- Bailey (10/5): Stayed for a brief business trip, but impressed with the views and the dining. - Probably the best view in Sasebo. Rooms have a sweeping vista of the city and harbor from their spot on top of the big hill north of town. Dinner and breakfast buffet are outstanding.

- Lootje98 (9/5): Een heerlijk verblijf op een prachtige locatie! - De locatie was overweldigend, wat een uitzicht over de baai en stad! Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ruime driepersoons kamers waren confortabel met drie grote bedden naast elkaar met mooi uitzicht. En dat allemaal voor een heel vriendelijke prijs. De spa is op zijn Japans (ons), dus daar moet je wel rekening mee houden. De gratis busshuttle naar en van de stad was ideaal.Er zijn ook twee restaurants en een leuk winkeltje. Het was inclusief ontbijt, maar dat vonden we een beetje magertjes, het apart te betalen buffet diner ook. Booking.com moet beter informeren over de "wellness". Het is verplicht naakt, met een tattoo ben je niet welkom. Verwacht dus niet een lekker zwembadje met sauna, dit werkt anders.

- オガワ (8/5): とても良かった。また利用したい。 - こじんまりとしているけれどとてもリゾート感があり眺望が良く、景色を眺めながらのランチ、朝食バイキングはどちらも美味しく癒されました。 大浴場も広くて綺麗でした。 ホテルから徒歩で弓張の丘展望台に行けて、ここからの眺めもとても良かったです。スタッフさんが皆さん優しくて良かったです。 ホテルまでの道が幅が狭いところもあり夜通るのは少し大変でした。でもそこをクリアするとステキなホテルに辿り着きました。

- Kaori (8/5): - ロケーションが抜群によかったです。弓張ならではの海に面した丘を利用して建てられたホテルなので、晴れるととてもきれいでした。雲の隙間から溢れる太陽の光が海に差して、神々しい景色がフロントからもお部屋からも眺められます。お部屋自体も広々して快適でした。 洋食のバッフェスタイルを利用しました。高齢の祖母にはトレーを持つのが重かったので、お手伝いのお声がけがあればさらに素敵だなと思いました。種類は多くておいしかったです。

- Ella (9/5): The most incredible location, a very memorable experience. - I loved the hill top location, beautiful view, forest and bird song. The hourly shuttle made it very easy to get too and from the hotel. There were a few times a walked up or down, and that was a cool experience too. The glass doors/balcony made you feel connected the surroundings even from your room. There's a lovely park just a few minutes from the hotel with amazing views. I felt they needed a dinner option that wasn't quite so expensive. As a small eater don't find buffets good value for money. The pool was a little bit dirty, but I think I may have been the only person to actually swim in it for months.

- YVONNE LoWoo (8/5): Exclusive hotel with stunning views popular for weddings - The hotel is located on a hill top overlooking the sea and is a popular venue for weddings. It's facilities are top notch with stunning views and a few restaurants on site. There are many walking tracks around the hotel. The staff speak limited English but still very helpful. It is not far from the city centre but inconvenient to get down to town as the road leading up is very windy and narrow. It's better to book with dinner or half board.

- Shuk Kau (9/5): A perfect stay for visitors who like to have a striking view of the 99 islands - The view is superb and the beds are super comfortable. The breakfast is very nice with all sorts of fresh food and local delicacies. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in the hotel. We have to drive through a winding steep road I the hill before we reach the hotel. It’s a bit far from the town centre. But that’s the price for having a magnificent view of the 99 islands.

The room was clean, shower was really good and the free shuttle bus the hotel provide is really helpful getting to and from Sasebo town. Staff were really warm and wonderful Coffee at breakfast could have been better but this is truly our only criticism. We loved this hotel and would absolutely stay again
