Steven (1/5): Make sure to confirm the rooms are as picture shown. - location is very near to Harbour bay terminal Rooms are old and there is no balcony just a narrow back yard. Bath towels are old and dirty. Don't get fooled by the photos as shown. I asked the front desk to change room as I wanted a balcony, he replied immediately and said the hotel is fully booked which I don't think so. Instead, I booked another hotel nearby leaving the room untouched.

The hotel provide pick-up for hotel guests on arrival and drop-off upon check-out. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple served local food, tasty and delicious. The hotel room is very big and clean.

The rooms seem to be recently refurbished and are also spotlessly clean. Though the rooms were refurbished, the bathrooms didn't seem to be, so they look a bit worn out, though overall, they're still very spacious and clean. The doors are fitted with a sensor. If you don't close them within 5 seconds, they'll emit loud beeping. There's no way to go in and out of the room without waking someone.

Yeoh (9/5): Superb - Hotel location very good &Reasonable price. room big & clean. staff very friendly & alway smile.staff be patient explain how to use gojek & grab for transportation & food.& Attractive batam place hotel nearby harbourbay walk within 5 min.& 2 min go to Wey Wey Seafood makan.also opposite road have 24hrs.convenience store to buy something.also easy walk to beach to see sunset.

Azario (10/5): Do try it out as worth the money - Breakfast was nice, room was spacious and big...unexpected....location was walking distance to the ferry terminal, suitable for family also as the room was big. the hotel was ongoing upgrading and the area was a bit of dusty

Kartik (6/5): Pleasant - Within walking distance from ferry terminal Ongoing renovation at the hotel and there was no sofa, chair or table as shown on the photos. When asked the staff was told that it was spoilt.

Jacqueline (9/5): Harbour Delight - 2 minutes from Ferry Terminal, huge room with balcony, very clean, very helpful staff, very comfortable bed. Free shuttle bus to shopping malls breakfast may not be to everyone's taste but you can order an omelette and there is toast and lovely jam.

Chee (5/5): Passable - Got a room a lvl 1 there's a drain smell in the room. They have a air freshener in the room keep spray every few minutes but the room still smell

Azman (7/5): It was a happening sat night at Batam with Kpop concert live nwarby - Room wa spacious as I've upgrade twice The booking was not update, email for special requests or feedback wasnt replied and follow up, upon check in I was given a small room with no window and limited space to move around in the room, I informed the receptionist that I have already upgrade to a better room and she complied and I manages to stay in the upgrade rooms
