• Verified traveler (10/5): Coming Back Soon - Overall the apartment was great. It was safe and very clean and comfortable. The only issues we had were the water pressure and water temperature, which is to be expected. Also we could not control the air conditioning, it was on and working the whole time, which is a GREAT thing not really a complaint. Also the TV had minimium channels. Besides these minor things, the apartment had everything we needed and exceeded expectations. It was clean, safe, comfortable, Wi-Fi, electricity, running water, etc. Overall great experience and will definitely be staying here again.

The location is central to the activity my wife and I had interest in and we felt safe which is unpar with with our privacy concerns! • N.H (10/5): Oasis at Oakland - I checked in from February 23-27 and from the moment of checkin to check out has been nothing but a comforting and relaxing experience. My husband and I enjoyed the facilities offered to us upon our arrival. I would definitely relive the experience again. Thank you Daniel for making our stay worth while.

• Awesome place (10/5): Awesome hotel - I had an amazing time while staying here Daniel the owner was so awesome, Cool and knowledgeable. He was considerate and polite. The apt was immaculate. He provided shuttle service, beverages and even stopped to get my fruit paid for it since i hadnt exchanged the money and allowed me to reimburse him. He is amazing. I wasn't paid to write this review or bribed. I'm usually skeptical about reviews but if anyone out there is considering this location it's spot on.
• James (4/5): Beware of this one - First, this is not a hotel and should not be portrayed as one on Expedia. It's a guy named Kevin renting private apartments. I arrived in Jamaica after dark, taxied to the correct address, but nobody at the front gate knew what I was talking about. After thirty minutes, they finally tracked down the broker who told me I was going to owe him more money than I had already paid online. When I protested, he hung up on me. Perhaps it's a nice place. I never got to find out. If you do choose this one, be forewarned: 1) It's not a hotel, 2) You'll have to puzzle it out with the security guards who rented you the place, 3) Don't protest extra charges or you'll get hung up on without a place to stay at 11 p.m. in a foreign country.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Surprise cash charges due upon arrival! - Unfortunately this stay was not what we expected. Before meeting us with the key, they made us confirm that we would have $90 USD upon arrival, even though we paid for the room in Canadian dollars. $50 was apparently for a cleaning fee and then they charge $20 room fee/night. It seems like such a scam because then why did I pay $93/night?! The room had a foul odour as well. We were VERY disappointed and would not recommend it.
