• Syafiqah (7/5): - Inside the room. Spacious and comfortable Pretty annoyed that I now have to scan and pay just to use the hairdryer inside our room. Lol. And what happened to the hotel parking? It used to be free, but now it’s RM10. I’ve been staying with my family here since 2012 or maybe earlier, so this visit is quite disappointing.

• Razman Marsoff (10/5): - Superb location to nearby attactions in Melaka town. Got family room with balkony facing the river. Would be good if the rooms have small mini fridge.

• Shanti Anne (6/5): Ok but not worth the price. - The Reception n waiting area. The air-con vent was not covered - thus strong gush of wind was blowing. The shower holder was faulty, so had to hold the shower head while showering- feally incnnvenient.

• A.Z.Salleh (7/5): Love the size for Twin bedroom - Huge room for Twin Bed No water bottle in room. But they have RO water machine at the hallway. Plastic jug in room. Only 1 drinking mug. No stirrer or teaspoon. No coffee or tea sachet. Toiletries and towel provided.
• DeenD (1/5): - Aku sudah request untuk late check out at 2.00pm pada pukul 3.00am.. Tapi pagi tu tak boleh buat pembayaran.. Staff decided suruh aku buat pembayaran siang Dan dia Akan inform pada staff siang Dan mengatakan staff siang Akan contact aku. Sehingga Pukul 12pm tiada apa2 notis yg mengatakan aku tak boleh keluar lambat..Pukul 12.00pm aku turun untuk buat pembayaran tiba² staff xbagi aku bayar Dan sambung masa keluar aku.. Tampa persiapan apa² nak suruh aku keluar Pukul 12.30pm? Tampa notis yang mengatakan aku tak boleh keluar lambat? Macam fundek!!! Staff bagitahu hotel budget jee.. Iron pown tak boleh masuk bilik.. Kena iron dekat koridor?? Hotel rm30 pun boleh sediakan iron laa.. 🤦‍♂️ Tolong sediakan facility yang lebih baik.. Terutamanya iron.. Tolong brief staff anda untuk bertutur dengan lebih baik Dan make sure bagitahu apa² perubahan maklumat.. Bilik Ade talifon kn? Bole inform.. Sebab detail semua dah dapat Dari staff malam

• Allennh (1/5): Worst Hotel in Melaka Town Area. Poor Cleanliness at room and toilet. No WIFI and No Free Car Park. - the only thing that we like is the location. The rest all sucks!! Worst hotel that I stay in Melaka with high cost paid. The Parking is NOT provided. We have to paid for it. There is NO WIFI provided too. Room cleanliness is extremely poor. Balcony view is poor. The bathroom cleanliness is extremely poor too. The whole room and building required serious renovation. Everything is disappointing.

• Foon (7/5): After the room change it was ok. - They changed the rooms for us The original rooms were so hot and stuffy that the Aircon didn't work even when cranked up to the max. We had to ask for change.

• Haniz (8/5): happy and worth the price - the hotel location were strategic. easy to access to many place, near to jongker walk, river side walk, restaurant, melaka hardrock and batu merah/ tugu pertahanan melaka. you can just park your car and walk to those place. suitable for traveler or family if you come by car, the parking quite difficult to get. first come serve. no parking reserve
