The hotel manager without hesitation provided complimentary transport to my office, which made my travel to work that day very convenient. The breakfast buffet was awesome with good options. The room was clean and comfortable.

- GAUTAM (8/5): - I was given an upgrade to a larger room with a balcony which was great, however the curtains were not wide enough to cover the window and let light in all not.... Since there was no control for the balcony light and the room was on the first floor at the same level of the street lights this was a bit annoying... The curtain issue was taken up with the hotel HK staff but they were unable to find a fix to it...

- Andrew (4/5): Very very disappointing - There were a lot of good reviews for this hotel so I was probably expecting too much. It probably also didn't help that I had just come from a 5 star hotel. However, when I arrived I was given a ground floor corner room right next to the busy highway. It was supposed to be their premier room (one above standard). It smelled of burning and had one tiny window and no room safe. I complained and was moved to a massive room on the floor above. It was also next to the road and was incredibly noisy. It had mosquitos. The balcony doors did not lock properly. It had a safe but it was light and not secured. I decided to leave. The staff then showed me another room that was previously unavailable because it had been allocated to another guest. It was away from the street noise and much better proportioned. It's the only room I saw that looked like what was shown in the pictures. I stayed the night but slept very badly. The sheets seemed old and faded the upkeep was very poor; broken tiles, bad and grimy finishing around bathroom furniture a shower that didn't work properly etc. This room also smelled of burning I think it must have come through the airconditioning. Which aIso did not cool properly. I am not an allergic person but I ended up sneezing and with irritated eyes. Breakfast was good and all the staff seemed good just with a sub standard product to work with. Although I had booked for 3 nights I left after 1. I forfeited the cost but it felt worth it to get out of there.
