The shower was h/c accessible but the layout was terrible. Water eveywhwre after each of us showered. The paint on walls are peeling as a result of this.

Hot meal was good but the package pastry,hot buns and bagels were terrible.Look for a better company. They were all very dry. Coffee and lemon water offered was very good. Need to have maps of Kingston available for visitors. Navigational systems don't allow you to see the big picture of the city.

It has been consistent place to stay each time. Within the greater Kingston area, Saugerties 10 minutes and Woodstock within around 20 minutes.

• Westportia (10/5): Very good stay as a wedding guest - My husband, daughter and I stayed in a 2 queen room for a wedding this past weekend. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The room was clean and pretty spacious. The room darkening shades are excellent. The breakfast was a great setup with many choices, including healthier ones such as yogurt, oatmeal and scrambled eggs. There were plenty of baked goods, too. They just got 2 new self-serve Costa coffee makers and the coffee was excellent. The guys working the breakfast were hustling and very friendly. The front desk staff were also very competent and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to find about 6 functioning EV charging stations around back. Ask for the card when you check in. It's not the Ritz, but for a hotel in this category, it was a very comfortable stay.

• Grace (8/5): Very enjoyable stay - First of all the staff was extremely friendly. Wonderful. Check-in was easy and smooth. They even upgraded us to a very large room. King size bed super comfortable room was clean two televisions very large bathroom. The shower was just OK. My only complaint was the electric blinds did not work you had to manually Roll them up and down. The breakfast was excellent. The pancake machine was quite entertaining, but the pancakes were excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Very enjoyable stay.

• Michael (9/5): Nice place to stay - Kerensa went above and beyond trying to accommodate my request to be near my other family members and to check me in early for my 24 hour trip. And Kerensa, Rachel, and Nia were so welcoming and friendly. Great customer facing people for sure. And, the night front desk staff was great. Made a good recommendation for Texas Roadhouse which was perfect. I stayed here before and I surely will again for future visits. Btw, breakfast and staff was also great. You have a good team there! I found nothing wrong.

• Nancy (10/5): Great stop over between PA and VT - The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Lake Katrine was a perfect stop-over on our trip from PA to VT. It was easy to get to from the NY thruway and super comfortable and clean. Breakfast was generous and tasty.

• ElenaTep (8/5): - We had king suite. It is spacious, comfortable, well equipped, nice bathroom essentials. Breakfast was very good. At booking we sent a request for 2 separate comforters, manager responded and said yes, but no comforters were there. When we asked at reception, we were given 2 duvet covers instead of comforters. TV could have been larger for the king suit space, it looks tiny from the sofa.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - When we got to our room the bathroom light did not work. We were moved to another room and the window coverings were ripped and broken. There were holes in the shade letting light through and there was no way to pull the shade up to let light in during the day. It was very shabby. I did not call the desk again because we were very tired from traveling. The man who handles the breakfast was great! Attentive and friendly.

• JOHN (10/5): Great hotel! I will be back. - The staff (Val) did an excellent job with my check in. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well which was a plus on a 93 degree day. The internet worked very well. The breakfast was excellent and had many options. I will go back to this hotel in a second. There was nothing that I didn't like.
• Liu (10/5): - I like there is a long couch chair next to the window, and there is a lamp and a desk. The fridge is big enough and the microwave functions very well.
