Bel hotel, bien entretenu et bien placé (proche de l'aéroport également). 😊 La literie était très dure.. Nous avons eu mal au dos les 2 premières nuits. Puis ils nous ont rajouté un surmatelas et tout était bon. Merci pour la rapidité de prise en charge pour notre problème. 😊 Il manque juste du café dans la chambre pour que cela soit encore mieux!

Au restaurant, self-service, les plats à se servir soi-même étaient souvent vides et remplis de manière irrégulière. De plus, la qualité des mets de la cuisine était inférieure à notre précédente expérience en 2024. Enfin, il était souvent difficile de trouver une table pour quatre, lorsque nous étions avec des amis.

Verständigung mit Kellner/innen imSpeisesaal großteils sehr schwierig, da nur spanisch sprechend und kein englisch oder deutsch!!!!

- Sabrina (10/5): - Die Anlage, die Zimmer, das Essen... Alles war super! Alle Angestellten waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Es ist wirklich wunderschön dort und wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder! Die nahe Lage zum Flughafen ist natürlich auch nicht zu verachten Das Hotel liegt direkt hinter dem Mega Park, manchmal war es etwas laut, aber im großen und ganzen hat man dort nicht viel vom Ballermann mitbekommen. Wir konnten am Abreisetag Tag nicht zur normalen Uhrzeit frühstücken, das angebotene Angebot war sehr dürftig...es gab nicht mal Kaffee. Das war ein bisschen schade, aber auch kein Grund nicht wieder zu kommen

- Miriam (9/5): - Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und die ganze Hotelanlage sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist top. Das Essen war jeden Tag super! Betten sind sehr gemütlich, nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Die Zimmer sind top sauber und werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Leider haben einige Kellner/innen beim Frühstück und Abendessen sehr lustlos gewirkt.

- Bernau (6/5): - Das Hotel liegt relativ zentral, ist aber doch ruhig. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und auch sauber, und haben einen großen Balkon .Das Frühstücksangebot ist auch okay. Die Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraumist sehr unruhig .. das muß man wissen bei der Größe des Hotels.

Ausserhalb der Hauptsaison Ballermann-Tourismus wenig spürbar und deshalb optimal. Sehr geräumige, saubere Zimmer. Super Ausstattung mit Outdoor- und Indoorpool (bei Schlechtwetter), Fahrradverleih direkt im Hotel (super!), reichhaltiges Buffet. -

- Adrian (10/5): Super Hotel an zentraler Laage - sehr geräumige, grosse, moderne und gut insolierte Zimmer, erstaunlich ruhige Umgebung, trotz der Lage (direkt hinter Mega Park), Frühstück sehr lecker und grosser geräumiger Speisesaal. SPA und Aussenpools (einer kalt ca. 17° und einer geheizt auf gefühlte 30°) sind super, genügend Liegen vorhanden (im April). motiviertes Personal eigentlich nichts.... aber die direkte Zufahrt mit dem Auto zum Hotel ist abgesperrt mit Schranken... wer das Auto drinnen lässt muss zahlen (ca. 10 Euro/Nacht) Die Parkplätze an der Strasse waren schon im April Mangelware...

- Christina (6/5): - Wie jedes Jahr sehr nettes Personal, tolles Buffet Wir waren bereits zum 3. Mal in diesem Hotel und hatten wie immer ein Meerblickzimmer gebucht, hat jedes Jahr toll funktioniert ausser heuer, haben direkt in dem Megapark reingeschaut, um dahinter das Meer zu erahnen, das Zimmer konnte erst am 3. Tag gewechselt werden. Der Zimmerwechsel war nur mit zwischenlagern der Reiseutensilien von einem halben Tag möglich, leider eine ungemütliche Unterbrechung. Schade, bis heuer hat uns das Hotel schwer begeistert.
- Manfred (8/5): Trotzdem ein toller Aufenthalt. - Einfach alles top. Leider war das Personal im Restaurant beim Abendessen total überfordert, da das Hotel ausgebucht war. Lange Wartezeit, bevor man überhaupt einen Tisch bekam, dann langes Warten auf Getränke und lange Schlangen am Buffett.

Extremely clean the staff were so friendly and accommodating, they went above and beyond on every occasion, the food was fantastic, even though it was a buffet, every day they had new and interesting dishes. The spa was fantastic sparkling clean, a sauna, a hamman/steam room, a cold water plunge bath, hot beds, hot tub, gym and swimming pool. Also I had a fantastic massage.The food and cocktails at the bar was fantastic also.We were two women travelling and it felt very safe. Our flight was early in the morning and as we had half board they open a room where we could have breakfast before we left at 5am, they literally have thought of everything, no request was too much Nothing
