• Bettina (7/5): Die Lage war optimal - Die Mannschaft war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Obwohl wir schon am Vormittag ankamen, konnten wir schon einige Zimmer beziehen. Die Betten sehr bequem. Aufzug Die Duschen eher nur für zarte😉

The room is cosy, no noise, you have everything you need in the room to relax after walking tours and get up to take a warm shower and take a cup of coffee or tea. The owner is a very polite, attentive person, provides the high-quality service and glad to help if you need some information or advice. I wish I could stay more there.

• İlayda (10/5): Temiz ve konforlu - Odalar tertemizdi çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Bizim için çok güzel bir deneyim oldu. Yataklar ve yastıklar çok rahay odada buharlı ütüden saç kurutma makinesine kadar ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Lokasyonu kolezyuma çok yakın check in süreci hızlı check out sonrasında verdikleri hediyeler çok tatlıydı. Kesinlikle tekrar romaya gelirsem düşünmeden yine burayı tercih ederim.

• Abigail (9/5): Brilliant stay at Downtown! Would definitely stay again. - The location was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room had everything it needed. No plug sockets next to the bed and couldn’t seem to get the air con to work.

• Jonathan (8/5): Fantastic and would recommend to couples for a few days in Rome. - The location is great for site seeing. Within 20/30mins of everything really bar the Vatican. Plenty of places to eat and drink near by. Our room was 105. Its was compact and for us no problem, as it was a base to explore from which was brilliant. Access in and out was no issue at anytime. Keys and access codes all worked perfect.

• Danilo_sales (10/5): Excelente - Excelente localização, próxima de vários pontos turísticos da Roma Antiga. Conseguimos ir caminhando até o Coliseu, a Fontana de Trevi e o Panteão, o que facilitou muito o nosso roteiro. A cama é muito confortável e garantiu ótimas noites de descanso. Os funcionários foram sempre muito solícitos, e o anfitrião extremamente atencioso e disponível para ajudar sempre que precisamos. Valeu muito a pena o investimento de pagar um pouco mais para ficar no centro, pois a localização tornou a estadia muito mais prática e agradável. Ótima opção de hospedagem em Roma. Não houve nenhum ponto negativo durante a estadia. Tudo ocorreu conforme o esperado e atendeu muito bem às nossas necessidades. Experiência muito positiva.

• STACEY (10/5): Great Location - Great location for walking to Colosseum and Forum. Literally 5 mins. Spanish Steps, Trevi, Navona Square are about a 15 min walk but very easy. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to requests and questions. The room.is very small and the bathroom is tiny but we were in our room very little so it didn't bother us. It was very clean and quiet at night. Nothing really. It is very small but we knew thay from other reviews so that was expected and not a problem.

• Przemysław (8/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dosłownie parę kroków od coloseum. Świetne miejsce do zwiedzania Rzymu. Pan w recepcji bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Nie było problemu z zameldowaniem się już 2 godziny wcześniej niż zaczynała się doba hotelowa. Również nie było problemu z zostawieniem bagaży po wymeldowaniu i wróceniu po nie popołudniu. Ogólnie z czystym sumieniem polecam. -

• María (9/5): Increíble ubicación - Hotel con una ubicación inmejorable: a 2 minutos andando del Coliseo y de los Foros. La habitación, aunque no es muy grande, cuenta con cuarto de baño en su interior, así como con armario y una mesa con un pequeño frigorífico. Si bien es cierto que las vistas eran a un patio interior, no había nada de ruido. Sin duda repetiré este alojamiento en próximos viajes a Roma. Las camas se podrían cambiar: estaba algo hundida por la zona del medio.

• GIULIA (9/5): - Host molto disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Camera ampia dotata di doppia finestra, ben insonorizzata. Posizione ottima: a pochi minuti a piedi dal Colosseo, in una zona tranquilla e comoda, con bar, ristoranti, metro e tabacchi nelle vicinanze. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura dopo il check-out. Tè e caffè a disposizione degli ospiti nella hall. A fine soggiorno il personale ci ha gentilmente lasciato un piccolo omaggio. Consigliatissimo!

• Fernando (9/5): Buena opción entre el aeropuerto y el centro - Ubicación conveniente (estación de metro cerca). Personal muy atento. Lo recomendaría para estancias cortas, de paso por la ciudad. En la cama se podía dormir. Pero estaba un poco rígida para mi gusto. Aunque por lo que pagamos, es aceptable.

• fernando (8/5): Estancia cómoda y situcion inmejorable - La situación es inmejorable muy cerca del coliseo y en una gran avenida con muchos bares y tiendas. La pareja que limpiaba la habitación muy agradables y ayudando en todo. Hotel recomendable. El baño es un poco pequeño.

L'hotel è ben tenuto e le stanze sono pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. Abbiamo soggiornato solo tre giorni, ma lo consigliamo vivamente a chi vuole vivere Roma spostandosi a piedi o avendo la metro a soli 4 minuti.

Σε Ολα τα αξιοθέατα πήγαινες με τα πόδια.Η εξυπηρέτηση ηταν φοβερή.Ο Ρομπέρτο και τα υπόλοιπα παιδιά ηταν ολες τις ώρες εκεί για να απαντήσουν σε καθε μας ερώτηση και απαίτηση.Το δωμάτια πολύ καθαρό.Τους ευχαριστούμε πολύ.Σιγουρα το συστήνω κ σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε.

Fridge in room. Comfy bed. Incredibly thin walls so could hear other guests- fortunately none were noisy. Very tiny shower- fine for me but my husband is over 6 ft and couldn’t move much! Apart from that all great and very good value.

• Andra (10/5): Posizione perfetta, staff gentilissimo - Struttura in pieno centro, a neanche 5 minuti a piedi arrivi ai fori romani/colosseo oppure alla stazione della metro Cavour. Si trova in una bella zona tranquilla e dalla nostra stanza non si sentivano rumori. Abbiamo chiesto alla reception una coperta in più per la notte e sono stati gentilissimi a portarla subito. Stanza pulita. Consiglio assolutamente!!

Il bagno è piccolino ma accessoriato di tutto ciò che serve. Possibilità di farsi un tè o un caffè nella hall, molto disponibile il personale che ci ha lasciato anche un piccolo omaggio a fine soggiorno. Super consigliato
