Guest Reviews
- louella (10/5): - It’s next to a butterfly garden
- Chetan (6/5): - No lounge chairs
- Reina (10/5): - Nice and helpful
- Katherine (2/5): Rip off - It is advertised as a sofa bed however single chairs are only available. Suggest for those prices either sofas or comfy recliners would be appropriate
- Taylor (10/5): Perfect - Good place to reset, grab a shower and something to ear
- George (10/5): - Excellent option for folks with long transit times in Changi. Clean bed, clean toilets, very convenient
- Elizabeth (2/5): - Small chairs, might as well stayed at the terminal. Poor directions. I had to take a taxi from terminal 1 to terminal 3. I will not recommend. More trouble than its worth. Not worth the money.
- Joel (4/5): - The reason I have made a reservation was that; I need a place to sleep for a few hours. Very disappointed as I was informed that there was no bed at the lounge . I specifically asked for a bed on my reservation. The email I received was also confused; One part of the email says chair no bed then the other part says room requests 1 twin bed.( see the email you sent to me)
I'm not happy with the service provided from Expedia. Very confusing didn't make clear what facilities I would receive at the lounge.

- Wai Leong (6/5): - Front desk staff did not know Expedia confirmation is valid booking. Frustrating to see staff trying to understand where the booking menu to verify the booking. Staff training should be emphasized in this high turnabout competition.
- Sam (10/5): - A safe and clean space to rejuvenate with food, drinks, toilet facilities and showers, and a resting lounge
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Really just purchased for the ability to have a shower in transit as ‘shower only’ options were inexplicably sold out. Expensive wash but worth it after a long flight. Food was passable, not much else to offer.
- Ana (2/5): - I arrived around 2am after 12 hours travelling, I booked 12 hours as I have other 12 hours more to flight. I just want to rest. So, I sat in a chair and managed to rest when around 7am, The new staff asked to move to another seat...they were really awful.
- Donald (2/5): - I booked this after arriving at Singapore airport. I expected to be able to get to room in terminal 3 in the public area where most of the hotels have been in my experience. However, this was in the secure area of terminal 3 and I had a connecting flight the following day in terminal 4 so I couldn't even get to the facility to use the room. VERY DECEPTIVE!! You should clearly state that you must have terminal three flight/boarding pass to be able to get access to this facility!! You should REFUND this booking since it isn't clear and I had to sleep on furniture in terminal 4 for the night.
- Christian (8/5): - They had difficulties finding my booking but other than that the staff and place were great. Also note you have a boarding pass before you book you need to clear security to get to it.
- Tad (10/5): - A bit of everything, but all that's needed for transitting traveller
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Way too small area to rest need more room or big couches
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was great to find a place inside the terminal when you I expectedly are stuck for hours. It’s worth the money for a chair to sleep, food and wifi and to be able to have a shower after a long time travelling
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I'm very disappointed ith Wotif. When I booked, you told me I got a great low price etc, while it's actually the standard price
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Not really any good for sleep
As i pictures shows sleeping areas
- Ed (2/5): - There is no such thing as “double sofa bed” available. You get to seat in this awful armchair which doesn’t allow you to lie down. Total misinformation
- Andrew Clark (2/5): Terrible - Not as advertised claimed a sofa bed showed images of a bed no bed noisy room rushed out the door. Don't go here
- Leo Vincent (4/5): Noisy Nap Suite - Already in bed when the staff had to wake me up for their payment error, sleepness gone as i have to sort it out. By the time i get back to bed, another guest on the other cubicle has been snoring loudly. Hadn't sleep in 6 hours therefore waste of money for this nap suite option. Won't recommend
- SJ (4/5): - the shower room was not well cleaned, i still see used toothbrush places at the shower area without removing it. this is not expected for paid lounge, will not go back again.
- Aswathy (8/5): - It’s accessible but you have to increase the time fo stays
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Felt secure and clean. A loud child running around made it difficult to sleep and the background music of a eukelele got to me after 5 hours
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The lounge itself was acceptable, food was a bit cold, I booked a nap room, I believed I was getting a room, but it is just partial height dividers between “booths” next booth turns their light on you are disturbed, any movement you are disturbed, it’s just slightly better than a curtain between you and the next room.
- KEITH (4/5): Slow tech systems. - When I arrived at the location my confirmed payment had not hit their system , which I had booked over 2 hours earlier. So , I had to stand and try to justify my booking that I had shown a phone shot of to the clerk. Not happy at 2 am after a busy week .
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The little room with a bed was excellent in theory for a nap, as I had 9 hours to kill in the airport.
Unfortunately my room was by their massage room. When there was a new massage customer the masseuse would stand outside my room and, very loudly, explain the system to the person getting a massage. As such the chance of actually getting any sleep was virtually zero. That's unfortunately compounded by the main tannoy at the nearby gates that are still very loud indeed.
Still beats being in the public area to be sure but a little more thought about noise levels would make a huge improvement.
One further thought... After 6 hours with a private room I still had a few hours to kill. However, minimum time you can buy for the main lounge is 5 hours. Would be good if they took that you'd already paid for 6 hours and let you maybe pay for the extra number of hours you want in the main lounge.
Would I recommend using the lounge and/or bed? Absolutely, it's a really good service. It's just that with a little extra it could be great rather than good.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I could not stay in hotel because of check out my luggage, tried to cancel the booking and the staff was very rude and not helpful, i had to book another room, another place!
Lost my money and had to pay for now accommodation!
Overall, not much info about the place and that you had to stay inside the terminal!
Very bad experience for me!
So never again!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Food selection very limited and not nice but charges are very high Sing $ 58 plus taxes per person. The space between sofas is cramped ..if you are using your priority pass go ahead..else avoidable
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It’s a lounge but has nap facilities which are paid for separately
- Anthony (8/5): - Lounge was good and very good staff and facilities
- Verified traveler (8/5): - A bit too expensive for what you recieve. Staff were ok though
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Not a great experience but bathrooms were clean and it was good to get a shower between flights
- marie (6/5): - Nap r
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent property and clean area. Did not get a chance to use showers but they looked clean. Highly recommended.
- Jess (4/5): - It was unique as the nap rooms weren't full rooms with walls to the roof.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Didnt get to check in the lounge as its inside T3 after boardinc
- Sed (8/5): Sleeping “chair”, actually it’s a bed. - It’s a clean comfy bed. I use ear plugs anyway, you’ll need them as you can hear airport announcements and your neighbours. Just what you need for a long transit sleep. You’ll have access to showers, wifi and food too. Well worth it.
- Jack (6/5): - Expensive for what you get, you can hear all airport announcements
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Bad noise level , not much privacy
- Verified traveler (6/5): Perfectly ok....but do you really need it? - Overall it was ok...the seats were a bit old and worn not as comfortable as I had hoped. There is no way to lean back in the chairs. There was a small but nice range of food and drink served buffet style ranging from sandwiches to scrambled eggs to rice soup. The internet worked well however if you don't mind getting a new code every hour you can use the terminal wifi for free. I would recommend using for 3 hours if you need to get some work done or to have some breakfast.
- m (6/5): Not a hotel, not a hotel room. A partition. - Not quiet enough. Ok if you really need some shut eye and are a heavy sleeper. The hotel proper is next door. This is a dorm off the lounge.
- Louphenou (10/5): ATL Experience - Thank you for a restful and pleasant stay made even more so having an engaging conversation with a front of house staff member
- Donna (8/5): - Clean, convenient, good amenities. If you plan on sleeping bring earplugs - all the general airport announcements are quite loud.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Clean but freezing from the air con vent - The air con vent was directly above the head of the bed. There were no extra blankets. I was given extra towels and the air con did seem to turn off during the night and the blast of freezing air stopped. Otherwise nice and quiet and I did get some sleep. The lock on the door was too hard to work. Looked as though the sliding door had dropped.
- Jenny (8/5): Nice stay inside the terminal - Its only a small room but its was sufficient for my 10 hours transit at the terminal.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Comfortable but door locks need fixing! - I appreciated the chance to grab some sleep between flights in a bed that was quite comfortable and sheets etc seemed clean - just don’t look at the dirty ceiling. The bedrooms are divided by partitions not full walls but I had no neighbours so it was quiet. I appreciated the charging ports. I did however have a bad experience trying to leave when I found I couldn’t unlock the door. The staff didn’t come to wake me as promised so I had to bang and yell for 5-10 minutes until someone came. I still made my flight thankfully and the shower was great.
- Jonathan (10/5): A good place to relax - My flight was delayed for several hours and I wanted a place where I could simply relax, I found it at this lounge!
- Flying solo (8/5): Napping suite, T3 Transit Lounge Changi Airport - Single cubicle (partitioned from adjacent rooms and enclosed) with bed and bedside table
Quiet (although can hear announcements and sounds from adjacent cubicles, but more than reasonable for a busy airport transit lounge) Clean and comfortable, free bottled water, charging point
Excellent shower and toilet facilities (shampoo, conditioner, towel provided - power shower) - although shared facility, very clean
Had good sleep and shower (6 hrs rental)
Overall, very pleasant stay, good rest and shower with privacy - good value for money - excellent for single adult travellers doing long distances and having more than 6 hrs transit time in the airport
Make sure you book napping suite or room - otherwise you could mistakenly book transit lounge (sitting area) and think that you have booked a single room - I initially made this mistake but rectified it in time.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good for long layover - I had a 9hr layover and this room was perfect for relaxing and getting rest before next long haul flight.
