Navigating there was easy, staff were helpful and friendly. The shampoo and soap provided were of amazing quality and smelled great! Loved that they were as eco-friendly as they could be by providing water-pitchers and cutleries. Kitchen was thoroughly prepared for any form of cooking and the room had all the amenities necessary to stay. Some fixtures were a bit loose in the room. Bathroom wastepaper bin was slippery and difficult to use. Sofa cushions were a little sunken and the comforters did feel as soft as other hotels.

The hotel is supporting sustainability but not enough information on how the guest can help eg. Change of sheets and towels etc. Shopping mall is connected to the building, though is not big as compared to 1 utama mall but can find essential shops like supermarket, pharmacy food court, bakery, restaurants and cafes. .Plenty of eateries eg village park nasi lemak and massage places are around the area. No. Didn't use the facilities and breakfast.

The location was perfect and my workplace was right next door, which made everything super easy and convenient. The room was spacious, cosy, and very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the facilities, everything was clean, well-maintained, and made my stay even better. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I’d definitely stay here again! Overall was really good, I just wanted a sauna that is all.

System should have alerted staff that room was already occupied. The staff apologised for mistake but please have system in place so it does not happen again

Also, whoever cleaned rooms - extremely trustworthy and I hope your pillows are always cool. Pillows weren't it, had neck cramps 😂
• Keyshurn (3/5): Good Room, Terrible Service – Won’t Be Coming Back - This was my second visit to the property. I appreciated being upgraded to a double-room apartment for a reasonable additional fee. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with clean amenities and a convenient location. Most of the facilities were in good working condition, though one of the rain showers was malfunctioning. Overall, I was pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the space. Despite the property being decent, my overall experience was extremely disappointing—primarily due to the way the front desk staff handled my check-in and inquiries. The staff lacked basic customer service skills, responding with repeated “no”s to every question without any intention to help, unless pushed hard to take action. The most unacceptable part was the attempt to overcharge me for bringing two pets. The standard room rate was RM800 per night, but the staff quoted me a total of RM1600 for a single-night stay—essentially trying to double the price. When I asked for a breakdown, I was told there was a 10% surcharge per pet. However, basic math shows that 10% of RM800 is RM80—not another RM800. When I challenged the charge, the staff gave vague and inconsistent justifications, saying, “That’s the property’s policy.” It was only after I showed proof of a previous stay—where I was charged RM180 for 2 nights with the same pets—that he reluctantly agreed to apply the same charge. Even that didn’t make sense, as this stay was only for one night. It was already past 10:30 PM when I arrived with my family, and instead of a smooth check-in, I had to argue and justify myself over an illogical and exploitative fee. The whole process felt like a blatant attempt to take advantage of guests—especially those with pets who are left with little choice late at night. I left feeling scammed, exhausted, and completely disrespected. This level of dishonesty and poor service is unacceptable, and unless there is serious improvement in staff conduct and transparency in pricing. The frontline is good, but lack necessary skills to understand customer point of view. I will not be returning.
