Der Chef ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Man kann sehr gut essen, eher gehobene Klasse. Frühstück i.O. Für mich war das Bett zu hart. Schade

La struttura è immersa nel verde e per raggiungerla la strada è meravigliosa specialmente se come noi eravamo in giro in moto, vale veramente la pena. Oltretutto il ristorante è spettacolare e il personale è gentilissimo. Veramente consigliatissimo.

- Linda (10/5): Hidden little gem in such a beautiful part of the country. - Wow, what an incredible little gem in such a beautiful part of the country. Nothing was too much to ask, including a room with a view at no extra cost. Our drinks were served with an extra treat, and the on-site restaurant was amazing. We enjoyed yummy home cakes with our breakfast. The room was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the patio with the stunning view. The shower was amazing, and the beds were very comfortable. Honestly, it's one of the best stays ever. This place deserves a higher rating than a 10. The only recommendation would be to replace the towels soon :-) Definitely needed more than one night as this special spot.

- Carlotta (9/5): Relax,gentilezza,bella struttura e qualità alta delle materie prime - Siamo tornati per il secondo anno di fila perché siamo innamorati di questo posto dove la pace e la tranquillità fanno da padrone… Camere e bagni molto belli e puliti, la struttura così come tutta la parte esterna è molto curata, ci si sente a casa e i gestori sono persone molto cordiali e gentili. Colazione buonissima dove si sentono le qualità delle materie prime che d’altronde hanno anche nel loro ristorante,che abbiamo avuto il piacere di provare lo scorso anno e se avete la possibilità provatelo. Ampio parcheggio gratuito direttamente fuori dalla struttura e il nostro cane è stato ben accetto ovunque anche nella sala colazioni e gratuitamente. Non do 10 per 2 motivi:mancanza del frigobar di cui la scrivania è già predisposta e aiuterebbe molto soprattutto nelle giornate calde e poi perché il segnale wifi andava e veniva anzi erano più le volte che non andava e non prendendo i telefoni è stato un po’ invalidante

We arrived just after the kitchen had closed, so he made a lunch reservation for us at Daniel Spoerri gardens , where we had one of the most delicious meals. He made us the best coffee drinks to order every morning at breakfast. Make sure to dine there at least once, and don't miss the special creations. We liked the raviuovo so much we had two orders! Fabio is a great chef!
- Corrado (10/5): - La struttura è ben curata con stanze nuove ed un bagno grande con ampia doccia. Ottima disponibilità del parcheggio. Bella la posizione sulla strada che porta in vetta all'Amiata a circa 750 mt di altitudine con bellissima vista sul fondo valle. L'Hotel Scottiglia è un " Bike Point" sul percorso ad anello "Amiata Bike"recentemente inaugurato che consente bellissime escursioni in bicicletta. Il Ristorante ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e la colazione offre buoni prodotti dolci ( fatti in casa) ed anche una buona varietà di salati. Apprezzatissima la disponibilità sia a cena che a colazione di alimenti senza glutine ( importante avvertire in fase di prenotazione). Concludo segnalando la gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario Massimo che è sicuramente un ulteriore valore aggiunto.

- Dario (10/5): - È un hotel accogliente sotto una collina verde, con una vista mozzafiato dalla finestra. Al mattino vi aspetterà una colazione davvero deliziosa, vi consiglio di provare la colazione salata. Dopo la colazione, vi suggerisco di prendere una tazza di caffè e di uscire nel giardino. È un posto meraviglioso per chi apprezza il comfort e la tranquillità😊

- Maja (10/5): Fantastiskt, glöm inte att äta middag i restaurangen! - Fantastisk frukost, vi fick önska oss precis vad vi ville och köket fixade. Det enda jag kan komma på är att det varit bra med en flaska vatten på rummet
