- Luning (9/5): - We really enjoyed the dinner with a variety of food available and always something new every day. There are a lot of activities going on and such a nice vibe. Breakfast is also great. The room is quite spacious and offers a bit of sea view. The spa is great. There is hardly any free parking nearby so we had to pay 10 euro per day for parking. It can be a bit loud in the evening as there is always a performance if you don't like it. The door is very heavy and many guests do not realise how much noise it would create if they just let it go.

- Michael Hartmann (8/5): Tolles Hotel, leider zu nah am Megapark - Frühstück und Abendessen Buffet ist hervorragend. Der Ruheraum an der Sauna müsste auch einen Außenbereich haben. Die Nähe zum Megapark und die extrem dreckige Promenade dort mit den vielen betrunkenen Menschen, bereits vormittags.

Place de parking payante .. c’est inadmissible pour un hôtel 5 étoiles La nourriture n’était pas bonne et pas assez de choix surtout pour le dîner - c’est le grand point regrettable pour cet hôtel La piscine intérieure n’est pas si grande comme elle pourrait paraître sur les photos et l’eau était froide - jacuzzi pas du tout chaude, ça ne donne même pas envie d’y rester !

- Veselina (10/5): Amazing hotel and staff - Beautiful hotel, a real 5*****, amazing rooms, absolutely great staff. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and helpful. I wanted to change rooms for a sea view and the reception was great in helping me. I am sorry I didn’t get their names. Naomi and Rosanna at the spa are both exceptional. The food was delicious too. The breakfast was incredible and the last night I wanted to stay in the hotel for dinner as I only had breakfast included.- I paid only 35 euro plus another 27 for a prime local wine - such a great time value. There is a bus stop 5 min walking from the hotel to take you to the city of Palma, which can save you the 25 euro for a taxi. No disposable flip flops in the rooms/spa, no shower cap or anything you should have in your room when you stay in a 5 star hotel. No fan in the spa dressing rooms to dry your hair.

The food was excellent with a good variety every day, and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff were the highlight — young, energetic, and very friendly, always working hard with a smile. The atmosphere is perfect for families, and our kids had a wonderful time. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily come back.

- Sven (10/5): - Der Check-in verlief freundlich und unkompliziert, inklusive eines Begrüßungsgetränks. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große und abwechslungsreiche Auswahl. Der Spa-Bereich ist ausreichend dimensioniert und gut geeignet zur Entspannung. Besonders praktisch ist der Rennradverleih von Hürzeler direkt im Hotel. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel, auf dem wir stets einen freien Platz gefunden haben. Alternativ kann ein Parkplatz auch über das Hotel gebucht werden. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr sauber, das Personal durchweg höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, gut ausgestattet und bieten einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Vi checka in sen och vilken service och bemötande och span, överskatt på rummet med jätte gott och fin mat på rummet. , jag har varit på många femstjärniga hotell men det aldrig som hipotels , ni är bäst och jag rekommenderar till alla som frågar om min semester. Och jag kommer alltid tillbaka. Ni är bäst och ska ni vara stolta 😍 Allt är perfekt 😍

We had breakfast and dinner included in our stay and the food was just amazing, completely exceeded expectations. Dinner menu changed every night and it was a joy to discover new dishes. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. A big shoutout to breakfast cook Javier Oscar who was an absolute sunshine and skilled sea food cook Maite at dinner. We were also happy with the services. Common areas are stylish and spacious, there is a huge pool with plenty of sun-beds, hotel gym was surprisingly good and we could easily rent bikes from the reception. - While the rooms were spacious, the toilet and shower lacked privacy. The rooms also didn’t have the same warmth and stylish atmosphere as the lobby and dining room. - List of tv channels was scarce - Could Hipotels explore the option of having a shuttle bus from hotel to Palma and back? The local busses work well but were very crowded in September, can’t imagine how crowded they are during peak tourist season. Tourists are placing strain on public transportation services that the local community depends on for their daily needs.

- Lily_France_2024 (10/5): Great hotel, the best buffet - We spend a wonderful week in this hotel brand the HIPOTELS, this time in Palma ( previous one is hipotel palace Calla Millor ) Location : 15 mn taxi from PMI PALMA airport and cost around 20 euros for the ride. Taxis are easily avalaible at airport, 10 mn waiting time. First impression: very welcoming Checking was hassled free, starting with a refreshing drink served with smile All explanation were provided re the facilities, provided maps to navigate around the area and tips. And lastly, graciously inform us that as returning guests, we were upgraded to a suite on the 4th floor which is huge with an 180 degrés sea view and large balcony overlooking the outdoor swimming pool The bathroom is tastefully designed, enough lights, separate area for bathtub, shower and toilet, which is an important criteria for a lengthy stay. The hotel premises are impressive, modern yet with warm touch of home welcoming feeling and deserve its 5stars label. F&B : breakfast and diners (buffet style ) are served in the main restaurant located on ground floor. Each guest party is assigned to the same table reserved for the whole stay (very cool ) thus allowing guest to order beverage to be served for the next day meals if not yet finished. The foods are of high quality and surely none of the best hotel buffet we tried : catering for any food allergy.. live cooking stations served on demand the best juicy tenderloins, salmon tuna, swordfishes cooked any way you prefer. Cold cuts ( ibérico ham, smoked salmon, cured anchovies, cured ham etc..) are equally savoury. And desserts are as delicious as they are good looking That is one of the reasons we came back to hipotels after trying as well the Cala Milor hotel. The highlights are the gala diner, with an array of local products (local cheese, iberico cured meats, wine etc…) All the staff are very welcoming and attentive and ensure that none items are missing from buffet The spa area is very beautiful, with an small indoor pool, a wonderful sauna with direct view to the sea and hamman and a plunge cold pool (10 degrés) for the hit/cold « contrast therapy » cure . Very cool concept. Outside pool is huge (even if the hotel is at fulll capacity) but transats are taken at peak time Beach area outside of the hotel is disappointing (no fault with the hotel) , not very large stretch of sands and largely overcrowded and noisy and dirty Staff : the hotel staff are very welcoming and attentive. All in all, a very nice stay and highly recommend this hotel brand (both hipotel hippocampus palace at Cala Millor and Palma palace) as it is difficult to be disappointed by the quality of services and the food

Nicht flexibel mit der Tischauswahl und dem Personal- offen wäre besser! In der Sauna leider mit Badebekleidung. - Flavius (10/5): Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und alles war perfekt - Einfach alles. Der Außen Pool war beheizt,für Oktober echt Klasse Am Pool könnte das Restaurant länger geöffnet sein da nicht alle Halbpension gebucht haben.

- Christian (8/5): Sehr gut, um dem Novemberblues zu entfliehen - Schöne Anlage in guter Lage an der Playa und tolles Frühstück sowie Abendbuffet mit Live-Cooking. Sehr freundliches Personal. Insgesamt hätten wir uns ein 5-Sterne-Hotel (noch) etwas anders vorgestellt und es war kein allzu großer Unterschied zu bisherigen „normalen“ 4-Sterne- Aufenthalten erkennbar.

- Sylvie (8/5): Super rustgevend hotel met bijzonder lekker eten. - De kwaliteit van het eten en de bediening was uitstekend. De variteit kon nog ietsje beter. Het hotel is bovendien erg mooi. Zowel de kamers, de lobby, het restaurant en het zwembad zorgen voor een ontspannen sfeer. De eerste avond werden we verplicht om pas tegen 20u s"avonds te eten en dat was erg laat gezien we die dag om 3.30u s"ochtends zijn opgestaan. Hoewel we dat hadden aangegeven was er toch geen mogelijkheid om vroeger te eten.

- Sylvia (10/5): Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. - Super Hotel, Suiten sehr komfortabel, Essen, es gab alles, was man sich vorstellen kann. Personal sehr freundlich 😊 und hilfsbereit. Pool im Hotel auch im November beheizt, so dass dieser von uns täglich genutzt werden konnte. Es hat uns Alles sehr gut gefallen!

- Denise (10/5): angenehm entspannt. - Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr abwechslungsreich und auf Wünsche zum Beispiel wenn die Avocado leer war, wurde einem sogar neue Avocado geschnitten und an Tisch gebracht wirklich super und zu 100 % weiter zu empfehlen. ☺️ Die Lage ist super man kommt überall schnell hin, besonders zum Strand. Es ist ruhig und der Ausblick ist einmalig. Alles in einem alles top. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. nichts auszusetzen. ☺️

- Julien (9/5): Hôtel moderne, propre et bien situé - Proche de l’aéroport et proche des axes principaux pour visiter Personnel très sympathique et souriant Chambre spacieuse et propre Nourriture très bonne et variée Super petit déjeuner Hôtel moderne et récent Les ascenseurs ne sont pas assez nombreux et sont trop lents La vaisselle est quelques fois un peu sale Piscine intérieure un peu petite pour un hôtel de cette taille Peu de places de parking gratuites disponibles à l’extérieur dans les rues. Il faut souvent tourner pour trouver une place.
- Zlatko nicaZe (9/5): Almost exceptional - Warm welcome at reception with the Welcome drink,Holliday cant start better....We had Junior Suite,simply amazing...Wasnt required to ask for a new towels,i think every day they got changed.Room was cleaned everyday and so on.....Outside pool area its ok,but for us pool area is boring,we prefer beach and we enjoyed every day with 22+ degrees.Breakfast Buffet exceptional,everything what you wish its there.Bar stuff amazing,Cocktails amazing... Didnt liked buffet for a dinner and waitress who served us,she was more focused on guests who are there allready many times and she was wery stressed without smile on a face,Picking up cutlery from Tables Like they are garbage(20 Pcs in one Hand)....And Wery important because in Front of the Name stays Spa&Wellness Hotel with 5* its quite dissapointing to have 1sauna,türkisch Bad,small Pool and Hottub.

- Ewelina (10/5): - Pięknych hotel, wygodne przestronne pokoje z cudnym widokiem. Basen zewn, wewn i strefa spa w cenie pobytu. Co wieczór muzyka na żywo w barze na dole- choć czasem trochę za głośno. Pyszne śniadania, również z lokalnymi produktami. Bardzo dobrze położony: dość blisko lotniska-15min autem, i położony w zasięgu 5 minut do ulicy nad morzem pełnej knajpek i sklepów. Za pośrednictwem hotelu jest możliwość wynajęcia samochodu.

- Rainer (9/5): Rundum gelungener Urlaub - Tolles Frühstück und Abendessen, freundliches Personal, passend für fünf Sterne Hotel, Zimmer absolut okay, Daunenkissen war verfügbar und wurde mir aufs Zimmer gebracht Ich fand die Bettwäsche und auch die Servietten ziemlich steif und nicht so angenehm, normale Dusche zum Drunterstellen wäre mir wichtiger als Regendusche
