Randy (7/5): Great but noisy morning!! - Overall, the place was great. Unfortunately, when I booked the room, nothing was said about work going on within the hotel. The evening was quiet, but as soon as morning came, there was a LOT of noise that carried through to the 2nd floor room I had. Would recommend calling the hotel to check about ongoing upgrades and where within the hotel.

It was close to the Jedidiah Redwoods A lot of homeless people were wondering around the property day and night. The staff at night was very grumpy and annoyed with the patrons. They were not helpful. Our room had someone’s dirty shirt hanging in it. It looked like it had a blood stain on the bathroom floor. The bed was so bad I woke up over and over thinking I would have to get pain medicine because I had never felt pain like that before in my hips after sleeping on a bed. It was so bad.

I didn't like the fact that 3 of the staff members smoke right outside the front door that you get to walk through as you come in. Breakfast was fabulous and the gal who hosted was very attentive and made sure everything was well stocked and the area was clean and ready for all diners. My compliments! YUSUKE (9/5): Nice stay for impressive trails in Redwood and great beers! - Location by the sea and walkable to the restaulants in the small town. Recommend to go to Seaquake brewery if you like beer. 10-15 min walk. Nice beers and burger & sweet potato. Breakfast is good and similar to hotel chains such as Best western, holiday inn, etc. Facility was a bit old, but nicely maintained and welcoming atmosphere. Enjoyed several trails in Red Wood National Park. There was a bit dark area between the town and hotel. But, that should be okay.

Die Dusche hatte einen super Wasserdruck. Das Nebelhorn, dass 24 Stunden Tag und Nacht alle 8 Sekunden tutet. Ohne Ohrstöpsel ist Schlaf quasi unmöglich. Der Frühstücksraum ist ungemütlich und das Frühstück wenig abwechslungsreich.

John (7/5): Nice overall. Pleasant staff. - Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean. I obtained room 109, which was the ADA compliant room. While the room itself was well appointed, it sits next to a "Staff Only" room which, judging from the noises coming from there during the night, has some machinery that kicks on at odd times (e.g., 2:30 p.m. or so). While this was not a major issue to me, it may well be problematic to elderly ADA clients. Just a suggestion. As to breakfast, brewed coffee is vastly preferred over machine dispensed coffee. Also, breakfast should have a few more fruit options for those of us who eat light at breakfast.

Hernandez (10/5): Crescent City - The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our king room was very large with a lounging area with a couch and we could see the ocean from the room. They also have a complimentary breakfast in the morning which was very convenient. Nothing.
Donovan (10/5): Excellent - Beautiful hotel, great location, good breakfast, large bathroom. This place is great. Nothing to dislike.
Ellen (9/5): - Everything was great we will definitely be back this was a second time here and loved it. Everything was just as we expected breakfast was also very good hot items to pastries. Can't complain about anything

Michelle (8/5): Good value and pleasant experience. - Kind and pleasant staff. Comfortable room. Convenient. Appreciate the breakfast and fruit. Coffee and tea available all day was enjoyable. The sound insulation wasn’t good. I heard the family upstairs until bedtime.
Kristin (8/5): Would certainly stay again - Location was close to the beach, restaurants and the playground. The facility was clean and staff were kind and supportive.
