• Martha Emily (1/5): Disgusting - No bfast, location fine, fridge did not work AT ALL, dirt and cobwebs in corners of floor, sheets too small for the bed, cigarette burns in blanket, faucet loosely attached to sink, trash all over parking lot and sidewalk, ver dirty wall insulation sitting where you stand to check in. It was leaning against the wall under the chexk in window. No one at the front desk and door locked. Check in from outside after calling a phone number and waiting so long you wonder if anyone will ever show up to check you in. So dirty, you wonder if there will be a shooting there that night. Clean, fridge that works, sheets that fit the bed, new blanket, shorter wait to check in, clean the place up!!

• Christina (4/5): Ok if you need a cheap room - The channels on the TV and there was no bugs The bathroom smelled funny it was cold in the room even with the little space heater that was in the room the bed was very uncomfortable the window could not be locked
• Derrick (1/5): - Check in was supposed to be at 4. I showed up at 4 to check in and there was nobody there. The office was locked. I waited for almost 30 minutes and nobody showed up. We didn't stay. We found other accommodations elsewhere. I got a call from the property asking when I wanted to check in. I told them we found another hotel. Their response was ok sorry and they hung up.

I reserved a two queen bedroom. She said all she had left was a king bed, so why make a reservation???? There were bugs in the shower, potholes all over the parking lot.

The website is very misleading, actually just a lie. The room..chair fabric stained, bed very uncomfortable, shower in need of repair, one of the water knobs broke off first time turned on. Tweakers everywhere, did not feel safe. Just a bad part of town and the building is in bad shape

She was very nice and accommodating both at check in and check out. The ares definitely a little seedy, but if you are there just to get a good nights sleep at an very affordable room rate, this will work for most travelers.

• Bronson (4/5): Room was nicer than the exterior/lot portrays but might not get the bed you paid for. Staff issues - The motel room itself had everything a hotel room would, which was a pleasant surprise. Just no iron or board but a small coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, towels, soap, ice bin were provided. The bed was not what I paid for. I booked a king and got a full. When attempting to reach the front desk shortly after checking in, there was no one available. Phone calls were being sent to voicemail and the voicemail box wasn't set up so I couldn't even leave a message. Attempted 3 times before giving up (if someone was to lose a key or get locked out, they'd be out of luck). When bringing this up to attention upon checkout, the staff wasn't friendly about it and was very dismissive and in aggressive denial. Also the room had an unpleasant smell.

• Sue (6/5): Cheap place to stay - It was difficult to find the entrance in the dark, and it feels a bit scary for traveling solo. The room doesn't look like the photos, but is quite big. Leftover furniture, but functional. The freestanding a/c unit did an adequate job.
• Anthony (8/5): - I like the fact that it's quiet the people are friendly and the staff is friendly, they watch out for transients and homeless that infiltrate the property and escort them off. The property itself needs maintenance, it has weeds and it's very unattractive from the outward appearance; but once you come inside you can see the work that they're putting into the place starting with the rooms they're working their way from the inside out. You can see other rooms being remodeled and for the price they're very spacious. There are also roaches on the property, they came in through cracks but overall I believe it's just nasty tenants that have them.

The outward appearance does not depict the inward value. I. Other Words people usually won't take advantage of the motel because it looks neglected and not very well maintained.

They tried to send a staff member in the room and she said it was working properly. Just let it stay on for a while. I let it stay on for 3 hours and it was still real hot in that room, it never cooled down, then they said. They wouldn't want to give me a refund.But they would send me in a fan which still didn't cool off.The room was at least 90° in the room all night. Told the manager and she said there's nothing she can do with a refund. Because her staff lady said the air conditioner was working properly but she didn't want to go in the room to confirm that. horrible place to stay. They try to make it feel like it was my fault. That the air conditioner didn't work.They said they never had a complaint before.Just their tone of voice was real snobby.Will never rent from there ever again. And all their furniture is old. Their beds are real old and broken down..

Located in downtown Pueblo Colorado. Pueblo offers guided tours car rentals,Pueblo Memorial Airport, a Vietnam War Memorial to remember our troops, and a historic river walk for our medal of honor awarded.

The room was dirty, smelled like someone had smoked. My bed had a bobby-pin left in it and cigarette burns on blanket eith stains on the sheets. There was mold around the bathtub. BThe place was run down , peeling paint and dirty under stairs. It was rated 4.0 and I would say a -4.0. Worst I have ever seen and I would like a refund!!! Everything about the place could have been better. Honestly a scary place like a bad movie!
• Dennis (4/5): - We stayed here because it was the only place we could get when we wanted to do attend the Colorado state fair. The bed was at Good, so I slept. Other than that, there was absolutely nothing about this property that I liked. It was decrepit, smell like smoke, felt unsafe, really needs an upgrade.
• Beachplease87 (4/5): At least it was only one night - Well…it looks nothing like the pictures. Seemed like it was/is in a constant state of decline since and now it’s boiled down to an empty pool, no road sign, beat up parking lot, and check in though a slot on an exterior window to the lobby. Gives pay per hour vibes. Somehow our room wasn’t ready until 4 (check in 2pm). The WiFi provided was the slowest I’ve ever experienced. BUT, at least everything in the room worked as it should, except the AC which didn’t cool past 74ish until after dark. Adequate hot water and pressure. Room was clean and didn’t have any over powering odors. Large room too and the beds were decent. I wouldn’t recommend staying here but it at least it wasn’t so bad that we skipped on a non refundable room and went to the Marriott.

• Crowfox (9/5): Kind and professional staff and clean, comfortable rooms. - The staff was kind, professional, and patient. The rooms were clean. For a business trip, that is the most important item is that the rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. A lot of renovations at this hotel. It will look very nice when complete. In the meantime, the pool had no water in it to enjoy, the bathroom is small compared to other hotels, and the parking is not large vehicle friendly.
• kenneth (2/5): - I booked a room here a week ago - I did not stay. This place was incredibly run down and antiquated. I was given a room in the corner of the property and I parked next to a car with no windows and full of clothes and goods. My new white car stood out like a daisy in a manure pile. The complex in the center looked like it was perhaps being remodeled, but who knows. The pool was dry and I was scared to glance at what was lying at the bottom. Do not be fooled by the pictures! My room smelled awful and I never even made it to the bathroom. I honestly felt very fearful for my wife and I. Please be careful and cautious if you have to stay here.

Lots of homeless and police sirens. Bed was very dirty under blankets. Tub had what appeared to be mold. Staff were the only positive thing about the location they were very nice .

• Ken (6/5): Modest downtown accommodation - Hey, modest property in the traditional downtown area. Not far from the Riverwalk redevelopment. The staff was responsive to my requests. An older property and not fancy, but good utility. Not much activity in that area at night.

• Hars (7/5): Good - Good l have done asbestos removal and see what is going on there under construction and they have only started l seen the reviews and I think they are doing a great job with this cheap price no complaints l have been in 125 a night but not quite so much as what someoae thinks about this place it's quite no drama am cool with that Nothing cool not a sound that's golden like I said l paid 125 for one night and nothing was good personal things were happening there but do that somewhere else
• Hars (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and quiet I don't have any complaints l seen the reviews and yes there is asbestos but they are doing something about it asbestos is only bad when you have it or disturb it good job l would recommend it for the best price and quite nice 👍

• Ville (10/5): from the inside out - I stay once or twice a month for a few years now. It has been heartbreaking to see it almost destroyed and possible more damage from a fire next door. Slowly they have fought to fix it back up again esp with only a few staff. They are good people. So much has been cleaned up. each room is almost too large and they have the great basic items you hope for in the rooms. need something normal like more coffee or extra heater and they are happy to provide. I noticed this time the parking lot was container free and cleaned up more. Great job you guys! I am frustrated by how little security there is at night especially. Staff live there so they are always around but people come in and out all night long. i worry for their safety. I have no ideas on a solution. You cant blame them for that. I see little things id love to see return(like laundry and a vending machine at some point but understand its hard when you dont have anyway of making sure they arnt abused. I wish I could paint the green stripe on the top of the building for them. I wish I could do something to help. They have been so good to me.

• Joyce (4/5): Not worth your money at all - I’m sorry, but I don’t recommend this place to anyone- very dingy and bare, and not cozy feeling at all. Not real clean. No comforter on bed. Heater didn’t work so we asked about it and she gave us a portable one, didn’t work either.. The outer grounds was awful. Just not a good feeling at all- we almost pulled out and left for something better.

• Anthony (4/5): - This property is in bad shape and may be under renovation , but this should be indicated in listings. There were flies in my room that I could not get rid of, the wifi didn't work and when I asked about it I was told that it never worked in that area. The lighting was dim. There was no entry to the lobby with all transactions handled through a thick plexiglass window, creating a hostile atmosphere. The one positive was the staff, which was upbeat and welcoming even when telling me there was nothing they could do to help.

The office is closed up only talk through a window and the pool has been closed for 3 yrs now and there is no restaurant and the Wi-Fi router was hooked up right outside my room and still there was no connection in the room. There is rooms closed up with signs on the doors that there is absestas that can cause cancer and the lady next to us said she had bugs in her room. This place is also in homeless downtown area.I wish I could share the pictures I took. Also there is no other Hotels around there to move too. This place is false selling and needs to be taken off the sight and Expedia obviously doesn’t check on their customers updated info so no one is held accountable lesson learned
