Important Information
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IGV), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
Any damage to or loss of property, belongings, or other items caused by guests (including smoking outside designated areas) will incur a charge equal to the full cost of replacement or repair plus a 25% administrative fee.
Likewise, if the room has to be closed for the days of replacement or repair, the full cost for those days will be charged at the nightly rate according to the guest's reservation.

Nos chegamos atraves dos serviços de onibus da empresa airport express que nos deixou em um centro de apoio turistico que ficava bem proximo do hotel, cerca de 5min caminhando. O onibus sai de hora em hora do aeroporto de lima, e o custo beneficio é bem melhor. Pagamos 30soles para casal. Foi tudo de acordo com nossas expectativas.

- Brown (1/5): not professional - Complete Disaster – The Only Good Thing Was They Let Me Smoke a Cigarette I have never experienced such shocking incompetence in my life. I arrived at this hotel with a confirmed reservation after a long journey, only to be told they had a major plumbing issue. Instead of handling it professionally, the staff made me wait a full hour in the lobby while they “figured things out.” The only good thing about this entire nightmare was that they let me smoke a cigarette while I waited. That’s it. That’s the single positive thing I can say. After wasting an hour of my time, they finally admitted they couldn’t call a plumber because “the boss wasn’t there.” Their brilliant solution? They just cancelled my reservation on the spot — no apology, no alternative room, no compensation, nothing. They didn’t even seem sorry about leaving me stranded. Because of their complete lack of professionalism and preparedness, I had to scramble to find another place to stay at the last minute and ended up paying significantly more. This experience was stressful, disrespectful, and incredibly frustrating. Avoid this hotel at all costs. They clearly have no idea how to run a business or take care of guests. Total waste of time and money. Never again. Worst Hotel Experience Ever – They Cancelled My Reservation on Arrival! I am absolutely furious and disgusted by this place. I arrived after a long trip with a confirmed reservation, and they casually told me my booking had been cancelled. No warning, no email, no phone call — nothing. They just shrugged it off like it was no big deal. What makes it even worse is that they didn’t apologize at all. Not a single “sorry,” not even a hint of regret. They offered me absolutely nothing — no alternative room, no compensation, no help finding another place. Zero support. Because of their incompetence, I had to scramble to find a new hotel at the last minute. I ended up paying almost double the price for a much worse room just to have somewhere to sleep that night. The whole situation cost me a lot of money and caused unnecessary stress and frustration. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking. If you can’t honor a reservation, at least have the decency to inform the guest beforehand and offer some kind of solution. Instead, they left me stranded with no remorse. I will never stay here again, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel completely. Save yourself the headache and the extra expense. This was a complete nightmare.

Pokoj byl ve 4.patře a i přes zavřená okna bylo všechno slyšet. Ale Lima je hlučná, takže otázka je, jestli by to jinde bylo lepší. Po půlnoci se to trochu uklidnilo.

The bathroom was not inside the room, and we had to walk to the end of the corridor, which was very inconvenient, especially for showering and using the toilet at night. The room was also facing the street and quite noisy. As it was warm and poorly ventilated, we had to keep the window open at night. Thankfully, we had earplugs, otherwise it would have been difficult to sleep.

Tambien me dejaron hacer late checkout y guardaron mis maletas hasta la tarde. En terminos de limpieza si se veia todo limpio pero las almohadas tenian cierto olor a sudor (a pesar de que la funda estaba limpia).

The staff asked every day if I needed anything. The internet connection was extremely poor and barely worked during my stay. There is also no proper air conditioning in the room, only a small portable unit which was not very effective. Additionally, although I politely requested a small service, it was unfortunately declined.

- Ondrej (9/5): Great choice for your stay in Lima - Great hotel in the center of Miraflores, many restaurants nearby, also one of the stops of the airport express bus is like 5 minutes of walk away, rooms and common areas are spacious and well equiped, staff always helpful. Wifi was bit slow, I had an online job interview and we couldn't do a videocall, just audio and even that was sometimes lagging. Also if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs as there's a quite a busy road in front of the hotel (drivers in Lima like to honk a lot). But overall I enjoyed my stay!

Es ist eine private Wohnung, die mit Pförtner zwar sicher scheint, aber weder eine Rezeption noch einen 24h Service hat. Dass wir jemanden antrafen zum einchecken war reiner Zufall; der Zugang ist nicht geregelt. Es ist eine bewusste Vortäuschung falscher Tatsachen und ich glaube nicht, dass die positiven Bewertungen echt sind.

Fui colocado em um quarto no qual a janela está virada para um vão, no meio do prédio, sem qualquer ventilação ou sol batendo. Resultado: um mofo absurdo e uma alergia que me fez passar mal todos os dias que fiquei lá. A atendente, apesar de muito educada, disse que não tinha como me mudar de quarto. Me orientou ligar o ventilador. Melhorou um pouco, mas, à noite, o cheiro de mofo voltou com tudo. A internet oscilava também de vez em quando.

- João Manoel (9/5): perefita - A localização é excelente, em frente ao Parque Kennedy, com vários restaurantes, mercados, shoppings, farmácias, permitindo que você faça muitas coisas a pé. Além disso, a localização do hotel está há, aproximadamente, 15 min a pé do Shopping Larcomar, que tem uma vista e um pôr do sol incrível. O bairro é bem seguro, você pode caminhar tranquilamente pelas ruas. A equipe do Hotel é maravilhosa (Sarieli e José Antônio), extremamente atenciosos. Recomendo muito.

- Anagha (10/5): Overall, nice accommodation - Location, room, clean, spacious. Very friendly female housekeeper. Tried to wait for couple of extra hours before my transfer, and the downstairs watchman made it slightly more difficult than it should've been.

- Bunty (10/5): Great hotel for an overnight layover. - It was 15 minutes from the airport, 24/7 front-desk so I could check-in late, the bathroom stocked with shampoo and soap, and water to purchase at the front-desk. All things I needed from a hotel for a layover. This is super minir but the electrical sockets were so loose that my plugs kept on falling out. I had to prop it in with my backpack.

- James (10/5): Great place to stay! - Clean, great price and great location with friendly staff who were very attentive Road is noisy, however it's a small price to pay for being located right in the centre by the park!
- Grant (7/5): Great Value, Amazing Location - Great location. Clean. In an older building with a super retro elevator. No breakfast but a little microwave coffee and tea area. Nice cozy common area. Our room was a little noisy due to traffic, though it died down at about 11pm or 12am. I didn’t realize I booked an external private bathroom, it was fine but I would have booked a bathroom en suite instead.
