• Susan (3/5): Not worth the excessive price for the area due to the excessive noise only spent 1 night there - Location was selected as it was off the main route and away from the hustle and bustle, but inside it was noisy due to the guests, so not peaceful and quiet as hoped. Not worth the excessive price that is for sure. It was overpriced for what you got. Thought the place would be quiet & it was not. The pool was a zoo due to just a few children from a family that were unruly and parents from India not disciplining them and management not doing anything to control the situation. As it was right next to the dining place it made for an unpleasant situation, when all I wanted was a quiet relaxing dinner in peace and quiet, but not to be had.

• July (9/5): Will come back again one day! - A great location very strategic to reach all amenities, beach, restaurants, shopping mall, pharmacy, airport, all are in a bundle 😊 Love the authentic food, felt so great especially when come back home after overseas journey. Great hospitality and the welcoming atmosphere, comfortable feeling during stay, all facilities are great as promised, great value for money, and have had previous satisfaction too from other Swissbell! • Shuni (9/5): Near Perfect - (1)It's within walking distance to Kuta Beach; (2)Plenty of electric sockets; (3)Although located in a busy area, it's not by the side of the main street. Rooms are free from the noise of vehicles roaming Kuta. (1)However, the music in the lobby could also be heard through the speaker inside my room. Although it wasn't deafening, it was bothering; (2)Coffee and creamer weren't replenished two days in a row. I had to make a call to the front desk. I got them at last, and during the next days, new ones were always ready on my desk. I just thought that it would be much better if I didn't need to have asked.

Our view was overlooking the dining area which was next to lap pool. They had a nice buffet layout for breakfast and there were some beautiful plants growing on the fences. For an overnight stay we couldn't fault this hotel. The only thing was the pillows were a bit hard.

The cleaning carts and luggage passing in the hall way is like a jet engine passing by....its insane. Its like sound is amplified in the rooms by 100. The waiting times when ordering food is also crazy. We were the only table that needed serving yet on several occasions we waited around 20 mins or more for drinks after ordering...and an hour for the food.

Еда вкусная, ресторанчик у бассейна очень приятный. Сейф кто-то закрыл перед нами -тут же поменяли. Уборка каждый день, воду пополняют. Совсем рядом массажный салон, у девушки Суми руки волшебные. • Bianca (7/5): - Very reasonably priced hotel with all the basics covered off. I booked a room for one night but only used the room up until my late evening flight departure. This ensured I had somewhere cool to rest and could freshen up with a shower and fresh clothes before my international flight. Sure the rooms could use a freshen up, especially the bathroom. But at this price point, there’s really no valid complaint to be made.

Breakfast Experience: • It was nice to have breakfast provided. • Issue: However, the presence of bees during breakfast made it difficult to enjoy the meal, as it raised hygiene concerns. This could be addressed by ensuring the dining area is free of insects. 2. Room Amenities: • Microwave: The absence of a microwave in the room was inconvenient, particularly for those wanting to reheat food or drinks. Adding this amenity could improve guest comfort. • Phone Not Working: Having a working phone is essential for contacting hotel services. Ensuring all in-room phones are functional would help guests communicate needs more easily. • Room Card Issue: The room card failed to work one night due to low battery power in the door. Regularly checking battery levels in room locks might prevent similar situations. 3. Staff Response: • The staff’s comment about the hotel being a “3-star” property was unexpected. Instead of setting low expectations, it might be more helpful to emphasize what the hotel does well and how issues will be addressed to meet guest satisfaction.
• Benjamin (1/5): cheap but not good - the aircon was cold they gave us the wrong room. I paid for a 35sqm room and got put in a much smaller room. and the refused to change my room I requested an additional single bed which was not setup when we arrived. there were other guests staying at the hotel which were following the girls to their rooms multiple times at night making the girls very uncomfortably. one other guest groped my niece by grabbing her bum as she walked past. the buffet breakfast was disappointing, and the variety was low, nothing for my kids to eat such as cereal or fruit.

The breakfast is good, but the variety could be improved. If I were to stay in the Kuta area again, this would be my destination. The hotel area experiences a lot of traffic during rush hour, but it's not their fault.
