- Talya (9/5): Comfortable stay and lovely staff - Great location to everything Golders Green has to offer. Comfortable room that could accommodate 3 adults. The staff were lovely to deal with and accommodated us with a later checkout. Due to our flight only being later in the evening they were also happy for us to continue using the communal facilities for the rest of the day as well as offered to look after our luggage if we left the hotel to explore. - Rhianna (8/5): Very comfortable, excellent customer care and would definitely stay again. - Very comfortable room, a little on the small side but was excellent for what we needed. The bathroom is a bit dated but everything was clean. We had a patio door which opened to the garden. The two brothers who own the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, helping us out after a very stressful journey. Few noisy guests in the corridors at night but that’s no fault of the hotel.

- rossella (1/5): - Purtroppo la recensione non può essere positiva poiché nonostante la mia segnalazione di essere allergica alla polvere e in stato di gravidanza fatta via mail prima del mio arrivo, ho trovato una camera piena di cumuli di polvere su tutte le superfici, dietro la testata del letto e con ragnatele su tutti gli angoli della camera. Il soffione del bagno pieno di calcare e in pessime condizioni di usura. Sono molto delusa dal soggiorno perché nonostante mi avessero risposto che avrebbero fatto attenzione alla pulizia viste le mie condizioni, così non è stato. E farlo presente in loco sarebbe stata un'inutile perdita di tempo, visto che non era già servito a niente.
- Gregoire (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay in this calm hotel, really convenient for a trip to London. - Little hotel in a calm neighborhood, close to the subway leading to the center of London. The place is really adapted if you’re here to visit London for a few days. The rooms were clean (&cleaned every day) and the staff was really professional. Small rooms but huge beds, shampoo & soap at disposal, AC and even tea&soluble coffee in the room for the morning. If the other resident are noisy you might hear them, but nothing too bad.

- Lynda (5/5): Disappointing and annoying - It's in a quiet location. You can't get cold water in the bathroom tap, only hot or scalding. Very occasionally tepid, but def not safe to brush your teeth with or drink from. That was in 2 different rooms. The first room also had a hole in the mattress, which couldn't be explained. There is more, but really just think twice about your options.

- cyrille (4/5): Not worthy - The location was great I request a room with a bath, but unfortunately the bath was not clean with some hair inside , the bedsheets was not very clean make me and wife uncomfortable for bed time and on top of that the A/C when you turn on the heaters was making a lot of noise so we have to turn it off .

- Alison (7/5): Comfortable stay, clean room - A real bonus to have free , off street parking. On entering the hotel it was calm and quiet and the decor was nice. In the room there was a mini fridge along with tea & coffee facilities as well as a complimentary coffee machine downstairs. I was contemplating having breakfast in the morning but there didn’t appear to be anyone around to speak to about this or any food in the dining area

Each one had its own flaws. Broken blind, broken window handle, tap that didn't work. Sone beds have no easy plug or light point. None have decent black out for morning light. Paper thin walls. The rooms are small (but adequate for a couple of nights for me and have all the basics needed)

- Lisa (6/5): Overpriced, not a four star hotel - Ok location for access to the tube into central London, straight off the M1 and close to the high street where there are good food choices. Also parking directly outside. Totally overpriced and absolutely not a 4 star hotel. Communal areas are nice but we had a room for 3 which was tiny. Had to walk sideways around the bed and the third bed was literally at the end of the bed - no other space. Beds were comfortable and clean though. Bathroom was also tiny and you had to manoeuvre around the door to get to the toilet! It was also very dated and a bit scruffy. The window had paint peeling off, there was rust around the metalwork, shower screen leaked and soaked the floor and there were ant killer disc things on the floor. Paid £180 for one night which was far too much for the standard of room. Only booked there as we drive to the area and needed parking but you can get much nicer accommodation in central London for cheaper!

Wonderful generous management and stuff. I was impressed by how much care and consideration I received while staying. Can not recommend this property enough. Nothing! Everything was great.

It was in a great location with easy access to Ubers and nearby shops. For the price it was a great place to stay. The range of towels, the comfortable bed and friendly staff were everything we needed. Overall the room was very clean, however there were a few smaller details where it could have been cleaner, especially the fridge which we didn’t use because of this reason. Our room was also very small however it wasn’t an uncomfortable space.

- Yirat (8/5): מיקום מעולה. שירות אדיב והכי טוב לדעת מראש לאן מגיעים - המיקום. זה שיש מפתח שבת. הבנה שאנחנו באזור יהודי, קרוב לבית חב"ד היה לנו קשה עם זה ששומעים את מה שקורה בחדרים אחרים - אין בידוד טוב. שומעים שאחרים נכנסים לחדר שלהם וסוגרים את הדלת, שתינוק בוכה, שמישהו מוריד/פותח ברז מים. שומעים שמדברים בחוץ בקיצור תביאו אטמי אוזניים. עוד דבר - אין שעון בחדר - כשאין פלאפונים בשבת ואין לנו שעון רגיל - בעיה לדעת מה השעה - בקיצור לא לשכוח להביא שעון רגיל לשבת כי אין בחדר או בלובי שעון קיר.

- ISRAEL (7/5): נחמד - המיקום מעולה ממש צמוד ללב הגולדרס גרין. המחיר זול יש מיחם לשבת ומקום להדלקת נרות בהתאם לנסיבות כנראה זה המלון הטוב באזור ביחס לאחרים העובדים בקבלה השתדלו מאוד שקיבלנו חדר בקומה הגבוהה כאשר מפורש ביקשנו חדר בקומה נמוכה. קשה לעלות עם התיקים . מדרגות לא בגובה אחיד קשה לעלות אותם ובמיוחד לאשה בהריון. אחרי שהתלוננו למחרת רצו להחליף לנו אבל כבר לא היה לנו כוח שוב לארוז הכל. לטענת המלון בוקינג לא העבירו להם את הבקשה הסבון במקלחת מגעיל נראה רקוב . החדר לא אטום שומעים כל פסיעה מבחוץ כמובן כשהחדר סגור. כשמטפטף גשם שומעים את הטיפטופים על אדן החלון כך שאי אפשר להרדם אני אישית הייתי מעדיף מלון נורמלי יותר ואף לשלם בהתאם יש ריח של עובש בחדר מדרגות

- Tasneem Tariq (7/5): Fairly good for our purpose - Cleanliness, courteous staff, free parking, comfortable bed, location for our purpose, fair for a short stay No way to control heat in the room-too hot for me, TV was fiddly and we couldn't get it to work, room size was was cramped, noise transmission across rooms was disturbing

- Niklas (2/5): Our room was dirty. - Our room had not been properly cleaned. We noticed: -Some broken fixtures in the shower. A bottle of soap and the shower head were on the floor of the shower when we entered. -The bathroom floor had hair, presumably from a previous occupant. -The bathroom had only one partially used toilet paper roll available. -The cabinet contained a deflated balloon. -One of our pillowcases had red discoloration, presumably makeup. The bed was made and otherwise the sheets seemed fine. -Blackout curtain had squished dead bugs stuck to it. -The floor was dirty and had hair. It didn't seem to have been vacuumed.

- Leanne (1/5): COCKROACH IN ROOM 16 - Everything seemed fine until the second night when we found a huge cockroach at 2am and reception did not care to help or even come to see Cockroach found in room 16, reception wouldn’t come clean it and gave me a tin of floor adhesive to kill it myself with, when I asked to move there were no other rooms. The following morning I was told there has not been a single cockroach in 20 years and there’s more chance of a parrot being loose in the room I was disrespected and labeled a liar I suggest the staff thoroughly search the room and apologise to me once the huge cockroach is found I also was told I won’t get a refund and didn’t get an apology if I would have at least got an apology I wouldn’t have wrote this. AVOID at all costs

- Selina (10/5): Lovely clean hotel staff are lovely!! - Lovely and clean, modern and 4 minute walk from the tube station, my daughter and I stayed while we visited London to see guns n roses. The gentleman that checked is in was so friendly and welcoming! Will definitely be coming back. Nothing!!

- elias (9/5): Perfect getaway for the kosher traveler - The room is spacious and comfortable...the location is perfect for the kosher traveler...the staff is courteous and helpful-I left belongings in my room and they called me to pick it up The room was a bit coldish if you didnt put on the ac-the radiator wasnt enough to heat the room,and I remember breakfast being included in the price-used to be excellent breakfast with everything that comes with it...

- Phoebe (7/5): Καλη - Η τοποθεσια Οκ λιγο μακρυα απο το κεντρο Το ξενοδοχειο δεν ηταν πολυ καθαρο και ουτε περιποιημενο. Και απο τις φωτογραφιες στο site φαινεται πολυ πιο καινουργιο. Το δωματιο ηταν αρκετα καθαρο
- Selig (8/5): Es war nett, sehr sauber, gute Lage aber ohne Lift. - Zimmer war klein aber sehr sauber. Das Bad war sehr angenehm. Es hat in jedem Zimmer minibar, Bügeleisen und Haartrockner. Es fehlt das Frühstück. Der Angestellte ziemlich unfreundlich und behäbig. Hilfe mit dem Gepäck hat gefehlt.

- Avishay (10/5): - הצוות ובעל המלון, מאוד קשובים, עזרו לנו בכל בעיה… רצינו להזמין חבילה למלון והצוות ממש עזר, וענו על כל שאלה על האזור ועל אטרקציות מומלצות. יש לובי גדול וכיף שאפשר לשבת בו וללמוד/ לעבוד עם וייפי חופשי, קרוב להרבה מסעדות כשרות, ליד בית חב״ד, בשבת יש מיחם ופלטה בלובי לשומרי שבת, וכן עמדה להדלקת נרות! יש מכונת קפה מפנקת וממש נהנו מכל רגע, החדר היה מרווח ומפנק , נקיון ברמה גבוהה, והיה מזגן וחימום כל הזמן (מאוד דאגתי מהקור של דצמבר).. מגיעים הרבה ללונדון ואין ספק שהייתה חוויה מצויינת ונבוא למלון שוב!
