- Kei (8/5): A great base for enjoying Batik. - The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I only stayed for one night, so I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but I’d love to enjoy it with my son next time. One small issue was that there was no power outlet next to the bed and no USB. So charging my phone was a bit inconvenient. It would be great if an outlet could be added near the bed.

- Luc (7/5): Niet weer - Vriendelijke ontvangst. Ontbijt uitgebreid. Kennis van het Engels is minimaal. Kamer zeer gehorig; straat geluiden en buren. Zwembad gevuld met kinderen en aangeklede dames. Hotel niet zo geschikt voor Westers publiek.

Since Cirebon is quite far from the capital, it’s hard to expect the same standard as Jakarta, but considering the price, it was satisfactory. One of the best things was its proximity to a large shopping mall. The mall called “Garage” is only a 5-minute walk away, so it was nice to walk there for a bit of exercise, and it was convenient because I could easily buy anything I needed. Check-in was delayed, and I had to wait outside for an hour. This part was a bit disappointing. Just as guests are expected to follow the check-out time, I believe the hotel should strictly honor the check-in time as well. They mentioned that they upgraded my room because of the wait, but for me, my time is more important than the size of the room.

- Annemarie (6/5): Zag er mooi uit bij aankomst maar de ervaring was matig - De bedden waren heel erg fijn en de kamer was schoon voor Aziatische begrippen. Gratis shuttle service naar het station. Meeste personeel was erg vriendelijk en probeerde hun best te doen ondanks het feit dat communicatie in het Engels moeilijk verloopt. -er is een Grillrestaurant bij het zwembad. Die besteld het eten uit de keuken beneden en er wordt dus niks gegrild. De kaart is hetzelfde als van het andere restaurant. De jongen die er in de bediening werkte was lui en ongeïnteresseerd en er werden dus fouten gemaakt met de bestelling. Het eten was matig, duurde een eeuwigheid en de ambiance sfeerloos. Scheve tafels, ongezellige verlichting en geen tafelkleed, kaarsje, plantje oid op de tafels. - kraan van douche en wastafel werkte niet goed - airconditioning kon alleen op stand diepvries of uit - mieren in de kamer( 5de verdieping) - ontbijt ( westers) was matig van kwaliteit - er is een bar maar die serveert behalve bier geen andere alcoholische drank

My kids want to have swim, we have standby by 7am and the pool (and all activities, gym, kids room, sauna) not yet open, but the sign is stated 6am should be open, we need to wait many minutes until one staff come up and even that the pool is not cleaned very dirty

When they have high ocupation, parking space will be a big problem. Basement parking area not easy for big cars. We arrive at 4Pm, room still not ready, maybe the last guest too lazy to leave after new years night Towel condition should be replace by a new one. We did not get face & hand towel

- Remko (9/5): Superb - The staff was super nice for the family, had a great time. Kfc is on the left from the hotel and a couple of minutes to the left is mc D. If you walk to the right and cross the crossing and walk over the bridge there will be a burger king. If you go outside to the right and cross the street there is a mall. The room is big and the location is great in cirebon, we had a splendid time. The staff was super nice. Would stay here again if i go to cirebon. The airco we had problems with it even if you put in on auto it should cool down to keep the temperature but on the day that can be tricky. If you put it only on cooling it works great but for the child it was then to cold hahaha.

Breaskfast can be improved. For example, the coffee making machine wss not working for a particular type of coffee (machiato).

The most important things is a strategic location, has spacious and very comfortable room, and also a delicious breakfast. The crew and services are also very nice. Has a large indoor and directly parking lot so our vehicles stay clean.

- ariefakhri_m (10/5): Nice hotel at Cirebon City - I like it because it cleanliness and friendly staff. I was helped by Ms. Fitria at reception and she was very helpful for my request. The hotel has strategic area because it s located near public mall, convenient store also fast food restaurant! The room is cozy enough for sleep. Breakfast also superb! My minus point only the pillow is a little bit thin but overall almost perfect!

Thank you so much for being caring to my family. I bought the cake at the counter but the cake is very hard to slice as it just came out from the freezer. But the cake was very tasty. Overall I'm very satisfied with the stay thank you once again. see you soon to all the staff.

So I have to request to go to the regular room that have better flooring, that means I am paying for an executive room type but using a regular room. (rate was not downgraded as front desk inform I made the booking to Booking.com so cannot change).

- Eddietravelson (10/5): My best experience at Luxton - This is the only Hotel I would recommend. I have stayed in different hotels in Cirebon, but my experience at Luxton was the best. Centrally located especially for foreign tourist or businessmen it's got the fast food chains like McDonald's KFC Domino's Pizza Hut, Grage shopping mall, all at a 5 minute walk. Our breakfast was amazing and the most important person was Asti. She was our guide for everything. Rooms are spotless, views not that bad. But room service food amazing. For me nothing better than Luxton

Pool looks lovely but did not have the opportunity to use. Breakfast was decent and had a good selection of items (although some signage didn't match the food). Towels were missing from my room, although to their credit, they did not take too long to bring one even though it was past 11pm. The rain shower was a bit difficult to figure out. Noise might be an issue if there are noisy neighbours.
