- Teresa (2/5): Bad night in a bad inn. - The staff at breakfast were not helpful and were not nice. I asked for a second glass of orange juice and they refused to give it. There was very limited breakfast selection and their excuse was that it's ramadan time. But we're not Muslims and do not have to fast. They should not charge for breakfast in the booking if they had no intentions of feeding their non-Muslim guests properly. I had to wait 15 minutes every day for 4 days for my tea to be served. This is not a luxurious hotel as described. It is dated and the decor is tacky. The hallway to the rooms is dark that it does'nt feel safe, especially we are women. The room and the hallway also reek of cigarettes. The housekeeping staff hassle you for tips whenever you ask for supplies, which should have been provided anyway. There's two of us and they only put one bottle of shampoo and bath gel. The toiletries are of low quality that the soap does'nt even sud. The hotel is located in a busy street and is not in a good area.

- Evelin (4/5): - I stayed for two weeks was charged for a second person when I came in to the hotel. and the bathroom tiolet didnt flush stinked coming from the bathroom after cleaning it.

- Irene (2/5): Disappointing stay - On arrival there was a mix up with reservation. Handed a letter saying accommodation was cancelled which was actually not the case and that i would have to pay to book another room. Was made to pay fr another room, despite showing them original booking thag was still active and not cancelled. Was only when Hotels.com became involved that this was sorted. Was finally allocated a room only to find it was filthy. Shower head had some growth on it and was eventually changed. Window view was of a rubbish tip. Was offered free mini bar for duration of stay as compensation which was nice only it wasn't re stocked after the first day!! Asked room service a few times if they could please restock. Staff are not very helpful or seem to care, most don’t speak English well so any requests fall on deaf ears. Room service had a bad habit of knocking once then barging in! Nearly got caught out a couple of times Would not recommend or go back

- Tariq (2/5): NOT 5 STAR AVOID AVOID AVOID. - Definitely not a 5* hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights with family. Rooms were ok at most 2* unfortunately encountered many issues firstly room had cockroaches. I informed reception and showed them a video i was told a manager would contact me. Nobody contacted me for my whole 3 days stay. We all got sickness and dioerah because of the hygiene issues. Day 2 i enquired about it and was assured someone would be in touch Nobody did. Lamps had exposed wires which were buzzing all night. Linen was dirty had that changed. Bathroom had broken fittings. Overall very disappointed. Had to wait for fresh towels daily. No towels available by pool area after enquiring and waiting for over 30 mins i was told towels are drying and i would have to wait. I would advise families not to stay here as health and safety is abysmal. Most disappointing part is that no one from the management team ever got intouch to address the issues. I will upload all the photos.
- Wazeer (10/5): Miss Rosheen a true credit - Nice clean place good polite staff. We had some issues which was addressed quickly by Miss Rosheen she is a true credit to the hotel and as a British citizen i would give her 100% for her customer skills.

- Shahid (8/5): Traveller - Every thing is more than average, but need to put more equipment in gym. There is only one or two workout machines. If possible adding sauna may help for relax for travelers. Else staff was nice, good breakfast and free ride to the airport.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - This is the second time I've stayed here. Rooms and bathrooms are great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. The only negative is that the pool is not heated and therefore unusable, at least in winter. Otherwise a superb hotel.
- Roman (10/5): Karachi institution - Luxus Grand is a Karachi institution. A well managed hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Rooms are, however, not sound-proofed, the restaurant has a rather limited fare and the hotel is hard to find for taxi and tuk tuk drivers.
- Arvind (8/5): Luxus Grand is a decent hotel in Lahore. - Luxus grand is a two year old hotel. Bedrooms are very comfortable but bathrooms have leaky shower, bad odour and low water pressure issues. Hotel staff is wonderful to deal with especially Asia and Talha. Food in the restaurant is awesome, wish they had more vegetarian choices. Overall a good hotel by Pakistani standards.

- caroline (8/5): Nice surprise - The hotel itself is a wonderful old building set back off a main road - unfortunately hidden by other hotels buildings having being built very close to it. Opulent but tasteful decor in the lobby. Very helpful staff... and felt very safe. Would highly recommend.

The restaurant in the hotel is average and the amenities such as Fitness center and pool we're just average. The next time I'm in Lahore I would stay here again.

It would have been nice to have a better sound system for the tv, and the running tap water had this rustish tinge to it. It's a nice hotel with friendly service, and value for money. They had a decent breakfast, but wouldn't compare to PC's breakfast at Nadia.

The quality of food and it's always hot even u get it in your room. Just one suggestion that the water from shower gets to the floor no matter what you do due to design flaw. Please fix that Otherwise I would highly recommend this place in Lahore. 9/10.

- ossama (10/5): A hidden Gem - This hotel is amazing. I had work at the US counsulate and the Hotel was right next to it. Also enough cannot be said about the staff who go above and beyond their call of duty to make the guests feel welcomed and appreciated. They have an indoor cinema and give staying guests half off plus their breakfast buffet was prob the best I've had in Pakistan! A true reflection of the lahori cuisine. All in all this is a five star establishment and I cannot compliment their staff enough! Everyone from the managers to the custodial services staff were amazing and I salute them for always having a smile while interacting with guests. Thank you lexus for an unbelievably satisfying experience

Food is quite good though choices are limited due to only one restaurant Hotel facilities need major improvements: - Small hotel with limited room, late check out is a challenge even if you are willing to pay (but that's the last straw) and inevitably end up paying. - Most amenities in the room are wearing out but not replaced. Curtain in my room drop down and still not fixed at my time of check out. - TV cable prevented the curtain to be drawn properly, allowing sun to shine in before my wake up time. - Bed and pillow quality are not good, unable to get a good rest, - Air con circulation not well distributed, only cold at the corner. - Wifi extremely slow after midnight.
- Anjum (4/5): Bad Stay.... - The hotel was behind a under construction building, which hid the real beauty of the hotel. Hotel itself was very nice, comfortable and clean rooms. I had a 2 day stay and it had a terrible time due to being stuck at connecting room where bunch of guys were staying and they partied all night with loud music and noises and even after my complaint, the hotel was not able to quite them down. The following day I had come back for a little late afternoon nap before I can head back to my meetings till late night, but there was constant banging of construction noises. I complained several times that only had an hour to stay but no use, the hotel kept promising and nothing happened. Finally I got very upset and went down complained, couldn't get hold of the any manager or the GM. I came back to my room where they had sent a lady name Raba David (not sure about the 1st name) wanted to speak to me but since I was upset I refused to talk to her and she called me in my room and I was explaining that I can write a review on your hotel for such bad service but instead of calming me down she kept interrupting me and said WE DON'T WORRY ABOUT REVIEWS and I talk too much and hung up on me. Finally Mr. Khurram, Duty manager showed up at my room at my request and apologized and offered to compensate me with up grade, which I refused. He was very professional and genuinely wanted to make my stay better. I don't think I want to go back there again, EVER.
