most breathtaking views, a kitchen and a washer and drier. My only gripe is about room cleanliness. They need to hire professional staff (there were hair on the bed blanket, floors and the bathroom drain was completely clogged and I had to clean it myself).

The only downside was the lack of air circulation in the unit - despite wall of glass, only 2 small windows barely open - AC did not work - no air circulation at all. Master bath/shower needed a good cleaning...
• Gerry (10/5): Great stay! A full suite in the heart of Yorkville - They called me before I left Ottawa and greeted me at the hotel when I arrived. I appreciated the walk through the features of the suite which was $100 less per night than the small room at the Marriot around the corner.

The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for light cooking. The view of Toronto from the apartment was breathtaking. The leaves were turning and the skyline was sparkling.
• Maria (10/5): Amazing location! - This place is not only spacious but the location is amazing. There are great restaurants everywhere & it's very close to everything. I highly recommend this place if you're visiting Toronto for the first time or returning back.
• Ryan (10/5): Incredible view - Incredible view, modern condo in the heart of downtown Toronto. The only thing I can complain about us receiving no notice of construction. Construction was happening in and around the building limiting available elevators, quite loud as well. The room was 31 floors up so nothing could be heard up there. Located minutes from subway station and the ROM, 9/10.
