• Evelyn (3/5): Para no repetir - 1. Estaba todo limpio. 2. Está muy cerca de los principales lugares turísticos de la ciudad. 1. El sofá cama estaba roto y no pudimos abrirlo. Tuvimos que sacar el colchón y dormir en el suelo. Al día siguiente vinieron a explicarnos el "truco" para abrirlo por estar roto. 2. La nevera cada poco rato hacía un ruido muy fuerte. Era complicado dormir en el salón con ese ruido. 3. La WiFi no funcionaba. Al entrar un viernes, fueron a arreglarla el lunes y nos fuimos el martes, así que estuvimos casi toda la estancia sin Internet. Cuando la arreglaron tampoco iba bien, iba muy muy lenta. 4. La luz es muy tenue en el apartamento, sobre todo en el baño. Mal para afeitarse, maquillarse, etc. 5. Las cortinas no tapan suficientemente la luz de la calle. Además, hay una farola justo al lado de la ventana de la habitación con cama de matrimonio, por lo que entra luz toda la noche. 6. Había obras en la calle (construcción de un edificio) y desde las 8am había mucho ruido, polvo, etc. 7. El baño olía mal. 8. La habitación con cama de matrimonio no tiene armario. Hay un armario grande en el pasillo pero costaba mucho abrirlo y cerrarlo, se quedaba estancado, estaba muy muy viejo. 8. En general, es un lugar cutre, con desconchones, ropa de cama gastada (con pelotitas), no hay cafetera, hay pocos armarios en la cocina y se ven muy gastadas las puertas, paredes y mobiliario.

• Bette (9/5): Flats friendsTorrents quart - Vlak bij het historisch centrum gelegen. Om de hoek kun je fietsen huren, ook paar kleine winkeltjes ( Carrefour) op loop afstand. Appartement zelf was schoon en voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Groot balkon btw. We hadden een late aankomst maar dat was ook geen probleem, (wel even benoemen bij boeken) Tip: Plaça del Tossal zit een klein bakkerijtje, ideaal voor een ontbijtje. Ook goeie take away koffie. Pak in het weekend een über naar de wijk Ruzafa, veel restaurantjes en uitgaansmogelijkheden. Niets, Spanje is altijd top

Kitchen equipment OK, for 4 people. The apartment has a very good location, direct street to the mercado center (in 5 minutes). Nearby there is a large store where you can buy everything you need (food, vegetables, hygiene products, water, wine...). a little bit slow Wi-Fi

• Luciano (9/5): Apto muit bom, pela localização, instalações e conforto. - Ótimo apto, boa localização. Mercado Consum ao lado, que facilita bastante. Quarto aconchegante. O chuveiro aquecia bem no começo do banho e depois ficava frio. Então os banhos tinham que ser rápidos.

• Anita (8/5): Mooi verblijf in de stad - Ruim, schoon en heel centraal gelegen. Dakterras niet voor alle appartementen alleen 5 en 6, dat was jammer we zaten in 2, heel klein balkonnetje.

El piso está bastante mal aislado y se escuchan mucho los ruidos. Nos coincidió que había niños en el piso de arriba que no paraban de correr y gritar y además hay obras justo debajo de la ventana. El conjunto fue desesperante. El sofá cama para dos personas como sean grandes... duermes en las tablas.

• Martina (8/5): Struttura in ottima posizione, dotata di tutto il necessario per qualche giorno a Valencia. Luminosa, comoda e con uno s - Ottima posizione e funzionale negli spazi e nei servizi offerti. Non é acusticamente riparata dal rumore delle scale interne ma é un piccolo dettaglio che non influisce particolarmente sul soggiorno.

We paid the insurance, we looked after the property and as I got off the plane in Ireland my money was back in my account. We had a few issues with our flights etc been changed. Flats friends could not have been more helpful. Thank you a fab trip. Nothing exactly what we wanted if I was going to nit pick, we were four women another mirror would have been good. 😂😂

Posizione centrale per poter raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi il Mercato Centrale. Pulizia eccellente e letti confortevoli. Apprezzabile l'aver trovato in frigo delle bottigliette di acqua. Seppur situato in una zona tranquilla di Valencia, i serramenti e la porta di ingresso non riescono a dare una buona isolazione acustica. Se avete il sonno leggero consiglio di avere un paio di tappi.

Pulito e accessoriato I giorni che siamo arrivati, era freddo ma in camera abbiamo dovuto montare un termo portatile e in bagno non c’era riscaldamento. Il materasso buono ma i cuscini troppi bassi per noi. Nota per chi ha la macchina tutti i parcheggi sono a pagamento. No strisce bianche.

• dejalme (7/5): É preciso fazer manutenção na parte eletrica e trocar os colchoes - Apartamento tem uma boa localização pois se consegue ir para o centro da cidade, bem equipado com todos os utensílios de cozinha, bom chuveiro, Durante a hospedagem estava um pouco frio e infelizmente nao pudemos ligar todos os aquecedores do apartamento pois o disjuntor do do quadro energia desarma devido a sobrecarga, com isto nossa hospedagem foi um pouco confusa. O colchão do sofá cama da sala é muito ruim, os demais tambem precisam ser trocados, o sinais de wifi cai a todo instante.

• Ania (10/5): Super czysto i blisko centrum, polecam 😊 - Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste i w bardzo przyjemnej lokalizacji, blisko centrum. Miejsce godne polecenia, super kontakt z właścicielem, przejrzyste instrukcje dostania się do budynku i z zakwaterowaniem. Super opcja z tarasem, który jest spory i ma duży stół, przy którym można zjeść posiłek 😊. Duży plus za grzejniki, wieczorami potrafiło być chłodno. Polecam! Jedyny problem mieliśmy na początku z zamkiem w drzwiach, ale po oględzinach zrozumieliśmy, że drzwi nie należy 'dopychać' do końca, wtedy wszystko działa jak należy!

Quiet (although building site early start while we were there). Great that was dog friendly, but 25 euros a night for dog rather than per stay was a bit steep.
• Marian (9/5): Fijn appartement met heerlijk dakterras op goede locatie aan rand van het centrum. - Ruim appartement met veel licht en vrolijke kleuren. Wij zaten op een hoek met twee franse balkons en hadden een verdieping hoger een heerlijk dakterras. (alleen appartementen op bovenste verdieping hebben een dakterras.). Goede locatie op loopafstand van centrum. Grote supermarkt dichtbij. De douche in het bad is matig, ook qua waterdruk. Er kwam, vanwege bouwwerkzaamheden er schuin tegenover nogal wat lawaai van buiten maar dat is tijdelijk.

• Emiel (7/5): Aangenaam verblijf in het centrum van Valencia. - We hadden de twee appartementen met dakterras; het appartement met 2 slaapkamers is krap bemeten. De tweede slaapkamer is erg klein. De woonkamer ook, waarschijnlijk doordat die is opgeofferd voor de tweede slaapkamer. Het appartement met 1 slaapkamer heeft een ruime en mooie, lichte woonkamer. Het parkeren ging probleemloos, op ca. 5 minuten lopen van ons appartment, In de buurt zijn verschillende leuke restaurants/cafetaria's. Het is maar een klein stuk lopen naar het echte centrum: kathedraal en stadhuisplein. De tweede slaapkamer is erg krap. De woonkamer is donker en krap. De verlichting mag beter zijn, vooral een extra (sfeer)licht in de woonkamer. Het hele appartement mag ook wel gerenoveerd worden; het is allemaal een beetje oud en versleten. Een beetje schilderen zou al veel uitmaken. Maar desondanks wel schoon!

• Gutiérrez de la Peña (8/5): Apartamento limpio y bien situado - La localización muy cerca de Torres Quarts, Gran Vía, y centro de Valencia. El apartamento estaba muy limpio. No hacen fácil el check in, es un edificio de apartamentos turísticos y somos los clientes los que tenemos que cumplimentar todos los datos para el check in, un trámite bastante engorroso. Tampoco nos gustó que nos exigieran una fianza de 200 euros antes de entrar en el apartamento. Entiendo que se exija fianza pero para ello lo normal es poder ver el piso y no tener que dar el número de la tarjeta antes de entrar. Por lo menos, nos han devuelto pronto la fianza.

• BettaBev (9/5): Pulitissimo - L' appartamento era super pulito ed esattamente come in foto. La cucina funzionale ed attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Ho dormito sul divano che ho trovato comodo. I cuscini troppo sottili ma è un aspetto molto soggettivo; è bastato chiedere alla reception e subito ne hanno portati altri. La posizione è buona, a circa 10 minuti dal centro e dalla fermata della metro per aeroporto. A pochi metri c'è una gastronomia, un market e qualche locale anche per fare colazione. Il personale al check in è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Forse l'appartamento è un poco umido ma, quando abbiamo soggiornato noi, ha piovuto molto Niente altro.

Tuż obok ogród botaniczny,najdłuższy spacer do Miasta Sztuki i Nauki 4 km,ale można też dojechac transportem miejskim. Blisko sklepy,piękne klimatyczne uliczki,zabytki . • Mara (9/5): Great value for money - Large apartment, full of light, clean, fully equipped, in walking distance from the metro and to the old town. The host was really nice, available for any questions and proactively communicating with us; appreciated that, even though our original room had to be changed, we still got access to the private rooftop terrace at no additional cost. Was a great stay and would book again for a following trip to Valencia. Right across the street there was a big construction site, at no fault of the host though.

Apartamento limpio y ordenado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. No hay queja alguna que mencionar.

• Giulia (8/5): - L'appartamento è centralissimo. È pulito ed è stato super facile fare il self check in. Le stanze sono spaziose e luminose. C'é tutto l'indispensabile: aria condizionata, frigorifero, ventole per l'aria sul soffitto delle camere. Tutto a pochi passi. Il letto del salone (divano letto) era molto scomodo, il materasso non sarà stato alto più di 10 cm e sprofondava al centro. Nel salone, c'era un profumatore per ambienti, l'odore era veramente troppo forte, ma questo, è secondo il mio parere. In strada, c'è trambusto fino a tardi, ovviamente non c'entra nulla l'appartamento di per se, ma è giusto saperlo
