Они всегда на связи в любое время суток и всегда готовы оказать любую необходимую помощь. Стараются проявить заботу без излишней навязчивости. Я часто там останавливаюсь и всегда довольна.

Huda (10/5): ممتعه و اشكر جميع العاملين في الفندق - اولاً اشكر الأخت Burul استقبالها جيد جدا للنزلاء وجميع العاملين في الفندق ودودين جدا ماشاء الله و لطيفين والأخوات في النظافه متعاونات و خدومات المكان جيد بالنسبه للعوايل الصغيره ونقطه مهمه يناسب ل اللي يبونه ل النوم فقط يعني اغلب وقتهم برا بسبب ان المكان ضيق نوعاً ما ، لان نظام الشقه استديو متواجد فيها كل الأقسام ( الاسرّه و المطبخ و الفرن و غساله و غلايه و كنبه و تلفاز و دولاب ملابس وطاولة طعام ) و يوجد نظام تدفئه وتكييف المكان نظيف والأثاث جديد رغم ان احد الوسائد يوجد بها آثار تدخين لكن يبدلونها مباشره و الأشياء الايجابيه تغطي على هذا التقصير ايضاً مجفف الشعر توقف عن العمل و كلمتهم صلحوه لي إضافه لذلك وفرو لك واحد إضافي احتياط المترو محطة عصمان بي قريب جدا تقريباً 200 متر وهذي بحد ذاتها ميزه للي يحبون يستخدمون المترو خصوصا انه يخدم اغلب مناطق إسطنبول تعتبر ملاحضات بسيطه مثل صغر مساحة الأصنصير والدرج فقط

Nataliia (10/5): The true highlight of this hotel is its staff! - One of the hotel’s main advantages is its excellent location. Everything is within walking distance: numerous restaurants, fast food places, cafés, shops of all kinds, pharmacies, and a metro station. Taxis are also easy to find nearby, which makes getting around very convenient. The room itself is very ergonomic and thoughtfully designed — it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. However, the true highlight of this hotel is its staff. The team is exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They regularly check if everything is fine and if you need anything. When I asked the reception to call a taxi for a specific time for my trip to the airport, the hotel kindly surprised me by offering a complimentary airport transfer instead. This level of hospitality was truly touching and made my stay especially pleasant.

Songül (3/5): Kein zweitesmal - Die Lage Personal, Service, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft Der Empfang im Hotel war zunächst sehr freundlich und unser Zimmer wurde direkt auf Wunsch gewechselt. Auch die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und Metro- sowie Bushaltestellen liegen nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Leider enden die positiven Eindrücke hier. Das Zimmer war zwar groß, jedoch wird es nur auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch gereinigt. Dabei muss man jedes Detail separat nennen – was gereinigt oder gewechselt werden soll. Das führte dazu, dass wir trotz Nachfrage weder frische Handtücher noch neues Toilettenpapier erhielten und die Bettwäsche ebenfalls nicht gewechselt wurde. Bereits am zweiten Tag gab es einen großflächigen Stromausfall in der Stadt. Kurz darauf kam es erneut zu einem Stromausfall, zusätzlich fiel in unserem Zimmer das warme Wasser aus – diesmal nur bei uns. Die Begründung des Hotels, Parfüm in der Nähe des Brandmelders könne Warmwasserprobleme verursachen, war völlig unlogisch und wenig vertrauenswürdig. An mehreren weiteren Tagen hatten wir erneut kein warmes Wasser. Jedes Mal mussten wir persönlich zur Rezeption gehen, damit das Problem behoben wird. Wenig später gab es dann sogar einen kompletten Wasserausfall im gesamten Gebäude – ohne jegliche Information an die Gäste. Die Reparatur dauerte fast einen ganzen Tag, und selbst danach funktionierte das warme Wasser wieder nicht zuverlässig. Zudem wurden uns teilweise schmutzige Handtücher ins Zimmer gelegt, wovon wir selbstverständlich Fotos gemacht haben. Der Höhepunkt der Unzuverlässigkeit war jedoch die Situation bezüglich unserer Aufenthaltsverlängerung. Bereits vor der Ankunft und auch am Anreisetag wurde uns zugesichert, dass eine Verlängerung problemlos möglich sei – wichtig für uns, da wir aufgrund einer medizinischen Behandlung flexibel bleiben mussten.

JIBRIL (1/5): A truly filthy place - nothing it's very bad place and bad people My advice: never stay here. I booked a room with a living room overlooking the street. I arrived in the evening and was met by an old man and a young man who claimed to be his son. He gave me a very small room, no more than 10 square meters, with no TV, no view, and a very dirty bathroom. I told him it wasn't the room I had booked, but he said the hotel was full and this was the only room available. Take it or leave it. I went downstairs and asked for a refund, but he refused, saying to order it through Booking.com. I told him the booking was non-refundable and I could only get a refund through him. He refused and said, "Don't stay here, go talk to Booking.com." I told him I would call the police, and he insulted me, saying, "You Arabs are rude and don't deserve respect." Although I'm not originally Arab, this man is rude and a swindler, and this place is unsuitable for a family; it's more like a brothel.

Хорошее расположение рядом с метро, но чуть в стороне от улицы с большим движением транспорта. Много кафе, магазинов вокруг. Музей в 5 минутах пешком. Рядом историческое кладбище где похоронен Карл Франц Бомонти давший имя этому району Стамбула.

Yoana (4/5): Разочароващо. - Местоположението и това, че стаята беше слънчева. Имаше добър интернет. В студиото имаше пералня и голям хладилник. Беше тихо. Чаршафите и кърпите бяха с петна. Смяна на кърпите и чаршафите нямаше. Всеки ден имах различен проблем. Една нощ се включи аларма за дим в стаята докато спях. Един ден нямах топла вода. Друг ден нямаше налягане на водата. Също така една вечер нямаше ток поне 2 часа, което вече беше абсурдно (имах медицински проблеми и имах нужда от електричество). Премистих се в друга стая понеже ми се наложи да остана по дълго време. Там нямах нито топла вода нито отопление, три часа чаках някой да дойде и да го оправи. Понякога течеше ръждива вода в банята.

Алена (10/5): - Такой классный персонал, со всем помогли, даже трансфер вип предоставили до аэропорта по цене хавабуса, мы сделали чек аут утром и оставили вещи у них, чтобы вернуться вечером, так они нам еще и дали номер передохнуть полчаса, распожение шикарное до метро 100 метров, номера большие, новые... есть все даже утюг, в номере можно самим готовить, очень удобно... просто 10 из 10 Все понравилось, но были 2 ночи и 3 дня

Buma, the lovely lady who runs the place, was incredibly helpful—she attended to everything I needed, from arranging taxi service to making sure I could pay easily with a credit card. The room was spacious, clean, and even had laundry facilities, which was a big plus during my travels. I especially loved the rooftop—such a peaceful spot to relax. Highly recommend this place!

Mercedeh (4/5): A disappointing stay at a hotel with poor business practices - Good location next to the metro This location was not as advertised. While I understand the circumstances of renovation and appreciate the attempts to accommodate, they should’ve given me a refund when they knew they did not have a room that fit my needs. I required a working elevator in a building close to the metro as I was getting surgery, and they showed me four different rooms that were either dirty, without appliances, in a building without direct access to an elevator, and a room in a building 10 minutes away from the metro. They did not offer me a refund and because I had to leave for my appointment and had surgery at 6 am the next day I just took one of the dirty rooms in the building with an elevator and cleaned the entire room myself. When I came back from my surgery the elevator was out of order and they told me it would be out of order for the rest of my stay which was unacceptable. When I was well enough to move to a different hotel due to their ongoing inability to offer me an appropriate room they did not offer me a refund for the nights I did not stay with them. They only gave 2 nights back instead of the 4 nights I am owed. I am still waiting for a refund a month later.

Abhishek (1/5): Bad - I had booked Quadruple room, they gave me 2 connected rooms. There is no lift till 1 floor. U have to carry your luggage till first floor, which has narrow and somewhat steep stairs. Same is not mentioned in the any of the details of the hotel. No parking. You will have to do roadside parking. I had booked the hotel with payment at hotel. When I raised the complaint with Booking.com for above points, and booking.com enquired with them, they said we didn't even checked in and cancelled the booking from there side.

My family enjoyed the stay - Great location, although the staffs don’t speak English we can still communicate using Google translation and our request are delivered almost promptly When we arrived at 1800 the rooms are not ready. So we have to go out and let them clean and finish prepping the room. From entrance to the room is under constructions. I believe it will be beautifully done and ready in few weeks time

Konaklamamın bir sonraki gününde ise katım da yer alan giriş kapısı kilitlenmişti kimse yok diyip kilitlemişler odama giremedim ve tekrar lobiye gitmek zorunda kaldım beyefendiyle yine anlaşmakta zorlandım maalesef bir sistemleri yok ve takipsizlik diz boyu kesinlikle bu oteli önermiyorum.

Sara (9/5): A great family stay at the heart of Istanbul - The location is just perfect, usually in this part of the city, hotels are located on slopes or somehow in small streets, but this one is close to metro and bus station and with a wide street easy for any type of transportion. We were on the 5th floor with a great window view. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and newly renovated bathrooms. The hotel also provides airport shuttle services based on request which was very good with reasonable price. Very friendly and nice staffs, the technology helped us with the communication and language barrier! The fact that we booked a royal family apartment but when we arrived that was given to someone else and we were provided with two smaller suites with connection. There were 32 stairs to get to the elevator, however the staff helped with all luggages. The kitchen facilities are limited for large groups.

Pegah (10/5): Great stay and great value. - The staff were amazing, kind and super accommodating for our large group of 16. The location is wonderful, close to Osmanbey metro station which connects you to everything. Also very close to Nisantasi and only a 20 min walk to Taksim and beyond. I highly recommend. I think the kitchen could have been more equipped, but the staff were amazing and every time we needed something they provided.

Hussein (10/5): Ideal Family Accommodation - We had an excellent stay. The hotel provided a spacious 3-bedroom apartment, perfect for our family of six, with each room having its own bathroom. The apartment was well-equipped with essentials like a washing machine, coffee maker. The furniture was modern and comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned every 3 days, and trash was collected daily. The staff were always helpful. Great central location, just one metro stop from Taksim Square, with plenty of cafes and shopping nearby. Highly recommend for families or groups Nothing

Sidi mohammed (2/5): Vacance cauchemardesque à aymira suites - Il y'avait aucun séjour A notre grande surprise dès notre arrivée on a était terriblement surpris :pas de réservation et l'hôtel complet, le personnel de l'hôtel non polis,arrogant et n'ont pas essayer de fournir un effort avec nous ils nous ont laissé tardivement moi et ma femme et mes enfants dans la rue ,choqué de cette situation j'ai pris mon courage à deux mains et commencé à chercher d'autres hotels bien que j'ai réservé au moins un moins à l'avance , c'était un cauchemar pour nous ,une terrible avanture avec des gens ingrats qui n'ont pas voulus savoir et même pas voulu discuter avec vos agents pour résoudre cette situation
Abdulsalam (2/5): عدم المصداقية والصور في الموقع مخالفة للواقع - كان مكان الإقامة سئ جدا حيث أنه عند وصولي للفندق ومعي حجز مؤكد ومدفوع بالكامل تم إبلاغي بأنه الفندق ممتلئ مما أضطرني بالبحث عن مكان بديل وخسارة مبالغ كبيرة وبعد تقديم الشكوى تم توفير شقة واحدة فقط رغم أن حجزي كان عبارة عن شقتين وكانت الشقق سيئة جدا حيث المكيفات كانت معطلة ما عدا مكيف الصالة وسقف غرفة النوم كان يخر بالماء بعد الأمطار لأن الشقة كانت بالدور الأخير وكانت غسالة الملابس معطلة لذا أنصح الجميع بعدم الحجز بهذا الفندق والذي يريد التجربة الله معاه وكانت الميزة الوحيدة قربه من ميترو عثمان بيه ما يقرب ٣٠٠م
