- Joe Baca-Garcia (9/5): - Excellent Stuff and location
- Jose (10/5): Highly recommended for the money - Very good location. Walking distance to restaurants (although it has its own) and to the famous Boulevard and its magnificent sunset. Very friendly and accommodating staff. My third time here. Cold shower but healthy
- Jose (8/5): - Very accommodating and friendly staff. Highly recommended for the price
- Ebol (3/5): - I booked trio room for family but given 2 separate small rooms. I dont like anything in the room. Does not follow what i booked online
- Terrence (8/5): -
- Rodel (2/5): - Shower doesn’t work in room. . Toilet tank does not have water. You have to flush the toilet using a bucket.
- Kevin (10/5): Highly recommended - friendly staff nothing
- Agnes (8/5): - The front desk staff by the name of Ms.Cindy is very helpful. I actually booked via online for my daughter and her friend. I made an oversease call to the property to ensure the booking and she her customer service is good.
The room is spacious and clean. MY daughter had a restful sleep during her stay.
Thanks Antonio's !
- Eden (8/5): - Friendly and accomodating
- Isidro (8/5): Very good -
- Terrence (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (10/5): Outstanding! - Great room excellent staff, perfect location. I really loved this hotel. The staff are great. A must stay when you are in Dipolog. Thank you guys,
. Blessings, Michael Coury.
- Raymond (2/5): - The room was not yet clean. 2) The faucet not working well 3) worst thing toilet won’t flush 4) shower did not work. 5) driveway had feces of the cat/dog and u ran over with your luggage. 6) if your fat u won’t fit on the toilet.7) the sink behind the door and hardly no water dripping. As a motel should have enough water supply. Faucet hardly can open. . Chair is out repair still in the room. The only thing is staff moved us to a clean room at least.
- Terrence (5/5): Passable -
- Stanley (4/5): No - No No
- Jessie (5/5): Passable -
- Helena (6/5): - Convenient to all.
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - location, aproximity to boulevard and downtown.
reasonable price no hot water in bath
no bidet for hygienic cr
the bath was not draining water because of bending floor tiles
the mattress seemed used for many years, it had huge dent making sleeping not comfortable
aircon was noisy
no blanket in the room, only bed sheet
- Je-an (3/5): all the chocolates I brought with me got infested with ants and some got wasted due to ants - the location the toilet/bathroom
- Regie (1/5): Not good to stay - Nothing to liked in that pension house. There were no hotel staff to assist our stay needs. Very poor accommodation. The room were not good. TV is not functioning. There was no wifi. The room is not presentable and have odor. Not good for family stay. It's not worth of what we pay.
- Pabalolot (1/5): Bad -
- Perla (7/5): I purposely booked here for its proximity to the boulevard and nearby restos and cafes. - Good location, near the boulevard, which I wanted to experience. Also walking distance to town center, even to the plaza and church. I enjoyed my walk on the boulevard to get some fresh sea breeze. Tight bathroom, no space for shower, and no hot water.
- Finn (7/5): Good -
- Rosal (1/5): OUR ROOM WAS NOT AVAILABLE, HAD TO CRAM IN A SMALLER ROOM. A NIGHTMAR - Owner tried to accommodate us by being kind and offering another room but it was simply not enough. It was her staff's fault but it was just a nightmare. THEY DID NOT HAVE A ROOM FOR US.
Apparently, staff was supposed to cancel our booking because the room I booked was not available.
We were 3 ADULTS, 1 TODDLER AND 1 INFANT. I booked a Family ROOM WITH A SINGLE BED AND 1 FULL BEDS.
WHAT WE GOT: A small room with 1 QUEEN BED and an extra bed on the floor. It was literally cramped. If it was just me, it wpuld be fine. but wE HAD KIDS. We accepted the offer because we were already very tired and just wanted to sleep.
Staircase is definitely not for kids and older people. Our room was on the 3rd floor so it was such a hassle.
- Genevic (7/5): Good -
- Pat (10/5): Exceptional - 2min walk from the boulevard. You can take your breakfast there and watch the ocean every morning.
- Jerico (8/5): Very good - I like all except that door knob. The door knob at room 202.
- Ricky (2/5): Very poor -
- Jacob (2/5): Very poor -
- MARJORIE (8/5): - Bugnaw
- Douglas (8/5): Great location - For $12 + tax per night. Just as shown in pics basic air con room with tv. They did have a backup generator. I did not sample the free breakfast.
Location - plenty of food, bars and sunset blvd a block away. Very friendly and comfortable place especially for a single guy.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Terrible loud music during Friday and Saturday evenings between 21:00/02:00. That noice comes from an open bar right next door. “Thats their normal weekend planning”, the Pensions supervisor told us after we complained. “No refund possible“.
Staff was friendly but not honest when we asked for meeting the supervisor, first she was off to Manila, later she was just sitting in an adjacent room. + Poor sanitary technique/bad functioning.
I never go back.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Nearby Boulevard with several restaurants sorounding! No hot & cold in my room!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Well it was easy for me to be next to beach very affordable with free breakfast and especially very friendly people.just suited my budget.i be back soon,I would recommend this hotel to anyone
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Good if you stay only short time. I did stay 2 nights. No running water on whole time. Door of toilet was broken. Staff could be more friendly also. Breakfast was good.
- peter (10/5): great place to stay near the beach... - i have stayed here b4 and was very happy,,its a great place to stay, the staff all are very helpful,,i had a good breakfast with coffee, all included in the price,,,this is the best budget place i have found in the phils, bed, hotwater was good,
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The place is run down, no maintenance for years, room had bad smell, and very thin matress, feld like sleeping on the floor. On Saturday live band playing 10 meters from the room, very noisy, if the band was not playing, then the air-conditioning would keep you awake with 70 db noise.
Positive, it was cheap, and close to the boulevard and the sea.
- Lax (8/5): - Accessible
- Mike (2/5): rubbish - there was no toilet papper or soap and the Air con was so loud it keep us awake and it didn't work good
- Verified traveler (6/5): Poor standards - I can tell after a full life of experience with hotels, this one is so poor in many things. From the room really bad conditions to the toilet no hot water, dirt. The standards are so low. The bed so uncomfortable with no on top sheets. The tv set was unwatchable so bad signal. The morning free breakfast was acceptable.
- R (2/5): No sleep in Dipilog - Right next to two bars with music and other noise going on till 3 AM. If you want cheap and quiet this isn't it. Move along find something else.
- Verified traveler (8/5): good location - room rates are affordable.the staff are friendly and accomodating.nice location, fit for traveling alone.
- Sweet Jane (8/5): - It's good..And plan to book again in the near future..
