Martha (8/5): Relaxing stay before a morning flight! - I liked the breakfast, the reception was very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. It was very easy to get the airport from here. It would be awesome if guests could use the backyard. There was no food right nearby to walk to but the flipside is that it was a lovely and peaceful residential neighborhood.

Hana (8/5): Krásná vila 🧡 - Nádherné místo obklopené zelení. Bohužel nám nepřálo počasí, ale dokáži si představit, že snídaně servírovaná na terase může umocnit zážitek z pobytu. Venku jsou různá zákoutí k odpočinku a dokonce i amfiteátr. Pokoj byl čistý, vybavený vším, co jsme potřebovali. Můžete dorazit kdykoliv, na hotelu není recepce, ale zašlou vám kód k vyzvednutí klíčů a instrukce k ubytováni. Snídaně na Bookingu nejsou součástí ubytování, ale dají se doobjednat. Špatná volba pokoje, rezervovali jsme apartmán číslo 1, který se nachází ve sníženém přízemí, příště bych zvolila pokoj ve vyšších patrech vily. Za mě malinko nepohodlná a vrzající postel, ale nic dramatického. Příliš mnoho zpráv před příjezdem, bylo by fajn zjednodušit komunikaci i platbu (platili jsme 3x - jednou za ubytování, jednou za snídaně a jednou za ubytovací poplatky).

Synnove-1963 (9/5): Fantastisk ro over stedet. - Nydelige uteområder, midt i en skog. Fredelig og fullt av ro. Stiligt, trygt og gangavstand til restauranter. Rommet var litt kaldt etter vår smak. Ingenting annet å trekke for.
Jacqueline (5/5): Geen lift veel trappen - Mooie ligging in bos Parkeren op eigen terrein Regendouche was stuk. Meerdere kamers beschikbaar maar wij kregen die met de regendouche welke met tape was afgeplakt???? Heel veel hoge trappen voor je bij je appartement bent geen lift.

Lubica (9/5): Nadherna vila nad mestom - Vila z prvej republiky umiestnena v parku nad mestom, obklopena zelenou. Bezpecne parkovanie v uzavretom dvore. Apartmán je dobre vybaveny, samoobsluzny check in aj check out. K dispozicii kavovar s kapsulami, 3 vrecuska caju a taktiez prasok na pranie do pracky, ktora je sucastou vybavenia.

Lukas (9/5): - Rooms are really nice. The house does look like a villa, quite impressive! The location is accessible only through woods road with hills. In winter time it can be quite a problem. We had good car and new winter tires, but both coming in and coming out proved to be a challenge. Needed a couple of tries to drive up the snowy hills.

Paulína Kelčíková (7/5): Ubytovanie je pekné, čisté, v peknom prostredí, má potenciál, ale veľa vecí by bolo treba dotiahnuť. - - Pekné prostredie - Pekné, čisté, moderne zariadené izby - Blízkosť Landek parku - Ako ospravedlnenie za netečúcu teplú vodu sme dostali fľašu vína - Radiátory nehriali, ale mali sme k dispozícii ohrievač - Celý čas netiekla teplá voda, veľmi nepríjemné si dávať v januári studené sprchy, ako ospravedlnenie sme dostali fľašu vína - Zaplatili sme si nie lacný wellness na 2 hodiny, upozornili nás dopredu že vírivka je napustená studenou vodou, čomu úplne nerozumiem, ale dobre. Objednávali sme si dopredu, že najprv nám to musia pripraviť. Na izbe sme síce mali pripravené veci, ale zrejme zabudli zapnúť saunu, pretože v nej nebolo vôbec teplo. Čiže prvú polhodinu z 2 hodín sme sedeli v saune v dekách...

This made us harder to fall asleep. Main shower head was not working. Room was small, but shower/toilet room was ridiculously small. Hard to turn around inside.

Stanisław (1/5): Nie nocujcie tam w zimie, bo w pokojach brak ogrzewania! Koszmar! - W pokoju nie było włączone ogrzewanie. Na dworze panował mróz -10 stopni. Spaliśmy w czapkach i rękawiczkach. W hotelu nie było obsługi. Skontaktowaliśmy się z osobą obsługującą hotel zewnętrznie. Właścicielka powiedziała, że ogrzewanie włączy przez aplikację, niestety do rana kaloryfery pozostały zimne. Od razu skontaktowaliśmy się z booking.com i złożyliśmy reklamację, prosząc o zwrot kwoty zapłaconej za ten koszmarny nocleg. Obiecano nam zwrot, co potwierdziła pani z obsługi hotelu, która pojawiła się rano. Niestety po odjeździe dostaliśmy e-mail, że nie dostaniemy zwrotu.

ДПНП (4/5): - Отличное расположение, хорошие апартаменты и идея. Но очень грустно, при всем этом было встретить отклбченное отопление. И за счёт позднего заселения обратиться за его включением было не к кому. Вечером температура внутри апартаментов составила 18 градусов, к утру 14. Возможно так не всегда и так совпало, но это испортило впечатление от проживания

Jozef (9/5): Amazing property, well restored, great stay - Amazing old villa, well restored. Ikea furniture in the room gave it surprisingly nice, light style which worked well. Surrounding is extremely nice. Checkin was remote, instructions were clear, all good. Room was cold when we came and it took hours to warm up. It would be great to turn the heating on before arrival

Lenka (10/5): Doporučujeme - Na pokoji nás čekal welcome drink a občerstvení, to jsme po dlouhé cestě ocenili. Líbilo se nám kvalitní vybavení, zejména vana (pohodlná,není plastová). Nejsme fanoušci loxone a led pásků..určitě by byly na pokoji vhodnější led pásky v teplé barvě, ideálně ale tradičnější osvětlení.
