The staff were outstanding and could not do enough for you, a beautiful breakfast served to us in the villa every morning at our requested time with a great choice, even bringing us afternoon tea as we relaxed by our own pool in the afternoon.On our last day we had a late flight and we were able to stay in the villa until our shuttle which was also provided took us to the airport. On our day of departure we were presented with lovely gifts, a beautiful scarf and a lovely shirt, we were absolutely thrilled. Please stay here when visiting Seminyak you will not be disappointed , location is perfect , 10 minutes to the beach and plenty of shops and top class restaurants on your doorstep. Unfortunately, my friend got severe food poisoning during our trip, and the owner immediately went out of his way to help us. He personally took us to see a doctor and arranged for one of the staff members to stay with us the entire time to make sure we were okay. What touched us even more was that, we were supposed to check out at 12pm but our flight is at night time, they generously offered us another villa to rest in before our late-night flight, completely free of charge. That level of hospitality, compassion, and genuine care is something we will never forget. The villa itself was beautiful and comfortable, but it was the people who made this stay truly exceptional. Thank you again for treating us not just like guests, but like family. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bali. NA

Café da manhã muito bom, servido na Villa. O transporte de/para o Aeroporto foi ótimo. Há transporte também para o centro de Seminyak. Geladeira abastecida com refrigerantes, água e uma cesta de frutas (cortesia). Excelente localização, ótimos restaurantes a curta distância. A decoração é um pouco datada, precisa de renovação…flores de plástico poderiam ser dispensadas…O jardim da Villa não está bem cuidado. A piscina estava com nível muito baixo de água. Área da recepção também precisa ser renovada, ou ao menos organizada…o lugar é bacana, mas precisa de “um banho” de bom gosto.
- Sara (10/5): The most wonderful stay - 100/10 stay at Buah Bali! I genuinely don’t think we’ll ever stay anywhere else in Seminyak. Beautiful accommodation with the most wonderful, kind and accommodating staff. Our villa and pool were gorgeous, with a lush tropical garden and beautifully cleaned every day, fresh towels and fridge restocked. The breakfast menu had lots of different options, both western and Indonesian/Balinese. Mosquito coils were lit for us in outdoor areas each day by the housekeeping staff, plus we had a mosquito net and insect repellant provided which made me feel so comfortable as I’m prone to bites. Loved the option of outdoor or indoor shower. Our flight was at 9pm, we were prepared to have to kill time around Seminyak after checkout but on our last morning the staff moved us to another villa to wait until our transfer in the evening. It was our honeymoon and the owner also organised 2 free massages for us - thank you! Nothing
- Karen (10/5): Spacious villa away from chaotic streets! Close to beach and anything you need. - With so many options available, we are so happy we chose these villas! Great service all day round and breakfast options were amazing (about 10 different options with large portions). The pool and villa were exactly as shown in pictures, aircon in the room and very spacious for a couple! Villas well maintained, and in a great location ( walking distance to beach) as it felt really quiet and relaxing away from the busy streets. The free shuttle they offer around the area was perfect for us as we had a wedding close by. We also organised our scooter through reception which was super convenient. There is a kitchen we didn’t use but handy. We have no complaints! Everything was great! Yes … there are mosquitos which other people mention but this is obviously hard to avoid… staff are very aware of this as they have lots of citronella sticks/ sprays set up around the villa and do daily fogging to help manage this. I’d ignore those comments that mention that as a negative.

Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und haben die ersten Tage auf Bali in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft verbracht. Man war in 5 Minuten am Strand. Die Seitenstraße der Villa war sehr ruhig aber man war sofort auch bei Supermärkten und Restaurants.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and really made the experience feel personal. A highlight was how they went above and beyond for my partner Courtney’s birthday. They decorated the villa with banners and balloons, put rose petals on the bed saying “Happy Birthday,” and even surprised her with a cake. Such a thoughtful touch. The villas were private and relaxing, and the team also helped us organise a rental bike which made getting around easy. Only small downside was occasional bug fogging, which meant we had to stay inside or leave the villa for a bit, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, a really enjoyable stay and we’d definitely recommend it

The villa was well maintained, and very clean. I didnt get a single mosquito bite during the 10 day (rainy season) stay because of the high level of pest/insect management. They offer round trip airport transfers included and a free driver service in the seminyak area. And the free 1hr massage for staying 4 nights was a lovely bonus. Exceptional service and experience.

- Yasmin (10/5): Perfect relaxing break - The individual villa had a lockable gate which created a private bubble including your room, kitchen, sun loungers and pool. There were drinks and a huge tray of fresh fruit on arrival which I kept in my fridge and enjoyed over the next few days. Afternoon tea is a lovely addition and the Luwak coffee was delicious. The staff were welcoming, kind, friendly and keen to help in any way that they could. They called before coming to your room and you could choose to have as much or as little interaction with them as you wanted. I chose to chat and thoroughly enjoyed getting to know each staff member. The masseuse was lovely and very skilled. I regularly used their spa packages. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and left feeling calm and relaxed. An addition of a hammock would be great!

The staff are amazing and take care of you. Go out of their eay to accommodate you. The privacy is great and also very safe. The location is perfect, close by gym, restaurants, beach, shopping and more. Felt very at home in these Villas. Updating/modernisation of the rooms should be considered.

The rooms are kept very clean, although they are a little dated, and could probably do with a fresh coat of paint and some renovations, but overall, we were comfortable and everything was kept clean.

Every morning we were treated to a delicious, self-selected breakfast with fresh juice and coffee, delivered to our villa at our preferred time, which made each day start perfectly. The entire team was absolutely delightful and consistently attentive to our well-being. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for and relaxed. The owner, in particular, is an incredibly kind and warm person who always made sure we were happy and enjoying our stay. Because of the length of our visit, we were even surprised with a wonderful complimentary massage, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Housekeeping was handled with great care as well, with daily check-ins asking whether we would like the villa and pool to be cleaned. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We would return anytime and are deeply grateful for this unforgettable experience and the warm hospitality we received.

Unfortunately our flight home was cancelled which we found out at the airport and after the initial nervousness we called to see if they still had a villa available and luckily they sent a car for us immediately for free and we also got a free massage just to calm down!!! super nice staff super nice owner, clean villa and the location is first class. The pool was controlled and continuously maintained during our stay, the Villa and the outdoor surroundings were truly tranquil. The Staff are so friendly and welcoming, they began to feel like family as the days passed. The breakfast service was always there on time. Located off street, but also within close range to nearby main roads. Loads of bars and restaurants are within walking distance making this seem like a prime place to stay when visiting Seminyak. We loved our stay here. And will definitely be back next time! The only problem was, that we didn’t stay longer. No issues or complaints at all.

Beds are very comfortable and the room amenities good. Great Driver pick-up from the Airport and even had a cold bottle of water waiting for us in the car. A free massage was included which is a great way to relax. The rooms are a little dated with a few maintenance issues to be dealt with, the Breakfast in my opinion should be better at this price point ( pastries were usually pretty hard!) but on the plus side there is a lot of options, so something for everyone.

- Rayane (3/5): Mauvais rapport qualité prix - Les hôtes sont aimables et à l’écoute, l’ambiance Bali est respecter avec beaucoup de verdure, plante, pleine air. -les moustiques sont traités par un fumigène toxique et activé quand nous sommes dans la villa environ 2 x par jour avec l’odeur chimique dans la chambre / salle de bain -l’hôtel est dit 5 étoiles mais ne l’es pas à mon sens : savon non remplacé quand il y’en a plus, piscine pas nettoyé (feuillage etc), odeur de renfermé, moisissures, vaisselle vétuste, petit déjeuner standard, massage accordé puis me rappel à l’heure du massage pour me dire qu’il y’en aura pas finalement, pas de Netflix dans la chambre, lorsque j’ai demandé j’ai attendu 2 jours pour l’avoir car ils n’avaient qu’une seul tv non disponible car déjà utilisé, -nous avions pris une villa avec deux chambres, nous étions deux donc nous dormions que dans une chambre, un employé a pris la clef de la deuxième chambre sans nous prévenir avec la porte fermé (en condamnant donc la deuxième chambre), nous avions pensé le dernier jour avoir perdu la clef lorsqu’on s’est rendu compte au Check out qu’il l’avait récupéré.

- H. (5/5): 3-Star Overpriced Accommodation in Seminyak - The staff was very nice and accommodating to the best of their ability. There was also a shuttle service that was available to drive into Seminyak, which was a nice plus during our stay. The villas are incredibly outdated when it comes to its utilities: The faucets are rusty and the water pressure is awful, the sink kept clogging with water, the bathtub is old and has brown stains, the mosquito net is full of stains. The bed doesn't have a mattress cover or even a fitted sheet. It's just a mattress with linen on top, which I found very unsanitary. The mosquito net doesn't cover the bed, it has several gaps--and the villas are swarming with mosquitos. The staff try to minimize mosquitos by offering incense in the villa, but it's not enough and unfortunately you will be seeing them everywhere and waking up covered in mosquito bites. That meant we couldn't enjoy the outdoor space and pool, because of the mosquito issue. Also we found a cockroach in our bathroom. It's simply not at all a 4 or 5 star accomodation, and given the rates, I don't believe it's worth it. There are many 4 and 5 star hotels in Seminyak that truly are 4/5 stars and absolutely worth the price offered. But, not Buah.

- Megan (10/5): This was so great we are going back at the end of our trip to save another day. - I was warmly greeted upon arrival and offered a welcome beverage that was delicious. The accommodations were beautiful. They offered amazing spa services and the complementary breakfast was amazing!! I have no complaints!
- Youssra julia (10/5): - The villa is so big, beautiful and well equipped, but a loooooot of tiger mosquitos!!! The staff is friendly, gentle and easygoing. There's a free shuttle drop On only to the center. The breakfast is correct. I told the staff so many times to clean the swimming pool but it was never done :(
- halenur (9/5): Güzel - Temizliğine gayet önem veriyorlar, sinek ve kertenkele için ilaçlar koyulmuştu. Her gün odamız temizleniyor, banyo ve plaj havluları yenileniyordu. Diş fırçalamak için her gün banyoya şişe su konuluyor ayrıca buzdolabında da her gün sular yenilendi. Kahvaltı için menüleri var her gün ordan kahvaltı ve kahvaltının hangi saatte eve gelmesini seçebiliyorsunuz. Omlet, pankek isteyenler için tavuk vs ana yemek gibi çeşitler de mevcut. Patato beach hemen yanında konum olarak da gayet güzel. Seminyak merkeze shuttle mevcut fakat biz biraz esnek davrandığımız için genelde grab, gocek kullandık.Otel çalışanları da aşırı kibarlar. Wida’ya teşekkür ederiz. Diğerlerinin ismini çok hatırlayamadım ama onlar da aşırı kibar ve ilgililerdi her birine teşekkür ederiz. Otelden çıkışta bize eşarp ve gömlek hediye ettiler. Eşyalar eskiydi ama çok rahatsız edici değil. Biz genelde dışarda vakit geçirdik
