Catherine (10/5): Beautiful riad, friendly staff and a great location, highly recommend! - The riad is in a great location near the souks and Jemaa el-Fnaa square. It was very clean and our room was cleaned daily. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming and took great care towards my mother who has some mobility issues and couldn’t come out one of the days for an excursion. My mother had the best day spent at the riad, with a relaxing massage then a cooking class and a tea ceremony class. Mum loved it so much she didn’t want to leave! We highly recommend this beautiful riad as a place to stay. It was also nice and quiet.

El confort de la habitación es mejorable, la decoración, la iluminación y en general el mantenimiento se quedan por debajo de lo que se espera de un alojamiento por ese precio. No lo recomendaría para una persona que viaje sola dado que desde la calle principal hay que recorrer 2 o 3 callejones para llegar hasta él.
Diana (10/5): I lived my dream of staying in an authentic place in Marrakech - We could not have imagined a better stay in Marrakech.The team was one of the kindest and most respectful we have ever met anywhere in the world. They truly respected our privacy, but whenever we needed anything, they were always helpful and incredibly friendly. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and authentic, with a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The blankets were large, the pillows very comfortable, and we slept just like at home. The location was also perfect, only about 15 minutes walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit and just 5 minutes from the taxi point. Thank you for making our stay so special. We would definitely come back again.

We waren een beetje ziekjes geworden (niet van het ontbijt in het hotel!) en het personeel heeft ons hier zo goed verzorgd. Transfer van de riad naar de luchthaven was ook top geregeld! Niks

Ayomide Jessica (10/5): Perfect oasis to relax and experience Marrakech - I wish I could give even more stars, as our stay at Les Sources Berbères exceeded all our expectations. The riad itself is perfectly located in the heart of Marrakech, incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and even more stunning than I could capture in photos. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the hospitality of the staff. They warmly introduced us to Moroccan culture and were always there to help or offer great recommendations. Trying the hammam was a personal highlight of the trip. I can wholeheartedly recommend this riad and will definitely return on my next visit to Marrakech.

Maissoun (10/5): - C'est la première fois que je loge dans un riad et franchement si je pouvais mettre plus que 10 je le ferai. Je commence déjà par le riad en lui même situé dans des petites ruelles typique du Marrakech ancien avec tout son charme et sa beauté. On se croirait dans un autre monde. L'odeur des essences de fleurs d'oranger était tout le temps présente tellement apaisante et agréable. Le Riad est non seulement très beau et très charmant mais vraiment propre et le personnel? Que dire du personnel ? Tous mais tous tellement gentils tellement à l'écoute et tellement aimable. Aux petits soins pour moi et ma famille. 2 à 3 fois nous sommes rentrés assez tard et voulions dîner, tout le personnel s'est mis à notre disposition pour nous préparer de très bons plats et tout cela avec un sourire et une gentillesse qui nous ont beaucoup touché ! Le petit déjeuner rien à dire vraiment très bon et très frais! A la fin la manager nous a offert le hammam et le transport de retour. Je recommande vivement ce Riad et si je retourne à Marrakech je ne réserverai que dans cet endroit. S'il y avait eu juste un peu plus d'éclairage dans la chambre ça aurait été plus que parfait.

Thank you to the amazing staff you made us feel welcomed. - The location was amazing, the souks were so close and activities and restaurants were super close. Houda , Elhassan and the team were amazing and made us feel so safe and welcome. If we ever had any questions and needed any help they were always there to assist. The spa facilities were good. We made sure to come to breakfast every morning where they made sure we were taken care of and all the food is fresh and authentic. We went as a group of girls and the staff always ensured that we were back safe when we stayed out a late. The rooms and bathrooms were so beautiful very traditional and cleaned every day. You can also book excursions from the reception and take part in the tea making ceremony which some of us participated in and really enjoyed. Again thank you so much for an amazing stay, we will return here. <3 Nothing.

Os empregados são super simpáticos e prestáveis e estão super disponíveis para responder a todas as situações, mesmo que inesperadas. O pequeno almoço era muito bom. As camas eram super confortáveis. Seria agradável poder apreciar um vinho ou uma cerveja ao final do dia, mas infelizmente o rooftop não disponibiliza. Uma pena, porque é um sítio super agradável para aproveitar o fim de tarde.

Per la mattina, poiché dovevamo lasciare Marrakech prima delle 8:00 per una gita nel deserto, hanno anticipato la nostra colazione alle 7:00 . Non possiamo che ringraziare infinitamente tutto lo staff. Le indicazioni su booking portano in un posto abbastanza distante.

Natascia (9/5): Ottimo Riad in centro - Il riad è molto bello. Camera confortevole e letto comodissimo. Personale gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutare in ogni modo. Abbiamo apprezzato la centralità ( a piede si va ovunque), le aree relax e la terrazza e la prima colazione. Una mattina, dovendo partire presto per un'escursione, ci è stata comunque servita la colazione fuori orario. Non dipende dal riad, ma la strada per arrivare è un pò buia. Dal momento che ci sono numerosi riad in zona, i proprietari si potrebbero accordare per mettere qualche luce lungo la stradina che porta all'ingresso.
Chantal (10/5): Séjour parfait - Séjour très agréable, c’était notre première fois au Maroc, en famille pour fêter un anniversaire. Transfert impeccable depuis l’aéroport jusqu’à l’entrée de la Médina puis un employé est venu nous chercher à pied (5 minutes) pour éviter de se perdre dans les ruelles. Riad très bien situé, dans une rue calme tout en étant à proximité de la place Jemaa el fna, de différents lieux de visite et de très bons restaurants. Très beau Riad, décoré avec goût entre tradition et confort, le parfum de la fleur d’oranger nous a enivré dès notre arrivée. Belle chambre et salle de bain adaptées pour 3 personnes. Différents espaces permettent de se détendre et d’apprécier le charme et la quiétude des lieux en dégustant un excellent thé à la menthe. Le Rooftop est un réel plus pour profiter du soleil. C’est là que nous prenions notre petit déjeuner et le dîner pris sur place. Repas faits maison, de très bonne qualité avec des spécialités comme les msemmen et la tanjia, nous nous sommes régalés. Proximité et qualité du spa très appréciable également, l’entrée se trouvait à l’étage de notre chambre ce qui a facilité l’accès aux soins avec en plus des peignoirs mis à disposition. Mais par-dessus tout, nous avons aimé la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel qui était à nos petits soins, Monsieur Mohammed pour ses conseils de visite et ses délicates attentions, Hassan pour sa discrétion et sa serviabilité tout au long du séjour, Samira pour les petits déjeuners, le repas d’anniversaire, l’entretien des chambres et toutes les autres personnes que nous avons rencontré, toujours aimables et souriantes. Nous recommandons fortement ce Riad où nous avons passé un séjour de rêve. Rien

The Riad is wonderfully decorated/designed, it’s well located and the room & en-suite we had were beautiful & clean. The staff were so friendly & welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast is great and the roof terrace is perfect for chilling out in the evenings too.
MARIA TERESA (5/5): Mi estancia en julio - La ubicación y las instalaciones bastante correctas Al hacer la reserva me dieron la opción de escoger habitación doble y una tienda cual fue mi sorpresa que al llegar la habitación doble estaba bien pero en vez de en tienda nos pusieron en una habitación normal y a pesar de que reclame varias veces no hubo manera que si hacía calor mil excusas que no me creí por supuesto ya que vi que estuvo ocupada mientras estábamos en el rihad Además a pesar de que especifique claramente que íbamos con dos personas celíacas tuvieron bastantes problemas en el desayuno

Rachel (5/5): Sadly disappointed - Booked because of the in property hammam and couldn’t have been more disappointed. The hammam room was cold, water was lukewarm, the e scrub wasn’t thorough. Got left in the meeting room waiting for the massage which was also freezing, not relaxing and the hammam room was immediately cleaned for us to watch. The massage room upstairs was also freezing. They used scratchy towels (no sheets or linens or blankets) on the massage tables. Masseuse asked if it was okay and I asked for harder pressure twice and instead she gave less pressure. Beds was very hard. Cockroach in the bathroom when we arrived. Breakfast was okay but nothing special. Packaged honey and jams

Totally misaligned with the spa telex vibe advertised. Absolute opposite of what advertised. Likely very nice other times but expect management to prioritise large group profit over maintaining the atmosphere their spa marketing promises. No responsibility taken by staff and our concerns minimised.

Toujours souriants et arrangeants — ils nous ont accompagnés dans la rue à 4h du matin pour prendre un taxi vers l’aéroport et nous servaient le petit déjeuner avec le sourire même à des heures tardives. Riad un peu plus bruyant que celui que nous avions avant mais bien plus calme qu’un autre que nous avons connu. Il y avait également une légère odeur de canalisation dans la salle de bain, mais rien d’insupportable ni gênant pour le séjour.

Thomas (7/5): Could have been lovely but a hotel without food and drink is always going to disappoint - Lovely building, nice staff, good location in medina We paid a bit extra for a hotel instead of a room somewhere but they couldn’t offer us any food or drink and the hot tub was out of action, so essentially none of the convenience of a hotel and no warning before we got there.
