• AWANG ARMADAJAYA (6/5): an OKay stay - I had the breaking of fast at Hiris Restaurant. The food was good. I had Ikan 3 rasa, butter prawn, sotong goreng tepung, 4 season vegetables. I would recommend the place for a family treat. It can accomodate about 50-70 people. the tea making facility is minimal. Security measures not very assuring. The room is only so-so

• SIEW (3/5): Will consider other stay that are available in Bahau which striving for providing better quality of services and good fa - Just the location. I’ve been staying in this hotel since a decade ago with my family. The hotel management has been changed few times. A very good location which is in the heart of Bahau. However, the hotel facilities were in bad condition and the management was unable to accommodate the basic services that they had been provided especially for the guests with family. Very poor checking in and checking out procedures especially if you booked through platforms such as booking.com or Agoda such as the management team wasn’t aware of the booking or special request made by guest.

• Muhammad (5/5): Reasonable hotel - Location of the hotel is strategic. Ample parking space, easily accessible and next to a park. The smelly room, bad sink placement, no breakfast option, old lift.

The lift continuously broke down and had to climb up and down using the stairs. Saw an elderly man walking up and thats not good at all and no staff was to assist and aware the lift is not working.

• Tee (1/5): Like shit and stupid , dirty hotel I haven meet before - No take care of the room & halfway upgrade ( only toilet upgrade ) just put the mini fridge at floor.even after housekeeping , dirty item did not take out , just put at the toilet . When check in they give me key card , then try open the room can’t open. Go counter again ask why can’t open , counter said oh sorry lock spoil , forgot give u manual key. They back room try again, can’t open again till go down call again house keeping come . A Indon house keeping come , what she said , turn left and try again , pull the handle and hold and tan turn again the key the u can open the door . I ask her why so mesh to open the door , she. Said slow slow learn u can open the door. This is not should happen issue to hotel guests, please management, if got issue on the room or door don’t sell your room . Hope the stupid management, counter and housekeeping take note . We are staying more that RM 110++ per night , not RM 40-50 budget hotel . Thank for your stupid experience for your hotel . We are highly no encourage ppl to stay there . Thanks

• Wan (9/5): Fitting for special occasions. - Stay was fit for our purpose, to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. A welcome note was placed in our room with an apt message related to our 50 years together. The "all you can eat breakfast" was great way to try various Peranakan flavours. Dinner was also good to sample Portuguese cuisine. Only shortfall was just a maintenance issue. The shower glass door does not close properly, causing the dry area to get wet. We just use more towels to mitigate.
