• AZHAR (5/5): An otherwise pleasant stay ruined by drilling which started before 9am. - Location was excellent. Facilities are pretty basic. 1. Shower stalls do not have separation, so water from the shower stall will overflow to the rest of the bathroom. Hence the floor will always be wet. 2. The hotel does not provide sufficient footwipes. With the bathroom being always wet, it is very uncomfortable to walk out of the bathroom. 3. No bedroom slippers are provided. There is no carpet so the floor is gets cold at night. 4. Renovations were going on at the upper floors & drilling started before 9am. We were not advised to expect the headache inducing noise upon checking in. Management should have monitored these very noisy activities to be conducted after check-oiut time to minimize extreme discomfort for guests.

From the beginning until the end, Zamre showed great hospitality and professionalism. He was friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever needed. The service was smooth, efficient, and well-managed, which made my experience very pleasant and comfortable. Zamre also communicated clearly and ensured everything was handled properly. It is not easy to find such good service, so I truly appreciate the effort and dedication shown. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Zamre to others who are looking for reliable and excellent service.

You guys can always ask for or try to find a staff member named Mr. Zamre, as he is truly one of the best people you will meet here. He is a very nice person, extremely kind, polite, and always willing to help customers with patience and a positive attitude. Mr. Zamre takes the time to listen carefully, explain things clearly, and make sure everything is understood, which makes the whole experience much more comfortable and satisfying. His friendly personality and professional way of handling matters really leave a good impression. Overall, the service provided, especially by Mr. Zamre, makes this place trustworthy and worth recommending to others.

I loved being within walking distance of so many wonderful dining options. While the stay was pleasant, the room didn't offer a view of the sea, which made it feel a bit more like a standard hotel than a traditional holiday resort experience.

• 752saranr (8/5): The place is quite convinent to try local food. The rooms are quite decent and staffs very helpful - Closer to Fruit farm and shopping mall. Other attractions prretty closer if you drive in. For the price this hotel quite reasonable.
