• Bryan (6/5): Better options out there - The price was decent and on par with other accommodations in the area. There are supermarkets nearby, specifically Lewiatan in a few hundred meters and Biedronka in 1+ km. Toilet lights were not working well when I checked in and it was rectified quite quickly (3 hours time), when the property sent a technician, who was friendly, quick and professional, down to rectify. The provided coffee sachets and teabags are a nice gesture. The wifi was super slow, and sometimes (around 40%) of the time, did not work at all. My room was on the ground floor, and I could hear noises from the cafe, people walking up the stairs and people rolling their luggages over gravel at the carpark, which was not very pleasant. The socket was quite far away from the bed and the room was really small, and further away from attractions compared to other listings in a similar price range. On my first night, the neighbours were super noisy, I could hear them through my earplugs with loud laughing and talking, and banging on the walls, disrupting my sleep severely. There is no reception, so I had to knock on their door myself. Although this is not on the property owners, it was one of the gripes of my stay here. I would only get this hotel if you intend to sleep, and leave immediately in the morning.

W hotelu nie ma recepcji, wszystkie potrzebne informacje jest wysłane mailowo lub na bookingu. Można zameldować się w późnych godzinach. Napewno wrócę jeszcze raz. bardzo cienkie ściany, słychać wszystko z pokoi obok i korytarzu.

• Paul (7/5): Nice place to stay for a short time and well located to explore Krakow old town. - Good location close to the Wisla River and for walking to the Old Town. Room a little cramped but fine for a short stay. Well protected private car park. Breakfast basic but adequate, Friendly staff. Parking had to be prepaid by bank transfer which which meant paying bank charges on top. The code was not sent to me on time and only received it after making several (unanswered) phone calls and sending messages.

Ganska små rum, vi bad om dubbelsäng men fick två enkelsängar. Inte så mysig belysning i rummet. Fanns ingen reception , men det gick bra ändå eftersom vi inte behövde fråga om något.

• Sandra (1/5): NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!!! - Die Unterkunft ist recht gut gelegen. Man kommt gut zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Wir hatten eine Kammer (Zimmer kann man es nicht nennen) im EG zum Hof. Gefühlt lag man auf dem Parkplatz. Die Bilder im Angebot auf booking. com hatten rein gar nichts mit dem tatsächlichen Zustand dessen zu tun, was wir vorgefunden haben. Der Teppich war fleckig, der Kleiderschrank hatte aufgrund eines offensichtlichen Wasserschadens Stockflecken auf der Innenseite der Rückwand. Die Einlegeböden waren ausgebrochen und lagen lose im Schrank…nicht nutzbarer Schrank. Es gibt keinerlei andere Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten, sodass wir aus dem Koffer gelebt haben. Eine Steckdosenabdeckung kam beim entfernen des Steckers aus der Wand. Das war nur ein Teil der zu erwähnenden Mängel. Wir hatten 3 Nächte gebucht, sind aber nach einer Nacht in ein anderes Hotel „geflüchtet“. Nun streiten wir uns um Rückerstattung des gezahlten Buchungsbetrages. VORSICHT!!! Die Bilder offerieren etwas ganz anderes. Ich würde das als Täuschung und Betrug bezeichnen.
• Uwe (8/5): Völlig ausreichend - Die Lage war sehr gut und man konnte alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erlaufen. Das Zimmer war klein aber völlig ausreichend. Wer mit dem Auto kommt sollte sich vorher anmelden, den es gibt nur 12 Parkplätze. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, Nachbarn können auch nervig sein.

• Tomáš (7/5): - The position of the hotel was good. Quiet place and relatively close to the city centre. Private dedicated parking was also appreciated. Selection for breakfast was quite limited but quality was good. The room was extremely small + some deviation from pictures. The biggest problem for me was position of the room in the ground floor where every noise done by passing by people very heard. Also surface of mattrasses under sheet was very bad - small stuff (I think how they tried to clean mattrass) were very tangible.

The host replies fast and the restaurant downstairs serve good coffee and breakfast for a good price. Contactless check-in and check-out which was handy. Like others said - the wifi does suck. Walls are like paper so I don’t recommend this hotel if you’re bothered by other people’s phone calls and discussions. No ”do not disturb” sign in the hotel room - I was changing while the housekeeping opened the door :D No other cleaning except I got more toiler paper and shower gel during my 4-night visit

• Robyn (7/5): Good location - Nice location close to the river and very walkable. The breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive, and the hot food options were well done. We booked two rooms, neither of them looked like the photos. The decor was very bland in our rooms, some of the lights stopped working in one of the rooms mid stay, only one of the rooms was serviced throughout the booking. The temperature control was very finicky. None of these were a big deal, just meant the overall experience was fine rather than great.

• Ella (9/5): Very nice, would recommend. Just remember to ask for everything beforehand. - The room was very nice and beautiful. Other than some spots on the carpet it was clean. The location was perfect for us - close to the center but still very quiet, and the immediate neighbourhood was interesting in itself too. The hallway was delightful and coming and going went very smoothly. The Café downstairs had the aparthotel’s loco on the door but no service regarding the stay was available. I guess the breakfast could be bought there. The cleaning service was a bit unclear - the cleaning lady came by once during our four-night stay. She gave my daughter towels and some toiletpaper, but didn’t do any tiding up - we didn’t know if she was supposed to. For some reason the room had a rather tacky painting of Paris. I think Krakow is a first-class destination itself and there was no reason to dream of Paris while travelling there! :D

Schöner Altbau mit hohen Decken, Fenster konnte geöffnet werden, auch nachts, In der Nähe ist ein Park mit Spielplatz und kostenlosen Fitness-Geräten, Personal sehr freundlich Sitzgelegenheiten waren 2 niedrige Schemel an einem winzigen Beistelltisch, das war etwas beengt. Bett war sehr bequem. Für kürzere Aufenthalte empfehlenswert. Toll war Parkplatz am Haus und Frühstücksoption.

• Sergey Amarin (6/5): - breakfast was tasty, responses were quick room nr1 is located on ground floor, and you can hear all the noise from both street and the hall, where the reception desk, entry and breakfast hall are located. so every time someone enters the building - you will hear it well. I could clearly hear every word from the girls on the reception. when someone go for a cigarette outside, you will hear it as well. the room was small, with ceramic cold floor, low tv handler , so you bump it with your head when you enter. The drinking water in the glass vase stinks. The request for room switch or refund for the next day was declined. it's probably not the worst for this money, but I don't think I will stay here again.

Beznadziejne oświetlenie. Niby nad telewizorem pasek led, ale mrygajacy. Brak małej lampki w pokoju… szkoda. Oświetlenie w łazience strasznie ciemne. Nie było jak zrobić makijażu, a szliśmy na wydarzenie. Saszetki kawy, ok - tylko czarna plus cukier. Brak uchwytu na papier w WC.

• Viktoriya (5/5): - Локацията. Леглото беше удобно. Спалното бельо беше чисто. Лесно настаняване и освобождаване с код. Стаята нямаше общо със снимките. Стаята беше прекалено малка. Мебелите в стаята, с изключение на леглото, бяха стари и изглеждаха неподдържани. Когато някой на етажа се опитва да отключи стая, електричеството в нашата стая прекъсваше и издаваше силни звуци, които ни събуждаха вечер. Няма климатици.

Я могу принять человеческий фактор, но учитывая что мы уже оплатили парковку, и были уставшие с дороги, это прям вывело из себя. Вся переписка с отелем есть в приложении. • Natalia (2/5): Absolutely don't recommend the place. - The location was great, the room was okay, nothing special but it was fine for two nights. Absolutely no communication and customer service! I was trying to contact the hotel in advance, they respond either with one sentence or not at all. In the end, I never got any response or confirmation from them which made my arrival pretty stressful. There's so many other places in Krakow where you can get a better customer experience so just avoid this place.

Gode restauranter i nærområdene. Enkelt å komme seg rundt til fots eller med kollektivtransport. Rommet er helt greit og har det man trenger, men så finere ut på bildene enn i virkeligheten. Lys var litt av og på, og det ble ikke gitt påfyll av te og kaffe. Svært lytt.
