• emmanuelle (10/5): Séjour dépaysant dans un cadre de vie authentique. - L’authenticité et les matériaux mis en œuvre. La salle de bain et sa baignoire en bois. Le matelas rudimentaire et un peu mince mais authentique.

• Brian (9/5): Brilliant location. Great atmoshphere. - Traditional Japanese house in a great area of Kyoto. Next door to one of the best temples in Kyoto and very close to many others. Also walking distance to the main shopping areas. Plenty of places to eat locally too. A corner store is just a few blocks away. If you want the atmpshphere os being in Japan this is a great option. Nothing not to like. As long as you understand it is an old traditional Japanes house then it is perfect.
• Özkan (9/5): Worth the experience. - We loved the place—it was unique, with a great location and easy access. Nothing in particular stood out—some might find the place simple, but I think that’s exactly the charm. Overall, we really enjoyed it. That said, it was a bit pricey; in fact, it was the most expensive place I stayed at in Japan.
• Amis (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location with parking! Great service, changing towels every day! Overall a real 10 Tatami beds are not for everyone...

• Yuki (4/5): - We parked our car in the designated parking space. Next morning, there was a car parked blocking our way out. A neighbor yelled at us saying this is his property and kept threatening us even we explained that is absolutely nothing to do with us. It was VERY upsetting and scary. We ended up getting a parking space elsewhere which costed us a lot.

• Alan (8/5): Amazing location and great value property to explore Kyoto - Great location, staff member attending the property was very helpful, description was accurate to what we received, great bath and shower facilities - a pleasant stay Hard to control temperature (rooms got stuffy/humid easily), door frames are VERY low - if you are tall, you will hit your head, not comfortable to sit at table unless you are able to sit on the floor for prolonged periods of time. Shame there was not a larger table with the two chairs also (there was enough space for it)
