Deben desinstalarlo .
Es una estafa
- Abel (1/5): many drogadicts and strollers without future - Nothing mattresses are very old and some dirt stained, many crazy ones who are getting high and stinking marijuana
- Cristhian (1/5): - Nothing Shat a bad place, they asked me me to cancel the reservation because they have other prices then they try to charge me nor than the real deal

- Ewa (8/5): - This review is for the Alpes Lima Hostel as we were redirected there by the staff (Waikiki Hostel is shut down). In the Alpes Lima the vibe was great. The hostel has a rooftop with a bar, hot tub and games; It was fun hanging around there. Nice kitchen area. Great staff members paying attention to safety. We actually didnt stay at the Waikiki Hostel but were redirected to Alpes Lima Hostel which supposedly is the same owner. The Waikiki hostel was shut down with an official closure notice at the entry. We were not informed that the hostel was closed ahead of our arrival and the notice looked suspicious. When we called the hostel, we were advised to relocate to the Waikiki hostel which initially made us suspicious and nervous.

- Valentín (1/5): Clausurado - Nada Al llegar al hotel estaba clausurado, no tuvieron ni la decencia de avisarnos. Llegamos a las 00hs al hotel y tuvimos que buscar de urgencia otro
- manson538 (10/5): Great breakfast ,Diana ,shei and Malu were very lovely and fun .The facilities were nice too -
- Marc-Julius (7/5): Gute Lage - Gute Lage -
- Stefano (9/5): It’s worth it - Very good location, good wifi and very nice and clean hostel. At the reception Jerica and Diana were very helpful to provide me for all the information that I needed for visiting the city.
Super recommend!
- Francisca (10/5): Everyone was so nice! - Comfortable facilities, good to meet people if you are traveling alone I felt the springs of my bed, but I didn't give it much importance.
- Shaked (8/5): Very good - Wonderful, Jerica and Eloina were very nice
- Robin (10/5): Exceptional - Augusto is a legend, really enjoyed his vibes at the bar! Made everyone feel very comfortable
- Shruti (5/5): Passable -
- Ankit (5/5): Passable -
- Loz (8/5): Very good -
- René (10/5): Exceptional - I've tried almost every hostel in Lima, and Waikiki is the best. You can party every night if you want, but it super well isolated so you won't hear the party going in your dorm the staff is super nice and always willing to help. Fiorella (the bar girl) and Miguel (the manager) are the best!
- Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - Staff are very helpful and welcoming, good location and shuttle to the airport, nice terrace area upstairs to chill No window in the dorm room, but not much they can do about this
- Loz (9/5): Superb -
- Tair (10/5): Exceptional - The best stuff ever Miguel Alee fiorella and rest of the stuff really willing to help with everything great value for money and great breakfast hostel that got into my heart!
- Samuel (7/5): Good - Decent place. Fresh rooms and nice beds. No towel included. Wifi does not work at all in the dorms, keep that in mind when you book.
- Belinda (8/5): Excellent location, fantastic vibe, welcoming &knowledgable staff - Welcoming, clean, bar upstairs wasn’t noisy, bed was comfortable and had its own bathroom. The staff were excellent. Could get breakfast for a good price at the hostel and coffee ! as I arrived at 6am, they assist to arrange a car prior and the driver was flexible; this is an excellent service for 24/7 and early morning flights. Staff are super helpful, rooms is other wise well appointed with all basic needs.bed lamps ports for phone chargers etc, and quiet times are respected for sleeping, and it’s clean and tidy. The aircon for the rest of the downstairs part of the building is located on the floor above and as it cools other rooms it tends to vibrate above the double room. This isn’t something that the staff can change; bring ear plugs as when it’s on it vibrates on its holdings and directly above the room.
- Mathieu (9/5): Superb - A good place to stay and good staff. Would come back :) If I'd be picky I'd say that beds with curtains would be nice
- Nicola (9/5): Superb - Nice vibes, the staff was very friendly and helpful with tips for travelling. The kitchen is a bit too small
- Torin (10/5): Excellent hostel - Fantastic location and great facilities, staff are amazing
- Patrik (9/5): Superb - Location is really nice, plus if you surfing is really close to the beach, Fiorela is absolutely legend up at the rooftop beating you in Jenga and mixing best pisco 👌👌
- Torin (10/5): The stay was incredible and Fiorella was amazing, a true mixologist and has a great taste in music - The terrace is fantastic and the rooms have air-con Nada fue perfecto
- Kara (10/5): Peaceful and relaxing stay with very friendly and loving staff. - We stayed in the private rooms and this was fantastic. Brilliant breakfast, amazing ambiance, very clean, everyone was very friendly. Oscar at the door with his dog was so wonderful, lively and kind. And Daniel was so charming, helpful and so amazing! Our stay was incredible and these 2 individuals made it really special for us. Alsp walking distance from everything! Perfect! Thank you Waikiki/Conto plata 145 We booked private rooms and this was separate from Waikiki. Would have been helpful to have been given the new address in an email to go to before we arrived. Otherwise everything was excellent
- Ellen (8/5): Ok, but wouldn’t stay here again - Overall, it was a good experience, but I wouldn’t stay there again. The dorms were clean, the shower is awesome and the area upstairs is very nice.
The location was not perfect, cause despite being just a short walk of everything, it’s not right in the middle of Miraflores. The kitchen is fully equipped but the itens are old.
The staff is nice, especially the girls at reception but at times it seems like they’re watching you and you don’t feel at home.
- Myron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lyndon (8/5): Very good - Safe neighborhood. Easy to find. Showers hot and good pressure. Beds and rooms were reasonable with good linen. Nice sized rooms. Staff with good English generally and quite helpful. Get a lot of street noise through the day. Also, rooms near the reception area get to hear everything from reception, so the night staff should keep the noise and chat to low decibels at midnight and after
- Oliver (7/5): our first time in lima - staff were helpful, friendly, there was even a security guard on the door 24/7 which made us feel safe. we chose to stay in a private bedroom with private bathroom which is what we as a couple enjoy. we also like the rooftop bar and hot tub! when we booked the address advertised was not the address when we arrived, so we ended up staying in a slightly different area of town. which we were okay with, just make sure you are before you book.
- Jorjan (7/5): Pretty decent budget option - Although I booked Waikiki, their private rooms are located at another hostel (Alpes Lima Kennedy Hostel) so my review is based on the latter. I wish I knew prior that I’d be accommodated there instead of at Waikiki, however, they are pretty close to one another, so I wasn’t greatly inconvenienced. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The bed is very comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the security guard on the first floor. Edwin was very warm and welcoming.
The breakfast is also great! They really surpassed my expectations.
Great amenities for the price.. Overall a pretty decent budget accommodation. The hostel (Alpes) can be pretty noisy, especially at night. You can hear people walking around on the top floor. My room was located right beside the staircase, so I could hear when people where going up and down the steps. Not sure if it was the air conditioning unit (I assume so), but some unit or water pump of the sort was making quite a bit of noise. Sometimes falling asleep was difficult.
The bathroom was clean, but it had a bit of an off-putting smell that was hard to get rid of. Because of that, I never kept the bathroom door open since the smell would wander into the bedroom.
Their exchange rate is also higher than the listed rate. At the time of my stay, their rate was 1 USD:4 SOL. Also, there is a 5% charge for card payments. So I ended up paying a little more than expected (~$12 US more).
- Rachel (5/5): Small,smelly bathroom,uncomfortable, - Great location walking distance in Miraflores
Great roof top ,for the Alpes Lima Kennedy hostal First of all this hotel does not have private rooms
So then you get there from a long flight (they mentioned perhaps in email which was definitely not understood!!)
That the private rooms are in a different building
Which we thought they have two buildings and it’s next to
But it’s a few blocks down with a totally different name….
So in the early morning we were exhausted and we had to pull our things and walk over …
It’s the Alpes Lima Kennedy hostal
Very uncomfortable rooms!!
The staff don’t give you a really good feeling…more like they are doing you a favor…
And they can even look annoyed by you.. you can get for the same price of a private room in a hotel !
Just avoid …!!
- Imaan (8/5): Very good -
- Petra (3/5): Poor - Location in the central part
Staff was very helpful, allow stay in common area till room ready
Possibility of direct shuttle to airport
Nice terrace, my refuges place from terrible room Room has no ventilation and the smell was horrible. Also the humidity was heigh.
No windows
- Rocky (7/5): Location is great, very close to Parque Kennedy. Good stay for a night. - Location, breakfast, rooftop bar, vibe & hospitality. bathroom
- Audet-welke (9/5): Superb - Had a great stay. The staff is very friendly and the hostel has a great ambiance.
- Erik (4/5): Disappointing - Nice shared spaces, good breakfast, nice staff. Other location than booked (Alpes Lima), stinky bathroom and also room, broken air conditioning, mold in the bathroom, uncomfortable bed, small room.
- Lára (9/5): Superb -
- Tania (10/5): Exceptional -
- Medi (7/5): Good -
- Tony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aimee (9/5): Fun stay in a good location with friendly and helpful staff - Very big room with massive bathroom - apartment style. Fun rooftop, easy to make friends. Special shoutout to the bartender Jesus - he’s a legend. Pretty good value for money. Close to the cat park!! Clean facilities. All staff were friendly and helpful. When we arrived, our room window was open which is off given the current dengue fever crisis. We didn’t actually stay at Waikiki. I feel there was a bit of dishonesty from the receptionist at check in regarding our room and booking. We booked a room with aircon, didn’t get aircon. They said we could change but the change would be in another building which was a hassle so we didn’t worry as it was cool enough at night. The room ended up being great so I didn’t let it taint our experience, and the receptionist was still very friendly and helpful otherwise.
- Tony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ruthvi (3/5): Poor - There was no WiFi!
It was so surprising to me that there was no WiFi connection in my room, despite the hostel claiming to have WiFi. I was expecting to work during my trip and had checked for WiFi beforehand. Despite reaching out to the staff multiple times, they were unable to fix it. They eventually moved me to a different room after 1 day. The new room had a connection, but even that was erratic and would keep disconnecting randomly. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience. Internet connection is ubiquitous in this day and age and it was really surprising that they were lacking in it.
- Georgia (10/5): Super social and friendly hostel! Great breakfast 😋 - Rooms were big and spacious, with A/C too and an en-suite. There are other showers to use externally of the rooms too. Breakfast was lovleyyyy and definitely worth paying for. Location was great, super close to the beach and to the centre of Miraflores. Met an amazing group of people from the hostel on the walking tour and we hung out for 3 days after. All the staff are super friendly, helpful and there’s a lot of free shots going around! The surf lessons were also great value for money! I returned to Lima a week later and they let me hang out in the hostel and keep my bags there before my next bus.
- Rainer (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswert - Very professional!! All, clean, friendly staff!! Top
- Scorza (10/5): Exceptional - This goes beyond a simple review, because I'll share with you my unforgettable adventure at the Waikiki hostel in Miraflores, Lima, where adventure turned into friendship and moments became unforgettable memories! From the moment I set foot in this place, I knew I was about to experience something epic. With its unbeatable location, just steps away from the boardwalk and all the attractions in Miraflores, I had access to everything within walking distance.
Let me tell you, opting for a shared room was definitely the right choice! With high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry, and luggage storage at my disposal, my journey was on its way to perfection.
But what really filled my heart with joy was the incredible team working here. From Armando, the manager who makes you feel at home, to Eloína, whose 10/10 breakfasts were a ray of sunshine in the mornings. Zahir and Eloína kept everything impeccable and in order, always reliable. Then there's Rose, the tour guide whose passion and tours take you to discover the most exciting treasures of Peru. And at the bar, Jonathan and Robert, who was the life of the party and made every night a memorable experience. And the reception guys like Gustavo, Miguel, Yair, and Enrique always had a smile and genuine interest in your activities and how your day was, welcoming me after a long day of adventures and tasting 😎😋.
Each of them became my family in this distant city from my home in Canada, and they managed to create a bond of friendship that I will never forget.
Although my journey came to an end, the memories and friendships I formed at the Waikiki hostel will last forever, as this is not just a place to stay, it's a home away from home, where hearts meet and laughter never fades.
So if you're looking for an experience that fills you with joy and makes you feel like family, I would say the Waikiki hostel is the place, where you can smile, laugh, and create memories that will last a lifetime just like it happened to me.

- George (8/5): I stayed in the private room, overall a clean and tidy room and lots of space for a solo or couple travelling. I spent m - The staff especially Felix and Gustavo were amazing and super friendly, helpful and hosted a perfect environment for travellers. A little outdated maybe needs a refresh in parts and a upgrade. Small kitchen.
- Nick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eleanor (8/5): Alpes Lima is in a great location and is a very comfy and safe hostel. Ideal for those who love drinking/partying - Whilst we booked Waikiki hostel, we were put in Alpes Lima, so this review is for Alpes Lima. Comfy and clean room, very welcoming staff, excellent location (close to Kennedy Park Tourist Information Centre which is perfect for the airport bus). Also had free luggage storage and a lovely rooftop bar The hobs in the kitchen didn’t work particularly well - struggled to turn them on and off
- Eleanor (8/5): Great place to stay in Lima if you want a comfy, safe hostel with excellent kitchen facilities and friendly staff. Perfe - Comfy room, excellent shared kitchen with all the essentials, friendly staff, and free luggage storage. Very close to the coast and Kennedy Park. We did the free walking tour around Barranco which was excellent Loud music in the evening (at least until 10pm) and there was a common area right outside our room where people were talking (walls were thin so it was quite loud!)

- Michaela (7/5): Fine for a short stay but would not come again. - DISCLAIMER: review is about rainbow hostel (sister hostel) as I was moved there due to overbooking
Rainbow was in a good location and rooms/bathrooms/kitchen were clean. Secure access and laundry offered. Can use facilities at sister hostels. WiFi was very poor
Huge disparity between 8bed dorms of the same price (one downstairs has no lockers or space in the room and the bathroom is out through the reception)
Staff were helpful but disorganised when sorting extensions/room changes
- Arthur (6/5): Demand the fair rate from PEN to USD - Location and kindness of the staff. They charge you as if it was an exchange transation. In all other cities we visited in Peru (even in Cusco), the acommodations charged us aprox. 3,70 to 3,75 soles per 1 US dollar (the official rate at the time), as Waikiki did it using the exchange stores rate, aprox. 3,95 soles per 1 US dollar. That will be reported to Booking.
- Ash (8/5): Very good -
- Eibhlín (8/5): Would recommend - Good social hostel in Lima, good location Lots of stairs up to hostel
- Andrea (9/5): Superb -
- D (9/5): Waikiki hostel Miraflores, excellent. - Armando and Gustavo are simply great and help a lot. Loud music late night in the bar.
- Alexander (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alexander (10/5): Great place - Great location and the staff were absolutely fantastic. Being able to leave our bags whilst we were out of Lima for a few days was awesome too.
- Tayla (9/5): Superb -
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Miöx90 (8/5): Very good -
- Marc (1/5): Bad - Cheap but very dirty place ! , dirty bedsheet, and bedbugs
You will get sick to be there, run away
- Thomas (9/5): Superb - Great Hostel, very good breakfast, cool staff. Especially Rose is a very nice and polite person. She helped me many times and gave me great recommendations for my stay in Lima, wonderful. Mattress was very soft and used, at least in my case.
- Nida (9/5): Superb - The receptionist Rose was so kind. The location is great. My only problem was with the internet connection, all other things made me satisfied.
- Jessica (9/5): Great stay - Really close to town, decent price, good bar and the staff were really lovely and helpful. Can get sim card, Taxis to airport and further transport all sorted here
- Arabella (8/5): Social hostel with great staff - The staff were super friendly and helpful, and there was a good social vibe at the hostel. The WiFi was really slow/didn’t really work in the dorm rooms and my bed was right next to the AC so it was a little cold at night.
- Manon (10/5): Amazing time - Staff is absolutely amazing
Comfortable bed
Great parties
Very helpful, I received so many advice for my travel N/A
- Ailin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (1/5): Bad - I don’t like it, I feel cheated. The property sent me to another hotel 1:00am in the morning after picking me up from the airport without any explanation. It forced the customer to accept its assignment.
- Jawad (3/5): Wouldn't recommend - Clean and good facilities Staff were not polite! Did not appreciate staff to be drunk and rude! Out of all the hostels we stayed in Peru, this was amongst the worst. The room we stayed in was average and was pretty small considering how much we paid. Oh and they will charge you 5% extra for paying by card? Found that abit strange for an established hostel
- Jenna (8/5): Cute hostel in Miraflores - The staff are AMAZING here!! They spoke both English and Spanish and the front desk is open 24/7. Everyone is super friendly and it is such a cute hostel (it looks exactly like the pictures!). It is on a quiet side street in Miraflores, so there was no traffic sounds that I could hear as well. The room was clean and the adjoining bathroom was also clean. The two women that checked me in were great in showing me around and hastily getting me a taxi out of an unsafe situation later that night. The woman that checked me out, Rose, was also very kind and helpful during that situation. They also offered a complimentary shot at the bar upstairs haha I would recommend this hostel! I didn't like that I could not lock my room since it was not a private room. I have almost exclusively stayed in shared hostel rooms when I travel and have never come across the problem of being unable to lock my door whenever. There was a working lock on the door and I was the only occupant for the night in my 4-bed room, but there is only one key from what I understood, so I wasn't allowed to lock it. I would have felt much safer being able to do so as the room is on the ground floor, and I felt that anyone could have walked in at any point during the night. The bar was also a little loud from inside the room, but I think they lowered the music after 10pm.
