• Hui Yun (9/5): Loved this apartment, and would want to stay there again! - Everything was working, and the kitchen equipment and crockery were in good condition. The mattresses could be harder. Please add a pair of scissors in the kitchen drawer.

• Janet (10/5): Great appartment in excellent position for station - This was possibly the best place we've stayed in Cambridge, and definitely our first choice for a return visit. Close to the station, but there is also a large car park if needed. Very clean and comfortable.

• Hui Yun (7/5): I quite liked the apartment, save for the beds and the disruption to the hot water supply. - The location is good, and practically everything one would need is there. The beds in the 2 biggest bedrooms are very squeaky, and felt unstable. We had backaches from Sleeping in those. The hot water supply was disrupted during our stay. When I messaged to ask when it would resume, I didn’t receive any reply. Instead, I received a message to the effect that my stay was coming to an end and I was to check out by 10am. I would have appreciated some sort of reply, as I was contemplating whether to get a hotel room nearby so the whole family could get a hot shower. Showering with cold water in winter was frightful. I regretted waiting for a response; I should have booked that hotel room…

• adwoa (8/5): - The apartment is beautiful and neatly kept with two large rooms and an ensuite to the main bedroom and another main bathroom. Very close to all the main amenities Unfortunately, the mattresses are not comfortable at all.

• Wenhui (10/5): Fabulous - Good place for family stay. During the day, you can walk around Cambridge. In the evening, you can cook together and have a delicious dinner.
• Gillian (9/5): A very comfortable and convenient place to stay. - Very conveniently located for buses into Cambridge. Lots of coffee shops in the station area and also two mini supermarkets. Very quiet location. Well equipped apart from items mentioned below. It wasn't clear whereabouts on the street Vesta Apartments were situated as there was no sign on the building. Luckily the person who arrived to give us the key appeared very promptly. She showed us the apartment but did not really show us how to open the door which subsequently proved difficult to do. There were only 2 teaspoons, 3 mugs and 2 water glasses although I assume there should have been 4 of each.

• Tabassom (10/5): A spacious bright two bed apartment in excellent location - Location was excellent, very close to shops, coffee shops, station and not far from city centre. Property was very clean, bright and spacious, nice furniture and a good size fridge freezer, very good microwave/oven. bathrooms were also spacious. nice balcony overlooking a small park area. Good secure car park (at extra cost but worthed). Everything looked as new: washing machine/dishwasher/oven/hob etc. Having two bathrooms was what made me choose this property and it was so worthed It was difficult to park the car in front of the building to load/unload stuff. We had a baby with us and lots of things to bring to the flat or when leaving the flat. We booked the parking as well but getting into and out of the parking area meant going across the road and through a few doors / lift etc which was difficult when you are carrying things.
• Paul (6/5): OK - nothing special but comfortable. - Good location near to the station. Some form of maintenance was being carried out on the building so it was noisy and dusty. Balcony door wasn’t working properly.
• Eleonora (5/5): - The apartment is in a good position, it’s right next to the station and 15 minutes from city center. Seems clean. 1. Unavailability of self check in: The woman who gave us the keys was the rudest lady I had ever met. She was hard to reach and we had to find out by ourselves messaging our arrival was useless because she couldn’t see the messages and we had to call her in a separate number. She was rude on the phone and even worse in person. She almost tried to have a fight with us because of London Train delays and cancellations and threatened us to leave without giving us the keys and not give us a refund. We had a REALLY ROUGH day, we had been in the heat and had been running form one platform to another just to get a seat for 3 and a half hours. Did NOT need her to yell at us. She did not even try to show us the apartment and just bolted when she had nothing else to say. 2. No Allarm(?):She did not explain how the alarm works i’m not entirely sure if they even have one. I have anxiety and I did not feel safe sleeping there knowing she had a copy of the keys so I had to leave and find another place to stay while my mother in law stayed as she was too tired by all the travel we had. 3. No AC: they only gave us one single fan so we couldn’t even sit in different rooms because of how hot those days were.
• Ozel (8/5): It was ok. Brand new apartment with very close to schools and everywhere. Apart from the noises from outside - Very close to train station and cafes and shops. It was clean enough and the customer service was responsive. I didn’t stayed in the room on the pictures but it was also fine. 20 min walk to city center which also very easy to access. There was an area where teenagers were spending time at nights which was making sleeping difficult. I had a maintenance need which could not be solved and I had to find my own solution.

• Varsha Khodiyar (8/5): Great accomodation for a working week! - Greatly appreciated the provision of fans in the bedroom and living room during the heatwave! A key safe would simplify property access, but the communication with the office was excellent so this is not really an issue.

• Varsha (7/5): Good - The location is excellent and the decor in the apartment was lovely. Thank you for the tea, coffee and cereal boxes. Also the pint of milk in the fridge was much appreciated. The WiFi only worked in the living room,I could not connect my phone in the bathroom and the bedroom. The TV in the living room has Netflix, but the TV could not connect to the internet so I was not able to use this facility. The TV in the bedroom did not work, I think the power cord was missing. Also unfortunately I was unable to open the door to the balcony as the door was stuck, so I was unable to use balcony.

• Wai (8/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay except for the little hiccup with water stoppage. - I like the cleanliness and the good working order of all equipment in the apartment. I love the service of the management staff called George. He met us and showed us the facilities & how to access the private carpark space that we paid for our stay. The water supply to the apartment stopped 30 minutes before checkout time. I wished the management informed us if there is to be a water stoppage.

• Despoina (10/5): Fantastic stay, fully recommend - Property was superb: modern facilities, fairly new apartment, hard floor (ie not dirty carpets), clean, spacious. All apt heated to our liking, 2 full bathrooms, dish-washer, laundry machine and 3 TVs in the apartment. Host was also superb, excellent and prompt communication. Covered and locked parking was within 2 min walk. Check in out of hours easy. Everything was perfect, no complaints and would come again. I was not able to make the TV in the lounge work, but I think that was perhaps me. Did not really need ti, so did not pursue it further. I personally would prefer less back colour in the design in the lounge.

• Агеева (10/5): Exceptional - The best hotel! We calmly and promptly rescheduled our check-in dates at the hotel. They kept in constant contact with us. The employees were well-mannered, polite, friendly, patient and correct. The hotel prepared healthy and delicious food for us: plenty of portioned butter in the fridge and bread for toast, cold bottled water, delicious biscuits, cereal, chips, porridge, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. Very comfortable bed and sofas. The hotel is clean and pleasant! The hotel provided excellent towels, soap, shampoos. One caveat: we were unable to turn on the air conditioning. We older people may not have figured out how to do this. Next time we will ask the hotel employee to help us. This nuance did not spoil our impression of the hotel! You are best! • Grace (10/5): Wonderful apartment to stay in, would definitely rebook here again! - Such a lovely, fully kitted out apartment. Made us feel like we were at home away from home. The apartment was clean and well kept on arrival. The kitchen had all the tools needed for baking/cooking, including utensils, pots/pans, dinner sets. There was a fridge/freezer, oven and dishwasher also. Food and drinks were available at no additional cost such as butter, milk, orange juice, bread and snacks. As well as a small coffee machine, instant coffee, tea bags and sugar. Having coffee on the balcony started off the day splendidly. There was also a washing machine and laundry pods, along with an iron and ironing board. The bathroom had everything we needed- many towels, plenty spare loo roll and luxury shampoo/soaps etc. We also appreciated the slippers and hair dryer. It was pleasant coming back to this apartment to wind down after a long day. We enjoyed watching movies/TV shows on the large smart TV. The location was excellent- only 5 mins walk from Tesco and Sainsbury's, and about 15-30 mins walk from all the main roads/city centre. Collecting the keys was quick and easy with the excellent response time and communication from the team via Whatsapp. Just one stain/mark on one pillow.

Elevator was not working on the arrival , we had to carry 3 big luggage on the top floor by stairs . I’m on the doctors even almost a week past due to my back . Check in 15:00 , check out 10:00 . A bit robbery when u compare price . I asked for prolongation until 18:00 and they kindly offer me full night charge . In the morning when we were preparing a tost bread in toaster signalization start working 2 times . It was so bad to wake up all family . I contact agency somebody come but the only solution was when u prepare bread pul the kitchen extractor hood on . The funny side : it was not working 2 :) so we went out to breakfast and they repair during our absence .Also I think person leaving before than us was quite hairy :) picture athached

Good 'welcome pack' provided with snacks, milk etc. Good welcome and introduction to the apartment provided. Couldn't work heating and was a little stuffy at times after windows had been shut for a while (despite being quite cold outside). Not a major problem though.

• Javier (8/5): Nice stay! - The apartment was really clean and well located, very close to the railway station. Laura was incredible and supportive upon arrival :) unfortunately we had a delay and we were a bit late, but she waited for us with great patience. Beds are super comfy, kitchen very neat. The snacks, food and drinks we got as a welcome gift were great! specially considering that we arrived late in the saturday evening, too late to shop anything. We arrived with a rented car, and Laura was there to first guide us to the parking place in the cellar that we had booked in advance, prior to going up to the apartment. There is a nearby Salisbury shop, like 50-100m towards the station, where you can buy food and drinks. Very convenient. In general the apartment is quite nice, although there are a couple of small details that could be improved: When you shower you don´t have a small basquet to place the soap/shampoo (it goes on the floor), and the antislip rag was also missing so we had to use a small tower instead. (we did not want to disturb Laura on Sunday, but I am sure that had we asked for it she would have provided it swiftly. The bathtub did have the antislip rag though. Nothing really serious.

• Doreen (10/5): Exceptional - Very good accommodation, very convenient for our stay in Cambridge. Good welcome pack with bread, butter and jam, also milk, cereal and breakfast orange. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. The meet and greet service was excellent. We didn't use the underground parking because we managed to park in the street using my disabled badge. Would be happy to stay again and recommend to others.
