EdVise (8/5): Quite spot in a busy area - Rena's is a lovely ace right at the beating heart of TLV centre. The street itself turns into one big bar at 18:00, so you'll have to find a different parking. Behind the hostel the Mesila park is another good stretch of places to stroll, sit and enjoy The 2nd floor is under renovation so check that out if it may disturb you. (It was OK for us)

Klil (3/5): הטעיית הצרכן, לא אותן דירות מהתמונות - ההיתרון היחידי פה הוא המיקום, ממש על פארק המסילה, הנחלה רוטשילד קודם כל לא קיבלנו את החדר שהזמנו בתמונות, ושניגשתי לברר קיבלתי תשובה שכל הדירות בשיפוצים ולא נראות כמו בתמונה. יש לציין שהבחור הצעיר שנכח היה נעים ונחמד ממש התנצל ואמר שאני צודקת אבל אין לו מה לעשות עם זה, לא קיבלנו שום החזר כספי או נסיון לפתור את הסיטואציה והבחורה שהייתה שם ענתה לי שרק אם אני מזמינה בAirbnb אז אני מקבלת את מה שתמונה, ואם הזמנתי בבוקינג אז לא סליחה?!? מה הקשר??? אני אוכלת חטיף שרשום עליו ״להמחשה בלבד״ ? מזה השטות הזו, קיבלנו חדר שונה לחלוטין. יש לציין שראיתי שיערות לא שלנו על המיטות, המנורה במטבחון הייתה שרופה, הרגלים של מיטת העץ הזולה שבורות באתי להכנס למיטה והרגל פשוט נפלה והייתי צריכה להחזיר אותה למקום לבד לפרוטוקול ישנו על מיטה חצי שבורה ורק בבוקר הבנתי שזה ניתן להזזה מפני שבדקתי שחלילה לא יחייבו אותי סתם. בכל אופן אם לא מפריע לכם משהו במחיר סביר ללילה כדי לישון במרכז תל אביב מהמם, מעבר לכך לא מומלץ בכלל לא אחזור

עדי (8/5): סה"כ נחמד מאוד לשהות ללינה, נוח, מרכזי. - המיקום והבידוד של החלונות. גודל החדר. במקרר היו בקבוקים שהשאירו הלקוחות הקודמים, המקרר מאוד ישן, היה עדיף חדש ואפילו קטן יותר. ולשים איזשהו מפיץ ריח בחדר. יש צורך לשים מספרים על דלתות החדרים או לידם, המפה לא מספיקה.

nava (10/5): Best location, great and helpful staff, heart of tlv! - The location and staff is what makes this place such a great stay! You are 15 minutes walking distance from anywhere in Tel Aviv, not to mention the fact that right down stairs there are great resturants and bars at your disposal. The staff was great we were a group of 3 the sofa bed was made up and ready for us when we arrived, there is also the option of leaving your luggage after check out which was awesome! The apartment itself is great, the ammentities are perfectly fine. I will say that take into account there is no elevator at this location and there are a lot of stairs, it is not a place to go if you need somehwere accesible.

Sarit Katz (9/5): הפיתרון המושלם ללינה בתל אביב בלי לקרוע ת'כיס - אחוזת רנה ממוקמת באופן מושלם בין מסעדות, בתי קפה, פארק המסילה והים. החדרים בסיסיים אבל נעימים ונקיים וכל הפרטים הקטנים של הצ'ק אין תקתקו בלי בעיה לקח קצת זמן לקבל תשובה מהמארחים בנוגע לאופציה לצ'ק אין מאוחר אבל התשובה היתה ככ נדיבה ומשמחת שמיד סלחנו :)

Hila (6/5): - זו פעם שנייה שאנחנו מתארחים שם, היינו גם לפני שנתיים, המיקום מצוין והיחידות עצמן מרווחות ונעימות, יש פטיפון בכל חדר ואפשר לקחת תקליטים. לצערנו הפעם התאכזבנו מאוד מתחזוקת המקום והניקיון שלו, הגענו לחדר בשעה מאוחרת אחרי ארוחת ערב וגילינו המון עובש מאחורי וליד המיטה, החדר היה לא מאוד נקי בדגש על חדר הרחצה, אין קבלה במתחם (לפני שנתיים היה במהלך היום) ולא ענו לנו בטלפון למרות שאמור להיות זמין 24/7, לכן נאלצנו לישון עם העובש בחדר וחזרו אלינו רק למחרת בבוקר. החליפו לנו חדר אבל היינו צריכים לחכות שיהיה נקי ואז במקום להתחיל את היום היינו צריכים לחכות במתחם, גם החדר החדש שקיבלנו לא היה הכי נקי אבל לא היה עובש. היו עוד תקלות כמו ידית דלת כניסה שהתפרקה כל הזמן, פשוט מרגיש שהתחזוקה ירדה. התקליטים שניתן לקחת לחדרים מסודרים במסדרון, בפעם שעברה היו מסודרים יפה ובצורה נעימה ונגישה, הפעם הכל היה בלאגן, כולם מחוץ למארזים שלהם ונראה שאף אחד לא מסדר. התאכזבנו מהירידה ברמה של המקום כי זה מקום שמאוד אהבנו להתארח בו והיו לנו זיכרונות מאוד נעימים.
Sagiv (1/5): Don't - The location is great, also cheap price No one to contact, we were stuck outside of our room and no one answered phone calls or messages, also when we arrived no one answered. Don't go there, pay a little extra and have the security of knowing that someone will help you in the time of need, our towels didn't get changed, we ran out of toilet paper, horrendous. And the worst part is the if not to nice neighbors which helped us to enter our room (which all they did was pass their card and it worked, yeah all cards open all doors apparently) we would've slept the night at the street Overall 2/10

BRLM Bruno (7/5): J’y retournerai mais un petit coup de clean lui ferait du bien. - L’hôtel est très bien placé. Facile d’accès, les chambres sont spacieuses. Entouré des meilleurs restos et bars de Tel Aviv. Un quartier jeune et dynamique. L’hôtel a pris un coup de vieux. La chambre était un peu sale. Je n’ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner l’eau chaude. Les vitres étaient aussi sales.
Tamas (8/5): Comfortable accommodation, flexible management - The whole accommodation is very cozy and the roof terrace is simply fantastic. The area is quiet and peaceful. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Special thanks for the flexibility and the more spacious room. The cleaning leaves something to be desired. Due to some fault in the bathroom, water was standing on the floor.

remigijus (8/5): - The location is great. You can have a nice walk and reach the sea by walking. Many cafes and bars around. You get a discount in a nice cafe near by. Also they have a great rooftop were you can bring your food and drinks. The manager is helpful and responding. Its a very artsy and bohemian place which makes it unique, but everything is old and broken a bit there and a bit there. Bed sheets and towels were clean but better not to look under the coutch:) we didn't have hot water which was very annoying when you come to the place after long trip with two kids, but the next day the manager solved the situation.

Tali (10/5): - פעם שניה שלנו במקום. הזמנו ממש בבוקר לפני שהגענו והמחיר היה פשוט בדיחה בשביל לילה בעיר גם המחיר המקורי סביר פלוס פלוס החדר היחיד שנשאר פנוי הוא הגדול ומתאים ל4 אנחנו היינו זוג ממש דירה עם סלון וחדר שינה הכל מעוצב ומסוגנן והקטע עם התקליטים שאפשר לשמוע בחדר קנה אותנו גם בפעם השניה יוצא לנו להיות הרבה ללילה בעיר ומחפשים במחיר זול לקבל תמורה שיהיה איפה לשים את הראש ושיהיה נקי והמקום עונה על הכל וגם לא שומעים את החדרים ליד שזה לא מובן מאליו בקיצור ממליצה בחום צריך לקחת בחשבון ששומעים את המקומות למטה לנו זה לא הפריע בפעם הקודמת וגם לא עכשיו החלונות כפולים וחזרנו גם ככה שיכורים ועייפים אבל מי שמחפש שקט בחצות שידע שזה חלק מהעיניין יש מצב שבחדרים שלא פונים לסמטת בית הבד פחות שומעים

We had only one cup and one tea spoon for two, but I could ask only the next day b/c the office hours are limited. You need to turn the hot watet boiler for 30min before shower, but overall it's a great value for your money.

We got a wrong pin to the room, no one reply to the phone's call and we couldn't enter the room for about 45 minutes. The fact that there are not double windows, It was very noisy

And start with customer - The location, the concept of the building, the extra bed option, the towels which were many and with good smell. Lots of noise from other rooms and hallway, terrible shower condition - the faucet, the walls, even the broken rack for soaps. Lousy pillows. Bad smell in the rooms. Only at the stairs good smell. No help with luggage carry up the 3 floors with no elevators. We were 4 people for long period of time, and yet didn't have the more appropriate room for us, even when I asked. No heat only AC which did worked on heating but the room was cold (we were on December). No carpet for the cold floor. No heat at the shower room which was small. One day with drillings at 7:30 am, no warning about it before. Than a truck and lots of organizations right at the entrance of the building, at check out time, when we had to get out of there with the luggage and had no way of doing it.

Апартаменты находятся в очень уютном месте, рядом кафе, прогулочная зона, магазины. Отличный wi-fi. Вода для душа греется за 10 минут. В номерах довольно хорошая слышимость, всегда слышишь, что происходит за стенкой.

almoge (10/5): - חדר מרווח ונוח, יש בו הכל. אפילו פן לשיער. מיקום פצצה במרכז ת"א במקום מרכזי עם מחא פאבים בתי קפה . אווירה טובה ומחיר מעולה לתמורה. אין ספק שנחזור שוב אין

Yael (6/5): מקום נחמד אבל כדאי לדעת למה בדיוק לצפות. מתאים יותר לצעירים מאשר למשפחות - מיקום נחמד, מחיר סבבה אבל קומה רביעית (באתי עם הילדים אז לא תכננתי את כל המדרגות האלה) המון המון רעש , ובעיקר לא נקי שזה הכי ביאס אותי לקח לצוות המון זמן לענות לי, וכשענו באמת ענו כל הזמן מאותו רגע, אבל עד אז הייתי בלחץ כי ממש לא היתה תגובה לכמה הודעות . מעבר לזה לא היה נקי

inbal (7/5): נחמד - החדר נעים בסהכ. מיטה רחבה ונוחה. הגענו מאוחר מאוד -רק לשים את הראש ולקום בבוקר ולצאת. המקום נחמד, יושב ממש מעל פאבים והמיקום שלו טוב להסתובבות בעיר. עיצוב החדרים והמסדרונות מדליק ויש לו וויב צעיר. מניחה שיכולנו למצוא חניה קרובה יותר. המקלחת לא נקייה מספיק. עובש בקירות ובמרצפות ולא היה מזיק רענון שם. בבוקר התעוררנו עם רעש דפיקות שהיה מטריד ומעצבן (לא יודעת מאיפה, אבל לא נפסק). הקשר בווטסאפ עם המארחים היה קצת איטי לטעמי ודרש תזכורת פה ושם. הייתי מצפה למענה קצת יותר יעיל. ביקשתי לעשות צ'ק אאוט מאוחר יותר ולא קיבלתי תשובה. שאלתי משהו בנוגע לחניות שהם מציעים לחנות בהן ולא ידעו לומר לי... אמנם יש לאורך המעקה שעולה לקומות החדרים מעלון לנכים, אבל אני לא יודעת אם ניתן להפעילו ואיך ומעלית לא ראיתי, כך שאם מישהו.י זקוק.ה לנגישות - כדאי לברר היטב.

LENA (9/5): היתה לנו חוויה טובה ובהחלט נחזור - מקום מצוין למשפחות שרוצות לטייל ולחוות את תל אביב בתקציב נוח. נמצא במיקום הכי טוב על פארק המסילה, מלא מקומות בילוי, קרוב לים, רוטשילד, פלורנטין ונווה צדק. חוויה תל אביבית במיטבה. המקום נקי מאוד והשרות מעולה!! קיבלנו את כל המידע הדרוש מבעוד מועד, וענו על כל השאלות שהיו לנו. רואים שאכפת להם שהאורח ייצא מרוצה. המיטות והכריות היו פחות נוחות, אבל מראש ידענו שאנחנו לא מגיעים לשם לנופש ולפינוק אלא בעיקר מקום נעים להעביר בו את הלילה.
