- Anthony (10/5): Great price and decent location will not disappoint - The staff was friendly for the most part just could be a little nicer at the front desk but everyone else was super friendly especially Nilay she was the best are ac didn’t work in first room and she switched our rooms right away to room with working ac she also provided us with a free breakfast which was really nice of her and she didn’t have to do the location is okay not to to far from all the main stuff in Istanbul but not to close either so it’s good for a quite night the rooms it self we amazing clean and spacious for me and my wife and not a bad price for the 4nights we stayed and they have a pool spa gym and more complete free for use other then the spa but prices aren’t bad for spa but we didn’t end up using it other than that I’d say we had an amazing stay here thanks to nilay Water in shower changes temperature a lot which is annoying and the fact our ac didn’t work in the first room but wasn’t a big deal tbh

- Sajid (10/5): Superb luxurious Hotel, - Super location to get around istanbul, hotel was superb for value for money, facilities were amazing, free parking, and good breakfast. Can't think of anything to dislike about Golden tulip hotel, apart from minor inconvenience we had with the bathrooms being ultra modern designer inspired sliding doors, would have like them to have a lock, however this is minor, considering the excellent service we got from all at the hotel.

I left with love in my heart b - I loved the location of the property too very easy to go to transit I also love the amenities great spa great Jim grateful I loved the room spacious clean housekeeping was always on time. People were always very nice and the staff is amazing. The best part about golden tulip is the staff. They have really fantastic stuff. That’s talk to you on any request. That is irreplaceable. Also big shout out to the women who work in the spa and in the gym. Gazal who is the massage therapist there fantastic and very, very big part of why my day was amazing. There’s not many things I didn’t like. I do wish they maybe had more amenities but the amenities there was amazing. Everything was fantastic. Honestly, it was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at outside of the US.
- Abdulaziz (1/5): فندق 2 نجوم - لا يوجد هذا الفندق يجب تصنيفه 2 نجوم الحجز لغرفة سرير كبير مطلة على المدينة *الاطلالة على مخلفات وسكراب وقمامة في منطقة صناعية مزعجة لا يمكن النوم بسبب الاصوات وسوء عزل الفندق "مرفق صورة" *الحجز لزوجين سرير كنق وتم اعطائي غرفة عدد 2 سرير مفرد وتم تجميعها مع بعض "مرفق صورة" *الحمام بدون كماليات (فرشة اسنان،معجون اسنان،عدة حلاقة،عدة نظافة،غطاء راس،صابون يد،كاسات فرشة الاسنان،مناشف يدين) يوجد فقط شامبو وغسول جسم وغسول يد وجميعها تمت تعبيتها بنفس المادة غسول يد "مرفق صورة" *يتم تسليم النزلاء كرت دخول واحد فقط والعدد للنزلاء 2 *الغرفة متهالكة اللوحة فوق السرير فقط برواز بدون لوحة ، الشامبو وغسول اليد مكسور ، كواية الملابس مكسورة ، اللنبات لا تعمل ، مرايا الحمام بدون انارة "مرفق صورة" *الدش لا يعمل بشكل جيد ويخلط الماء الحار مع البارد ومتقلب درجات الحرارة *للحجز عدد 2 علبة ماء 2 شاهي فقط واي طلب زيادة مقابل مبلغ مرتفع "مرفق صورة" *الصور في الموقع والعرض غير مطابقة للواقع نهائي "مرفق صورة" *الغرفة غير نظيفة وغير مرتبة وركن الشاهي قذر جدا "مرفق صورة" *الموقع في وسط المصانع والمستودعات وغير امن وبعيد عن الاماكن السياحية "مرفق صورة" *ممنوع ادخال الطعام والشراب الي الفندق لا يستحق هذا المكان المال مقابل السكن لمن يبحث عن مستوى 5 نجوم تم ارسال ايميل الى وزارة السياحة التركية للتاكد من تصنيف هذا الفندق لا يمكن ان يكون هذا 5 نجوم وفندق فيرمونت اسطنبول بنفس التصنيف !!!

Das Bett wurde durch Saft etwas verschmutzt, und uns wurde dafür eine saftige Gebühr berechnet. Das war wirklich unprofessionell. Hätte ich gewusst, dass sie so viel verlangen würden, ohne mich vorher zu informieren, hätte ich es selbst gereinigt.

But the best part is their attitude towards guests! My wife and I were on our honeymoon, and to celebrate, Guest Relations Nilay prepared a surprise for us in the form of fruit, which was delivered to our room. But the best part is that on the day of departure, we learned about our flight being delayed and asked to extend our stay at the hotel by two hours. - Mina (9/5): Enjoyable and comfortable stay. - I like that its an international hotel that caters for world travellers, very convenient that the nearest Metro station Sagmalcilar M1 is only 15 minute walk away, there is also many local resturants nearby where the price is very cheap, even though all dont speak English, there are pictures to point to or just ask for the food that is displayed and there is a supermarket across the road. The only thing i did not like is that there is nowhere to hang things like clothes and towels.

The housekeeping staff starts working at 8:00 AM, and unfortunately the noise from the cleaning equipment and housekeeping activities is quite loud in the morning, which can disturb guests who are still resting.

- Hossein (7/5): - The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was decent, but it could definitely be more diverse and of higher quality. To be honest, despite being a 5-star hotel, it did not give me a true 5-star experience and felt closer to a 4-star in terms of service. Upon arrival, I noticed that basic amenities such as toothpaste, toothbrush, body lotion, cotton swabs, razors, etc., were not available in the room. I informed reception, but only one or two items were provided. Considering the price, the room was relatively small and cramped, which is a negative point compared to other 5-star hotels I have previously stayed in. The minibar was empty, and I’m not sure why. Only one bottle of water per guest per day was provided. In many even 4-star hotels, water is available more generously, but in this hotel, additional water had to be purchased, which is a negative point. The Turkish bath and sauna were good, but the pool water was a bit cold. Breakfast was decent, but it could definitely be more diverse and of higher quality. One positive aspect of the hotel was that every day a WhatsApp message was sent asking whether I was satisfied with the facilities and if I needed anything. While this reflects a customer-oriented approach, if the services were truly at a 5-star level, such follow-ups would hardly be necessary. In my previous experiences at other 5-star hotels, the quality of services and amenities was high enough that there was no need to contact management or raise any concerns. Overall, it was a good experience, but as I mentioned, it did not feel like a 5-star stay. I would recommend improving the hospitality amenities and enhancing service quality.

The staff were very accommodating, especially Nilay who reached out to ensure we were happy with the service we were receiving. Location is decent however it would’ve been better if it was a little closer to a main train station or a little bit closer to a number of bus stations also.

The buildings around the hotel are under construction, so you can hear a lot of noise from outside. Noise from other rooms is also quite noticeable. Breakfast was also disappointing. There were not many sweet options available. In addition, the service during breakfast was poor. Dishes were often empty, and staff would not refill them unless asked. Also, the water connected to the juice machine did not seem to be filtered or mineral water. You could clearly taste the unpleasant tap water flavor when drinking cold water from the machine. The hotel classifies itself as a 5-star hotel, but in reality, it does not even qualify as a 3-star property. The door frames were broken, the TV stand was loose, and the bathroom sink was cracked. The strangest thing about this hotel is their policy regarding outside food and drinks. They state that guests are not allowed to bring food or beverages from outside. Their own food is both poor in quality and expensive, yet they still discourage guests from bringing anything from elsewhere. We still brought food from outside, but the staff at the entrance kept watching us every time, which made us feel uncomfortable and guilty. It is a very strange policy, and I have never encountered anything like this in hotels over the past decades. Their daily housekeeping service was also very poor. The room was cleaned extremely quickly, usually within five minutes, and nothing was cleaned properly. On two days, one housekeeping staff member had such a strong unpleasant odor that the room smelled bad for hours after cleaning. There are no trash bins on each floor. As a result, when the trash bin in your room becomes full, there is nowhere else to dispose of garbage. Because of this, people were leaving trash bags near the elevator area. The hotel staff should address this issue.

- McGregor (1/5): Horrible ventilation. Staff irresponsible and not helpful. - The concept This was the worst possible hotel stay at a place with so much potential. Arrival was smooth. From there, everything went downhill. I suffered through the heat with my two young children after contacting the front desk directly and through WhatsApp more than four times about the air conditioning — which is controlled by the hotel. The room remained unbearably hot. My children could barely sleep, and every morning we were desperate to leave the hotel just to cool down. The standard room is extremely small, and the pool was barely heated. The last meal I ordered included chicken that was clearly undercooked and unfinished. On the final day, the water quality was also bad. Then came the worst part — departure day. We had to leave for our flight without my children’s jackets, one of my head coverings, and with me wearing a dirty shirt because the hotel failed to return my laundry on time. I turned the laundry in before 9:00 AM, and it was guaranteed to be returned BY 4:00 PM. I later found out it was not even started until 4:00 PM. I had to leave by 6:45 PM for my flight. When I asked the front desk what could be done, I was told to wait another hour for the laundry — risking missing my flight with two children. There was no compensation offered and not even a sincere apology. This hotel has potential, but the level of service and lack of accountability made this an extremely disappointing experience. Klima konusunda resepsiyonla hem doğrudan hem de WhatsApp üzerinden dört kereden fazla iletişime geçmeme rağmen, iki küçük çocuğumla birlikte sıcakta perişan olduk. Klima otel tarafından kontrol ediliyordu ve oda dayanılmaz derecede sıcaktı. Çocuklarım uyuyamadı ve her sabah sadece serinleyebilmek için otelden çıkmayı sabırsızlıkla bekliyorduk. Standart oda aşırı küçüktü, havuz ise neredeyse hiç ısıtılmamıştı.

Managerul hotelului foarte primitor, ii dadea copilului cate un suc de fiecare data cand il vedea. Multumim! Cu siguranta vom reveni. Totul a fost peste asteptari.

- Yulia (10/5): - Прекрасный отель с красивым видом. Есть бассейн,спорт зал и хамам раздельный для мужчин и женщин. Завтраки очень вкусные, можно поваров попросить тебе отдельно приготовить омлет. Каждый день завтрак разный. Персонал отзывчивый. Халат и всякие коробочки с ушными палочками,бритвами и щётками зубными всё есть. Матрас на кровати удобный и подушки тоже. До центра можно доехать на автобусе ,ехать 30 минут с пробками,а без пробок 20 минут. Автобус ходит прямой 50Р и 336Е. Остановка не далеко в 5 минутах. Если что есть google карты и там можете посмотреть как от отеля доехать ,до центра. Но есть одно но, отелю нужна реставрация ,потому что от времени ставится потреа. Надеюсь, что в скором времени отель приведут в порядок. Номера соответствуют фотографиям. Так же хочу поблагодарить за комплимент от отеля ,фрукты,орешки и печенья❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

- Raziye (7/5): Avis très mitigé - L'amabilité et la serviabilité du personnel. Ils étaient tous aux petits soins et vraiment à l'écoute. Ceux de l'accueil aident volontier, au petit déjeuner ils étaient agréables et serviables. J'ai eu à faire quelques commentaires négatifs et très sincèrement ils les ont pris au sérieux et nous avons pu avoir un vrai échange. C'est un hôtel où on se sent en confiance, dans un quartier familial, avec peu de touristes. Leur spa est super agréable aussi, le personnel y est respectueux et à l'écoute. Le quartier, au permier abord, quand on paye pour un hôtel 5 étoiles on ne s'attend pas à débarquer dans un quartier où une partie des immeubles est en destruction et l'autre en construction. Les fenêtres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées donc le matin dès 7h on entend les bruits du chantier d'à côté. Chantier sur lequel nous avons vue depuis la fenêtre de notre chambre.... Dans la chambre, sur le mur, une belle trace de coup de poing... Pas très rassurant quamd on fait le tour de la chambre... Les peignoirs usés jusqu'à la corde, ne donnent pas envie d'être portés.... Niveau nettoyage, les essuis et poubelles étaient changés mais le nettoyage pas vraiment efficace, malgré un bon pourboire donné au debut du séjour. Nous sommes resté 10 jours, pas une seule fois les draps n'ont été changés.... Donc vraiment pas top à ce niveau là. Pour un 5 étoiles il y a du progrès à faire à ce niveau. Je précise que j'ai fait part de certains points avec le personnel et ceux m'ont proposé de changer ma chambre, de nous mettre à l'aise etc... Donc je le note mais pas pour poser de problème au personnel. Juste pour un retour sincère de nôtre expérience....

Die Badehaube ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber ist halt die Vorschrift. Leider gibt es auch keinen Alkohol im Hotel.

- Mehmet (1/5): Never again - I was treated very poorly by reception staff. I was planning on staying there for a month . One day I got very ill after eating something from the breakfast buffet. I think it was the green beens ( fasulye) I vommited all day and had intens stomach pain . I thought i was going to die. The next day I asked the staff if there were other complaints about the food that day . Hé acted very rude and defensively like i was trying to frame them . I inmediately moved to the Wishmore hotel closeby . Which is a far better hotel on all subjects Hotel staff and the food

- 6e7a5148904971c600551ddee9b700d0 (7/5): cheap 5 star hotel ,closest to 4 star rating hotel - the breakfast was complete with big variety. the room is large and nice the hoter rooms need better meintenance. the coffe machine for 5 star hotel is outdated and the coffe is not nice the area near the hotel is not a turistic area the metro in not far but is also not near to chose it. especialy if you retuer tired from walking all day . better take a taxi we stayed at 9 floor and althogh the view to the city was nice. the windows outside was dusted and dirty and therefore the view was not as clear as it supposed to be
