• Serge (9/5): Optimal für ein par Tage Padel- oder Tennistraining. - Top für alle Tennis- und Padelfans. Alles ist sehr modern gehalten, grosse Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Die Qualität und Auswahl beim Abendessen (Buffetrestaurant) sind so lala…Samstag Abend gab es u.a. Hotdogs und Burger mit Plastikbrot, man hatte eher das Gefühl in den USA als in Spanien zu sein. Der Komplex ist riesig und nicht gut ausgeschildert. Die Homepage der Akademie ist unübersichtlich, man findet nur sehr schwer die Preise für die Lehrgänge/Trainerstunden.

The rooms are modern and clean. The tennis facilities are excellent. Transfers to and from the airport can be very pricey but this is not the fault of the residence

The whole lay out is absolutely fantastic. The coaches were very good on the Padel classes. Try to book the rooms overlooking the courts as the balcony view is great. Over side just the car park. I felt for the staff it was end of season. The shops didn’t have many sizes and the staff didn’t seem too concerned. The arrangement of Padel classes was confusing re where do you rent etc…..

• Yee won (8/5): Excellent Value and Comfort in a Beautiful Room - It wasn’t just the name — the room is super comfy! We absolutely loved it and think it’s great value for money. The breakfast is something you definitely shouldn’t miss! 🥐✨ Unfortunately, there are quite a few baby cockroaches in the spa and the changing room, which is something that really needs attention. I actually emailed you a few months ago about this concern before posting here, but I haven’t received any acknowledgment. I hope this time it can be looked into, as the rest of the experience has been lovely and the facilities deserve to be properly maintained.

• Marlene (9/5): The Rafa Academy is definitely worth a visit! - We are Rafa fans— the Museum was amazing-staff excellent - modern, clean, courts well maintained- restaurants exceptional and reasonably priced. Tennis instruction was just so so- not great. Incredible international experience.Pedro at the t at the tennis desk very helpful. As an English speaker and not tech savvy- couldn’t could not figure out the exercise classes. I have have been playing tennis for 20 years- a consistent club player- was paired in a lesson with a young woman who had never played before. I felt like I was perhaps paired with her because I am a Sr citizen. She could not get the ball over the net… so the pro pro fed me balls- was a very introductory class- clinics at home more challenging and instructional.

• NATALIA (10/5): I’d definitely stay here again! - I really enjoyed my stay at the Rafa Nadal Residence. The room was spacious and very clean, the dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A great place to relax after a trip or an intensive sports day, and feel at home. not applicable
• Pietro (7/5): Sport place - The building is new and well-equipped with various services. I had breakfast and also dinner included in my reservation, the food was of excellent quality. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, as if the windows hadn’t been opened for a while. I asked for a late check-out; although it seemed possible, they charged €30 just for a couple of extra hours.

It’s faaaar from Palma and not in the centre of the local town. It’s also very expensive for what you get. If you’re desperate to come here (I think far better places for padel) I would only sign up for the day training and stay somewhere else. Some Rooms overlook RUBBISH BINS
• Graciela (4/5): Overprice tourist trap - 1. El desayuno bien, sano. 2. La academia bien, 1. Desde el punto de vista de la experiencia al cliente muy mala, con muchas fricciones. Desde el minuto 0, no se entendía como llegar a la recepción, luego estaba mal la reserva que hicimos en booking y nos querían hacer pagar más en vez de analizar el caso (el cuál estaba bien de nuestro lado). Nos querían hacer firmar la estancia con nombres que no eran los nuestros (con otro nombre en las tarjetas) el kit de bienvenida lo dieron el último día y lo tuvimos que reclamar. (No sabíamos que existia) 2. Lo que más nos molesto fue que las canchas de tierra batida para alquilar estaban en un estado deplorable. (Canchas 44, 41, 42) Adjunto fotos de las mismas. 3. Compartis el espacio de gym y spa con gente que no se hospeda en el lugar, lo cual hace que colapse los amenties. Porque decidieron al famoso hotel 4 estrellas explotarle sus amenities al máximo como la suscripción de un gimnasio de cadena. La exclusividad se quedó en el camino.. 4.Un detalle pero el cafe del desayuno era espantoso. 5. Muchos gastos ocultos que te quieren cobrar (ej gorra para el baño, luces de las canchas) En resumen no vale la pena alojarse, el precio del alojamiento no corresponde con las instalaciones ni el servicio. Si quieres ir compren unas clases y alojense en otro lado. Salvo que valga la mitad que lo que está actualmente.
• Samia (10/5): Un séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre apaisant - J’ai séjourné à la Rafa Nadal Residence dans des circonstances particulières, car j’avais besoin de loger à proximité immédiate de l’hôpital. Le personnel est d’une grande qualité . La résidence est d’une propreté irréprochable et les services proposés sont excellents. J’ai également eu l’occasion d’utiliser le spa, qui est tout simplement exceptionnel, avec des installations modernes et une atmosphère extrêmement apaisante. Le cadre du complexe est magnifique, calme et très bien entretenu. Dans ma situation, cet environnement serein a été un vrai réconfort et un véritable bonheur. Tout a été absolument parfait et je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Já é minha 2a vez no hotel, na 1a vez foi tudo perfeito, mas o quarto 202 não vedava o box e molhava o banheiro, também entrava muita claridade no quarto e no último dia, mesmo com o aviso de NÃO INCOMODAR, a camareira abriu o quarto as 8h da manhã. O café da manhã é muito bom, a atmosfera do local sensacional, mas os restaurantes podiam fechar um pouco mais tarde.

• Jamie (10/5): Energetic, motivating and rewarding! (with a hint of relaxation) - The Tennis Court (and Paddle) facilities were excellent. Really well maintained and of great standard. The coaching teams are incredible for players of all abilities. I am beginner stages and left the camp with so many great tips and tricks. The accommodation was great also. The bedding was so comfortable - was that the quality of the bedding materials, or the fact I was so tired and exhausted from playing so much tennis? Perhaps a mix of both. The Spa facility was superb. Breakfast was fantastic. I ate a freshly made omelette each morning with cereal. I also drank orange juice and coffee. Tables were difficult to acquire at peak times. * The 2-hour training camp was great but I would have enjoyed if there were more activities throughout the day to participate for greater value for money. * There was no coffee machine in my room, only instant coffee.

• Delilah (10/5): Haven for Rafa fans - This place is such a haven for fans of Rafa Nadal like me. Even if I did not book any sports or spa activities as I could only stay overnight, I enjoyed my stay very much. The access to the museum is included with my booking and I liked the food I ordered at the restaurants. Breakfast also had a very extensive spread. The room itself was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. I also liked that I could shop for merchandise any time I wanted.

• Williams (6/5): I would like to bring my tennis team next spring for an adult camp - I like the fact that they gave a pretty good orientation of what to expect that check in and they let us check in a hour early. ButThe restaurant was very busy and seemed understaffed. Not very friendly interactions and we felt rushed. There was no way to take a shower without getting water all over the floor, even though there was an attempt to seal the shower door by using a plastic flap probably not installed correctly. The breakfast was excellent, but dinners were common. The shower door leaks.

Everywhere modern and very clean. Staff welcoming and helpful. Good location. 20 mins stroll into town. 15 mins drive to the nearest beach. Excellent breakfast buffet selection. Nothing to not like!

Unfortunately..although I thought I had booked for 2 people to have lessons .as it says in your booking .the wording is very misleading as only one of us was able to take part in the coaching sessions..and I had to pay an Extra £149 for my partner to join in. This and the hassle to organise it .spoilt the Birthday celebrations .

• Sarah (8/5): Any tennis players dream location. Gracias Rafa. - It's super modern and any tennis players dream. The facilities are incredible. The staff and the coaches are all super friendly. When you walk around the site smells beautiful. And all the restaurants are good quality food at reasonable prices. The Rafa Museum entry included with the price was very appreciated - it's a wonderful experience. Gracias Rafa. We didn't like: - the shower smelt like a drain all the time which made the room smell - the automatic lights in the bathroom area woke the other person up when using the facilities in the night as there is no door on the bathroom. We would hate to be staying with someone with a weak bladder! - the mattress on the bed wasn't soft enough for anyone with broad shoulders - Ouwch - the jacuzzi etc in the spa are all just luke warm temperature, unlike in the UK where they are all warm enough to soak muscles properly. That was a surprise.

• Roland (7/5): A sports hotel - Spacious rooms. Very very friendly and competent staff. Good food. Lot of things to do (tennis, gym, pool, spa, shop and museum). No decent separation between the room and the bathroom, basically one open space. No proper door at the WC, requires quite some tolerance of your roommate. Our room had a very bad sewage smell, wich could not be permanently fixed during our 3 night stay. The spa is too small for the size of the sports center/hotel. The location is remote, a car is necessary.
• Fi̇gen (10/5): Exceptional - Taking lessons from Coach Thanos and being at Nadal's facility was legendary. What I like most is that the employees are friendly and the cleanliness is at a high level. I wish there was a supermarket next to the facility.
• Laurens (9/5): Great atmosphere at this sporty venue, facilities are great and wide range of food options. - great staff, facilities. very nice elaborate breakfast amazing venue to stay at, play tennis or padel or just work out in the gym or relax in the spa for the price I paid I felt like it was a great value for your money the hidden costs of the spa are annoying, even though the spa is very nice.

• Jurate (5/5): Passable - It is difficult to find anything positive. It is an overpriced hotel with very unhappy staff. Maybe the swimming pool is the only one decent element in this facility? Staff was very unhappy, rooms very simple, cold, damp. Food is very basic, not a great PR for Rafa Nadal brand.
