(8/5): Very good and I would have loved to give it an "Excellent" but the ice maker fiasco prevented me - Room size but during my entire stay, nobody installed the promised ice maker in my fridge even though I reported it missing and requested they install one (the wiring was there but the ice maker had been removed). Nothing happened unfortunately despite repeated promises by the front desk that an ice maker would be reinstalled (Room 412). I loved the location (quiet and safe) as well as the pool and the fire place by the pool. Breakfast could have been much better with more pastries like croissants, sliced cheese etc. I would definitely come back again. Staff members never installed the promised missing ice maker in my room - not fair at all.

- Kurt & Lisa (8/5): Will stay here again. - Located between Palm Springs and Desert Hot Springs, the location was perfect for us. it was golf course adjacent and away from major traffic. The breakfast choices were numerous, varied and well prepared. Very nice outdoor pool. The bed was comfortable and kitchen well appointed. The room needed more USB ports or accessible plugs. The bathroom could use more than 2 hooks. The dresser was very close to the foot of the bed, requiring a careful exit from the bed. The app indicates there is parking but doesn't specify it's an extra $10 per night. Our room was oddly humid for the desert - thank goodness the windows open slightly and there is a continuous fan feature in the htg/AC unit.

- Robert (9/5): We’ve stayed here before and we’ll stay here again. - The breakfast was very good. They ran out of food, but refilled it instantly. The pool was very nice. They added a couple of umbrellas for shade. They accommodated us with a top floor room. The receptionist was very nice. The fourth floor, when we got there, smelled a little bit.

- Kornelis (5/5): Dissapointing. - Great Location. This is a refurbished resort converted into a Homewood Suites. It has a large number of rooms and was very busy during our stay. Breakfast facilities were well below par and simply not sufficiently scaled to the large number of rooms. In fact breakfast was completely overcrowded, no place to sit, constant food shortages and other problems. Quite disappointing overall. The room was small and showed it's age despite renovations. The additional charge for parking is unacceptable at this location with ample parking space. One particular staff member at the reception was not very friendly nor service oriented which was surprising and not what one would expect at the usually very good service levels at Homewood suites in our experience.

- Tina (3/5): Was very underwelmed with the accomodations. - Easy check in. The room was not clean, small and old furnishings. I had just stayed at the LaQuinta property and this hotel did not compare and was more expensive. I only moved hotels to be closer to the airport but there was no shuttle so had to hire an UBER. After getting home I was charged for parking. I did not have a car and now must try and get my money back.

- Yutaka (10/5): - Room: We chose a Clean Room with 2 Queen Beds, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The firmness of the beds and the softness of the pillows were just perfect. Staff: We arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, so the room wasn’t ready yet. However, the staff kindly offered to prepare the room as soon as possible and called us once it was ready. Wi-Fi: While waiting in the lobby for our room, we were able to use the promotional Wi-Fi. After entering the room, we used the in-room Wi-Fi, and the connection speed was smooth with no noticeable issues. Breakfast: We went to breakfast early in the morning, but it was already quite crowded. However, turnover was quick, so we had no problem finding a seat. The breakfast offered plenty of hot meals and coffee for two adults, and we were very satisfied. Overall: We chose this hotel because it’s dog-friendly, and our beloved dog also had a comfortable and pleasant stay. 🐶💕

- Mike (6/5): - The property was good in a great location, the pool was nice.The breakfast in the morning was nice.Not a bad selection for free.The problems we had there was all the unenjoyable pot smoking riff Raff that would be hanging out around the pool area and outdoor smoking section. The fire table was never turned on probably because it was full of cigarette butts and marijuana roaches. While we were enjoying the beautiful sun laying on a sun lounger by the pool, there was often a strong waft of pot.Smoke at one point.We looked over and saw a gentleman actually smoking a huge doobie right in the pool. And no i'm not joking. The other things that we're not enjoyable is that we had to ask for toiletries and restocks on the room.They were not just given or done like they should have been, you actually had to ask. There were some renovations done in the hotel that you could tell were done very cheaply or by non certified contractors.I would say, definitely not hilton expectation or quality.

- Charles (4/5): - I wouldn’t suggest this property, I was charged 10.88 for parking without any confirmation that I even drove in and parked. The hotel has a large open lot with no parking enforcement; no one asked if I drove in when I checked in or asked for a license plate or vehicle info for security reasons, they just charged me regardless. I could have taken an Uber in and still been charged for parking, definitely not a Hilton Honors perk I enjoy.
