• Roland (8/5): Heel fijn hotel en prettig verblijf, maar de informatie vooraf had beter gekund. - Een prettig en gezellig hotel, heel handig gelegen op misschien 200 meter afstand van het station in een leuke wijk. De kamer die ik uiteindelijk kreeg was prima, met alles op zijn plaats. Ik had een eenpersoons kamer besproken. Maar toen ik bij het hotel kwam bleek het geen "kamer"maar een "hok" te zijn. Ik heb het nagekeken, er stond welnin de omschrijving dat de kamer 7 m² klein was, wat ik niet erg vind, het was ook goedkoop, maar een kamer zonder raam dat kan echt niet vind ik, en dat moet met grote letters in het aanbod staan om teleurstelling te voorkomen. Uiteindelijk is het netjes opgelost en kreeg ik een goede kamer weliswaar voor een iets hogere prijs. Maar ik hoop dat de volgende klanten duidelijker geïnformeerd worden voordat ze besluiten de kamer te huren.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e posizi - Ottima posizione, mezzi pubblici vicini per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Sembra non ci sia la ventola del bagno.

• hsiuchi (1/5): Disappointed on both hotel and booking.com didn't fact check the property. - the only positive thing about the hotel is the location, it is near two shopping centre and stations. It is easy to get to the centre and quick. First, the room condition is really different from what they put on booking.com, on booking.com's picture it has window and airconditioning, but they don't! So the room get really hot and one night they put on the heating, so I need to sleep with my door open! Secondly, the room has many broken parts and it is not clean at all stain everywhere even on the bedsheet but compare to the first even these problems are minor! Lastly, I complained all these to the hotel and they do absoutly nothing to improve it, they even tell me to complaint to booking.com instead like they know booking.com is not gonna do anything to improve it.

The room was an extremely small single room. No storage for clothing etc. Window boarded over. Very poor cleanliness especially corners of the room and the bathroom. The shower itself was fine but the entire bathroom floor flooded. .

• Peyvand (10/5): A great, no frills, budget option, with good access to transport - At this price point, this is a great, no-frills place. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and doable. (My rating of 10 is pegged to value for money. But if you are expecting luxury, you need to spend more money in Istanbul.) The local area is nice. There is no breakfast but there is a great bakery that serves tea and coffee a minute away, and a cafe that is suitable for remote working right opposite. This place is great value at this price point. So there is nothing not to like!

The service of the staff is of high quality and fast, the only problem is that the room was a bit dusty and the towels were not hygienic. • Surullah (2/5): - Täuschung statt Hotelkomfort – nie wieder Ravvda Hotel Bakırköy Wir waren zweimal in diesem Hotel – vom 30.06. bis 02.07. und nochmals vom 17.07. bis 21.07.. Der zweite Aufenthalt war bereits vor dem ersten gebucht – sonst wären wir sicher nicht zurückgekommen. Schon beim ersten Aufenthalt war der Zustand ernüchternd: Urinspuren auf dem WC, Haare im Bad, alte, fleckige Handtücher – und das WC selbst war nicht fest mit dem Boden verbunden. Statt fachgerecht zu reparieren, hatte man eine Kaffeetasse zwischen Toilettenfuß und Boden geklemmt, um das Ganze irgendwie zu stützen. Ein absolut untragbarer Zustand. Beim zweiten Aufenthalt baten wir ausdrücklich um frische Bettwäsche. Stattdessen wurde das Bett einfach glattgezogen und mit einer dekorativen Tagesdecke samt Zierkissen abgedeckt – eine offensichtliche Täuschung. Der Zustand darunter war unverändert. Diese bewusste Irreführung hat uns am meisten geärgert. Es ist schlicht unverschämt, Gästen derart etwas vormachen zu wollen. Das Frühstück war minimalistisch, serviert auf einem Tablett in der Lobby. Im ganzen Gebäude lag zudem dauerhaft Zigarettengeruch, da das Personal direkt vor dem Eingang rauchte. Fazit: Für denselben Preis hätten wir im Mercure Hotel deutlich bessere Standards gehabt. Dieses Hotel lebt nur vom Schein – und enttäuscht auf ganzer Linie. 1 von 10 Punkten.

• Monica (10/5): Family Hotel - In May I spent a week at this beautiful family hotel because that's how they make you feel, they are attentive, kind, caring people and always ready to help if you need help. I spent my birthday there alone and they bought me a cake and surprised me with a candle and sang happy birthday to me and other guests who were there too. I was thrilled and very happy, I wasn't expecting anything. They made sure I was okay because I was alone after my operation (and that's priceless). The hotel is very well decorated and the small breakfast is just what we need to start the day off right, the coffee is great. The room is clean and has everything you need, the shower water works very well, and the sheets are soft and you sleep like an angel in the bed and the pillows are wonderful. Location: It is great and close to everything, including a 3-minute walk from the ACIBADEM hospital, where I had surgery on my legs. There are many shops, cafes, restaurants and markets... and the giant mall is just a 2-minute walk away. It is definitely worth staying at this hotel and if I go back, that is where I will stay. I highly recommend it. I would like to thank the ladies and gentlemen (Mert - Can - Ercan) They are kind-hearted people who are very kind and attentive. The walls are not isolated , you can hear the neighbors through the walls very laud . Especially in the evenings and night was not nice. The fridge and the bathroom were not so clean.

• Fiona (10/5): Perfect location. - As a solo traveller i found the hotel very comfortable and safe. My room was for 1 person and consisted of a single bed, small fridge and some hooks on the wall. The bathroom was interesting. The shower head was directly above the toilet. The room was a little tired in places with peeling wallpaper etc but very clean and tidy. The bed and towels were changed 2 times.Its location was central in Bakirkoy, surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants and 2 shopping malls. The staff were very pleasant, very helpful and over all i would stay here again.

The beds are comfortable and everything is super clean. Sometimes you might hear your next door neighbor a little but over all i personally didn't really care about it. Wifi worked well and the breakfast was good as well! Thank you my dearest Ravvda-Team, I can definitely recommend this hotel.

• Verified traveler (2/5): I guess you get what you pay for - I stayed here for 7 nights while visiting family nearby. The shower did not drain well so flooded the bedroom every time I used it. The hairdryer was broken. The stopper for the door was broken. The sheets were heavily ripped and the bed very uncomfortable. The toilet seat hinge was partially broken. There was only one electrical outlet and it was taken up by a glass door mini fridge that blasted incredibly bright light - I had to unplug it to sleep. When I went to unplug it the entire outlet came of the wall. The worst thing is I would be woken up by the smell of the staff chain-smoking cigarettes in the lobby every morning and the smell definitely would flood my room at all times of day. Keep in mind the lobby is supposed to also be a cafe, and while I know indoor smoking remains unfortunately common in Istanbul, they should really reconsider hotboxing their guests bedrooms. The pros: the wifi was good (except when it was off for 2 nights during local construction); the water was easily hot; the elevator was convenient. This hotel is probably fine for those not wishing to sleep here.

Odaya çıkıpta banyo zeminde saç görünce iyi ki havlu yastik carsaf vb getirmisim dedim. Duş alani yok. Gider yanlis yerde su ıcinde kaliyorsunuz ve islaklik konaklama boyunca ancak kurudu. Bunlar yetmezmis gibi bir de lobi cafede otel sahibiydi sanirim sigara icildigine sahit oldum. Yasak ceza uyari yazilari asilmamis. Cevre puani düşük çünkü geri dönusum kovalarini heralde denetimden denetime kullanima aliyorlar arka tarafta topanmisti kullanimda degildi ve sular foşur foşur akiyordu lavabo dus klozette herhangi bir duzenleme yapilmamis. Fakat resepsiyon deskindeki genc arkadasim cok kibar ve saygiliydi. Aski rica ettim geldigimde hazir edilmisti. Klima sicak su tvde hic sorun yasamadim. Kanallar hepsi vardi. Aile oteli oldugu icin guvenliydi. Son gun bavul ve bilgisayarimi lobide birakabildim rahat uyuyabildim. Carsafin cok kucuk oldugu icin ikide bir toplanmasina ragmen kesinlikle buyutmeliler. Dispenser sabun vardi ve buklet urunleri yoktu bu bakimdam cevreci buldum.

• Ercan (10/5): Güzeldi... - Giriş çıkışta problem yoktu.Oda büyük ve temizdi.Olması gereken herşey vardı.Tüm elektrik aksamı çalışıyordu.Konum olarak merkezi bir yerdeydi.(avm 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde) Rahatsız olduğum tarafı ise iki yatağı birleştirmişler,bir çift kişilik yatak diye satışa sunmuşlar.Bu hiç hoş bir şey değil.Otel yetkililerinin bir gece o yatakta yatmalarını tavsiye ediyorum.Nasıl bir rahatsızlık verdiğini anlarlar sanırım.

• abdikhaliq mohamed (10/5): Good hospitality, clean and quiet environment - I had a good time and I stayed for two nights. The man at the reception is very open and smiling. The rooms are noiseless and clean. I would recommend you to stay when you come to Istanbul.
