• YONGSIANG (8/5): 我是第一次住在溫泉鄉和滑雪勝地！雖然自己的日文很爛。服務員很耐心解說。讓我覺得安心。因為我是容易緊張的人 - 非常安靜的溫泉會，然後有外國人滑雪。沒有中國人；安靜舒服。 大致都很滿意！ 只是晚餐的前菜裡有一道（像是魚的腸子）很腥。 我覺得自己不太敢吃。 前後的料理都很棒

• Thitipong (10/5): The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the staff provided excellent service. - The service staff was excellent, and they had a shuttle service available all the time. Some things cannot be paid for with a card, such as ticket passes.
• HIROMI (8/5): 親切 - 樹氷を見るために利用しました。前日の夕方にチェックインし、朝早くに出たので滞在は短いですが、バスターミナルからの送迎だけでなく、朝早くのロープウェイ乗り場までの送迎も快くしてくださり、いい旅になりました。施設自体は新しくないですが清潔にされている感じが伝わり、嫌な思いはなかったです

• Noriko (7/5): 全体的に良かったのに、お風呂が寒すぎて残念すぎた。 - 遠くのゲレンデまで快く送ってくれた。 帰りも電話するとすぐにお迎えに来てくれた。 宿泊先でスキー道具のレンタルができたこと。 さすが山形、白米が美味しかった。 朝食の種類が多過ぎず少な過ぎずで良かった。 レストランの接客もサービスの方の感じがとても良かった。 何しろお風呂が寒くて酷かった。 脱衣所も寒すぎ、浴槽のある風呂場はほぼ露天風呂のようで凍えた。(女性風呂)寒すぎて体を洗う暇もない。 お湯は最高なのに、本当に勿体無いと思った。 2連泊したが、朝食が日によって味が全く違った。2日目は米は硬いし、味噌汁は味がない。 受付の外国籍の方の体臭が臭くて心地悪かった。

• Jerome (10/5): A warm, welcoming and well appointed hotel run by an incredible team. - Le Vert Zao did everything well. Comfortable room, super convenient location for skiing, incredibly helpful staff, great breakfast and dinner, and the onsen in the hotel was a wonderful way to finish every day on the slopes. Honestly, I didn’t think much could be improved. It was a slightly old fashioned hotel but the vibe made it seem so warm and welcoming I didn’t mind. Other than that, the lunar new year week was quite expensive but overall I would absolutely choose to stay here again if I’m back in Zao Onsen.

• Takayama (9/5): 蔵王に行くならここ行って！ - 雪が降る季節で、バスターミナルからホテルまで歩くのは困難でした。そんな中、ホテルのスタッフの方が車で送迎してくださりとてもテキパキと対応されていて本当に助かりました。 また、予約時間もきちんと把握されていてこちらが困ることなく対応していただきありがたかったです。 温泉の室内は少し古いものの、熱々の湯船に浸かり気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。 朝食は日本らしい食事が味わえてほっこりする時間でした。雪景色を見ながら食べるのもなかなか味わえない体験でしたので、これからも続けて欲しいです。 廊下の電気が消えるのが少し早く感じた。0時過ぎでも良いのではと感じました。 でも本当にそれくらいで、十分楽しめました。

It has caused me to have a stiff neck for the rest of my ski trip. Note that the hotel front desk runs on a cash only basis.

• Grant (7/5): Good location, don’t expect good service. - The location is excellent. The property is located beside the ski hill. When we arrived we began walking with our luggage. Then the Le Vert van drove past us. So I rang the hotel and requested that they come and pick us up. The guy on reception flatly refused. So we argued with him on arrival. Not a nice way to commence a stay.

• winnerbkk (9/5): - The location was convenient for Skiing and the walk to the nearby shops wasn't too far from the hotel. The Wifi and internet connection is very dismal. If you rely on Wifi or internet you will not be happy with this hotel.

All the staff were absolutely amazing and wonderful. My room's carpet were dirty. It has stain marks on it and spill marks. The heater machine makes loud noise at night. The smell of the room is old and dirty. The towel I have has a poo stain on it. I feel cramped in the toilet. I dont like that u have to turn on and off the light using a string. I did not take photos because I was overwhelmed and was not able to sleep well.

• WEI-TING (10/5): 設施齊全且有專業熱情的員工服務 - 旅館提供到纜車和到巴士站的免費接送，而且會主動告知有這項服務，讓我們不用冒險走積雪濕滑的山坡路。晚餐和早餐也都很豐盛好吃，員工們都很熱情且樂於助人。 從房間到泡溫泉的地方要經過一個沒有暖氣的長廊，考量到這樣很容易感冒就沒去體驗溫泉有點可惜，幸好房間還有衛浴設施可以好好洗熱水澡。
• Lee (6/5): 무난한 호텔 - 터미널, 스키리프트 등의 장소에 픽업 서비스가 훌륭합니다. 2박째 정리도 깔끔하게 해 줘서 기분좋았습니다. 저녁식사 샤브샤브 참 맛있습니다. 고기 질이 정말 좋더군요. 오래된 숙소라 난방기기 하나가 다다미방 구석에 있어 다다미방 이외는 살짝 서늘합니다. 프론트의 직원들이 조금 더 부드럽게 얘기하고 친절했으면 좋겠습니다. 다른 일본 호텔에 비해 무뚝뚝한 편입니다.

• Fei (8/5): Value for money stay - The hotel offers shuttle bus to Zao Ropeway Station. Breakfast and dinners were lovely and good value. Staff speaks adequate English. There’s coin laundry. Plenty of parking space. Onsen for ladies is a bit small though, can only fit 4 people max. They should allow reservation for guests instead of any-time usage.

• yumiko (4/5): 食事だけで８０％です。畳はすれていましたけど、広い部屋、値段で帳消しです。トイレの水がちょろちょろで困りました配管が悪いのか。ストーブが途中で消えてしまいフロントは誰もいない20時過ぎは。とても寒いの - 朝食がおいしいです。夕食もおいしいです。 夕食で4人で行ったのですが一人だけ食べれない鳥鍋がでまして、電話で頼んでいましたのに 一人だけ違うものを出したほしい、といいましたらホテルのおかみ達のはなしで好きでない食べ物はホテル側は関係ないとのはなしです。やっとのことで別の豚しゃぶを鍋を違えて出していただきました。でも出していただけたので良かったです。

• Michal (6/5): Good ski perks and tea, but an overpriced rental and a dull, impractical room. - Great tea provided. Selection of breakfast food was rather limited, but good. Transport to Zao Onsen Ski resort was provided. Discount for the ski resort pass was provided. Le Vert Zao's ski rental is overpriced. The room was very empty, wall were empty and old / dirty - no hanging decoration made the room rather dull. Electrical outlets were very few and far from the bed. The Wifi internet did not work.
• 勻宣 (10/5): - 工作人員有部分不是日本人是外國人所以可以講英文，早餐會有幫忙盛飯盛湯的工作人員，非常熱情且非常安全。會因應住宿天數不同改變晚餐菜單，不會每天都吃一樣的東西，並且餐點也包含藏王的當地料理，是很好的體驗。

• Chen (5/5): The staff were very nice but doesn’t know English at all - The staff were very nice and picked me up and dropped me off at the bus terminal whenever i needed The hotel is very old and the carpet floor was stained. Doesn’t offer a lot of amenities in the hot spring and it felt a little dirty. If your skin is sensitive the water in the onsen would probably sting you a little bit.
• Joanne (8/5): - Reasonably priced, walkable down the hill to facilities. Very helpful staff who tried their best to assist when we enquired about going up the mountains. One of their staff is a Nepali who can speak English, so that was good. Very clean, well kept and comfortably warm in the room. Wifi in the room and mobile connection in the room were weak. Property furnishings are a bit dated, but the rooms are well kept and very clean. We had a bit of problem finding the property as there isn’t much signage, but Google maps is very accurate (car gps not so much).
