• Stephan (7/5): - Sauberes hotel mit großem Zimmer Wir mussten zeitig abreisen und mussten dabei feststellen, dass der Strom auf unserem Zimmer nicht ging. Es war kein Stromausfall, da auf dem Gang das Licht brannte. So mussten wir uns auf die Schnelle im Dunklen fertig machen. Ein mit der Rezeption abgesprochenes zeitigeres Frühstück war nicht mit dem Restaurant abgesprochen worden.

• Pavel (3/5): Бессонная ночь в люксе - Большой и чистый номер с панорамными окнами. Мягкая кровать. Вкусный завтрак (за исключением сломанной кофе машины) и приветливый персонал. Выбрал этот отель, чтобы спокойно отдохнуть после тяжёлой рабочей недели, а по факту оказался в центре ночной дискотеки. Над моим номером до утра гремела музыка, был слышен топот и стук каблуков, так что о сне можно было забыть. Отель не обеспечил ни тишины, ни элементарного уважения к гостям. Дополнительно меня не пустили в ресторан на верхнем этаже из-за корпоратива, то есть часть услуг фактически оказалась недоступна. Платить за ночь без сна и испорченный отдых - сомнительное удовольствие. Больше сюда не вернусь и другим не советую.

Hemen yakınında büyük bir avm olması eksikleriniz varsa tamamlamanız açısından çok faydalı. Merkezdeki tüm noktalara yürüme mesafesinde otel. Ayrıca resepsiyondan kat görevlilerine herkes yardımsever ve işini layıkıyla yapıyor. Başka bir Mersin ziyaretinde kalacağım otel belli.

• Ilona Atamanova (8/5): Отличный отель с отличным расположением - Комфортный, стильный и уютный отель в самом центре города рядом с большим торговым центром. Номер был большой и чистый, с отличным ремонтом, в нем было все необходимое для комфортного пребывания. В отеле очень хороший, вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Есть бесплатная сауна. Цена полностью соответствует качеству и я бы рекомендовала данный отель своим друзьям и знакомым. Были недостатки в номере (фото прилагаю), а так же из ванной комнаты был характерный запах канализации, да и сама канализация громко гудела при ее использовании другими посетителями отеля. Поздно ночью над нами заселились гости и мы слышали все их разговоры и то, как они пользовались ванной комнатой, шумоизоляция требует реновации. Вид из окна был на балконы соседнего жилого дома.

Abdullah beye ilgisinden güler yüzünden ve yaptığı eksiksiz servisinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz.Biz tatilimizi 1 gün daha uzattık Akın Şef’in yemeklerine bayıldık hiç dışarıda bile yemek yemedik kesinlikle yemenizi öneririm birdahaki tatil planımızı tekrardan burası için yapacağız🙏 Resepsiyondaki kızı zorla mı çalıştırıyorsunuz ? İnsan biraz güler yüz görmek istiyor asla görmedim beyefendiler dahi çok güler yüzlü ilgililerdi fakat kızın suratsızlığı hiç hoş değildi

The valet service was very nice, he was there to greet us when we arrived and assisted with carrying my bags and parking in my car. Reception was incredibly responsive and did their best to address all of my needs. The reason for the rating is because despite everything else, the air conditioning barely worked and the handle on the door to my room was clearly on its way to coming off. Honestly, if this hotel would fix the air conditioning, and keep everything in good condition. It would be one of the nicer places I’ve stayed at in a very long time. I would still stay here again. I would just make sure that the air conditioning in my room works.

Bolo citit pri prichode do izby zapach z cigariet aj na nefajciarskej izbe. Tiez pri zapnutej klimatizacii bolo obcas citit cigaretovy zapach. Klimatizacia mala neprijemny zvuk - pravdepodobne vadne loziska, ale bola funkcna, dali sa nastavit teplota a otacky ventilatora.

Personnel accueillant, chambre propre et confortable, bon petit-déjeuner - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Forum Suite Hotel à Mersin. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès notre arrivée, avec un personnel toujours souriant, serviable et professionnel. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et très bien équipée, avec une literie confortable et tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. L’emplacement est parfait, à proximité du centre-ville et facilement accessible. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, copieux et très bon, avec des produits frais. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur attention et leur gentillesse tout au long de notre séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter et y reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain passage à Mersin !

WIFI is connecting and disconnecting! I was there 3 days and every 3 days in some few minutes connection has lost! Although was non smoking room, but whole of night the neighbours smoked and I feel it in my room! Unfortunately staff was not able to speak English!
• Nedim (8/5): Very good - The place is excellent for overnight stay. The bed was really comfortable and enabled us to get good rest, after a day of long drive. We can recommend this place without hesitation. Breakfast is very good. Although the room was comfortable, it is was a bit small.
