Esas sorun ise otopark önceliğim olduğu için otelin de otoparkı car gözüktüğü için seçtiğim otelde OTOPARK YOK. Ana caddede sıkışıp kalan arabamdan hızla inip girişiniz nerede dedim bizim otoparkımız yok dedi, uygulamada var gözüktüğünü söylediğimde AA evet arkada dört araçlık var hemen arka sokak dedi. Arabayı otoparka alması içimin görevli rica ettim yok dendi. Tarif edilen sözde otopark haritalarda çıkmadı, otele 600 metre uzakta özel otoparka bıraktık. Uzun yoldan geldiğim bir gece kalıp çıkacağım otel için otoparkta valizlerimizi açıp çanta yaptık otele yürüdük uzun zamandır deneyimlemediğim kadar kötü bir otel girişiydi. Odaları temiz kahvaltısı güzel içerde sorun yok ama otopark gibi önemli bir detay YANLIŞ YAZILAMAZ. Diyelim ki oldu DURUM BÖYLE YÖNETİLEMEZ, gerçekten yaşlı anne babamla perişan olduk yol dönüşü dinlenmeyi beklerken.

Odaların hijyeni yeterli seviyede, personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü, Odadaki eşyalarla ilgili de problem yaşamadık. Çocuğum ve eşimle birlikte güzel 2 gün geçirdik. Kahvaltı beklentiniz dışarıda parayla yediğiniz serpme kahvaltı veya açık büfe seviyesinde ise hayal kırıklığı yaşarsınız ama şunu söyleyeyim gayet yeterli oluyor ve doyuruyor. Fiyat performans olarak düşünürseniz tercih edilebilir bir otel.

• Salem (8/5): Hidden Gem in the heart of Eskisehir. - My husband and I stayed for one night. The room suite consisted of one bedroom, one bathroom, one living room and a kitchenette. The bathroom was dated although they had some nice decor in the other rooms. It was very clean and the breakfast was varied with delicious tea. It is in the heart of Eskisehir with a private parking in the back of the building.

Gece bir sorun oldugunda Can Bey resepsiyondaydi ve her turlu ihtiyac halinde tum nezaketiyle ilgilendi.Her otel cikisimizda guleryuzle ugurlandik, donusumuzde de guleryuzle karsilandik.Kahvaltinin 7.30da olmasi muhtesem cunku biz gec kahvalti yapma taraftari degildik ikinci gun saat 9'daki trene tok karinla bindik.Kahvalti gayet cesitli ve oncelikli olarak taze hazirlanmasi bizi cok memnun etti omlet bulmak cok hostu mesela.Eskisehir'in kis sogugunda hic odamizda isinma problemi cekmedik ve sicak su hep vardi.Her sey yerli yerindeydi cok tesekkur ederiz tekrar gelince ayni otel mumkumse ayni odayi tercih edecegim!

• Theodore (8/5): - Good location but room layout not good ("suite"). We checked in very late on Saturday and were told breakfast ends at 10:00. It did not, it was until 11:00 (weekends). We lost an hour of needed sleep due to misinformation by staff. Room warm and bed large, but can barely move around bed due to small room. Bathroom had zero shelf space inside or outside of shower, also poor lighting and was very small. Minor bar street noise until 01:00. Breakfast ran out of some items before closing, but generally good. Price reasonable for a 3-star in good location.

• Hassan (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel proved to be exceptional, boasting an excellent location right in the heart of the city, with a staff that was incredibly friendly. There were a couple of aspects that didn't meet my liking. Firstly, an unpleasant odor emanated from the bathroom, and I believe it would be prudent for the hotel management to address and rectify this concern. Secondly, the sounds from police station vehicles and the street infiltrated the room through the windows. It would greatly improve the stay if the hotel could invest in better soundproof windows to mitigate such disturbances from the outside environment.
