• yohann (8/5): - La piscine est géniale et à bonne température. Le personnel est très sympathique. La chambre est bien. Il manque une plaque de cuisson et des accessoires de cuisine. Le petit déjeuner est sommaire mais suffisant.

I couldnt ask for a better hotel and staff. It was under a little construction but it never effected my stay. Big thumbs up to this hotel. Bed was comfy as well.

• Joseph (7/5): Pleasant stay - Always staff first, they made the stay worthwhile, friendly and courteous. Hotel still looks clean and well maintained. I think the price/ quality lacks compared to , for example, the Pride hotel. Yes, its better located but I worry for a hotel when only 3 guests stay on average. And a silly side note, the night guard, who is a kind man is always accompanied by 2 dogs, one of them barks and might intimidate guests.

• Spencer (3/5): Poor - It's actually a very nice hotel but please see below. So we booked the Jacuzzi Suite. This was done on the basis of a separate room.and a sofa bed. We were a party of 3 including a 10 year old. The Sofa bed simply does not exist the small 2 seater sofa was inadequate to sleep any child comfortably. We requested an extra bed and were charged a staggering 700 bhat even though the unit description clearly states in more than one place there's a sofa bed. A polite conversation with the hotel staff only got an apology for the inaccurate description no reversal of the extra charge. Now onto the food it could be so much better however we'll over 50% of the menu was not available. I can honestly say my Thai partner ordered a chicken dish for me well they served up pork. This could be so much better with attention to detail. Breakfast in fairness was pretty good the dinner not quite. For the prices they charge go to Central where you can get a full steak dinner for less.

• Stanley (1/5): Absolute worst Hotel - Nothing: There is a long list of reasons why I will dispute the 1 night charge cause we left 1 hour after we checked in. Why? 1. Mosquitos: We could not use the poll 2. Work: Due to poor internet I could not work. I will write a letter as to the other 8 reasons that this was the worst experience of a hotel I ever had when I return to my home. 1, Mosquitos resulting in that we could use the Pool 2. Internet: My wife could access youtube and I couldn't work due to the poor internet connection 3. Constant Noise: Dog Barking 4. No Safe: Staff said for only "signature" room but I paid for a signature room 5. Breakfast: Poor, Pork only choice 6. Balcony: No chairs 6. False Advertising: Sign in Lobby said "Agoda 9" There is no way this place was a 9 and my wife who speaks Thai agrees. I will dispute the 1 nite stay for all the above reasons. I have photos of the mosquitos.

Found algiers on the pools bottom which didn't make the bathing felt fresh. Otherwise nothing to complain about

• Verified traveler (2/5): - I erroneously booked 2 rooms for a day I had already paid for. The staff at the hotel contacted Expedia provided step-by-step instruction to resolve my double payment, but the hotel elected not to refund my money or to apply it to a subsequent night's stay (they wanted us to pay for two rooms for an additional night, and to pocket my money rather than to provide a constructive solution. I had asked the hotel staff to provide me with the number of the hotel manager or the owner (BMW 750 parked just outside the front door) on several occasions, but the staff refused to provide it, stating he was "on vacation". I told the hotel staff that I was on vacation, too, but that made no difference to them. Oddly, the night before we had received a call from the front desk, at midnight, waking us and asking us to come downstairs regarding our room. When we arrived, the night auditor was with the front desk staff, and told us our duplicate payment would be applied to the next night, and that everything was all right, not to worry. We woke, went out shopping and to do some errands, and returned to the hotel to find the same front office staff present, telling us that the manager had refused to apply the payment, and asked us to pay for another nights stay for two rooms. While we were waiting, a German traveler walked in the front door, and told us he had the same experience with the hotel keeping his money. The manager and over of the hotel are crooks.
• Dennis (8/5): Best Value - Best value for a hotel in Phitsanulok. There is only one hotel better than this hotel in Phitsanulok and given the price difference between that hotel and this hotel, the Zense Boutique Hotel is a better value. This was our third stay in three straight years with our child and this hotel is child friendly and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for families. We stayed nine nights and the service was consistent and good. We had dinner in the hotel in some of the nights for convenience and the food was decent. If you are doing road trips up northern Thailand, we would recommend in staying at this hotel since it is on the main road that connects Bangkok to the northern provinces and also the road to Sukhothai. Don't forget swim suits since there is a kid friendly pool at the hotel.

This is our top pick for visiting Phitsanulok area. This was our second stay at this hotel. We would book this hotel again for our next visit here in Dec 2019.

Only downside was we found hair on the bathroom floor and in living area that suggests it wasn't cleaned that well. When we reported it and someone came to look, she said someone would come clean it, but nobody ever did. We were driving from Chiang Rai to Bangkok and this was a good half way point to stay for a night.
