- Virginie (6/5): Bien mais pas top ! - Nous apprécions venir dans cet établissement pour son ambiance familiale et chaleureuse. Toutefois, nous souhaitions apporter un bémol concernant l’accueil de la responsable de l’établissement, que nous avons trouvé assez froid et peu bienveillant envers les enfants. Lors de notre dîner, le menu enfant proposé était composé de boudin blanc accompagné d’une jardinière de légumes. Nous avons d’abord pensé à une plaisanterie. Nous comprenons parfaitement qu’un samedi soir, une table composée d’un adulte et de trois enfants ne soit pas forcément la plus rentable, mais l’offre de restauration pour les familles reste limitée, et nous étions simplement heureux de pouvoir dîner sur place. Ce qui nous a surtout dérangés n’est pas tant l’absence d’un menu enfant classique — cela aurait pu nous être indiqué simplement — mais davantage le ton employé et certaines remarques un peu moralisatrices, notamment autour du fait que « les enfants ne mangent pas de légumes ». Hormis cette expérience avec la responsable, l’ensemble de l’équipe ainsi que notre séjour ont été très agréables.

- Thomas (7/5): Nuit normal, petit déjeuné au top, mais je m’attendais à mieux à vue de la notoriété de l’hotel - Le petit déjeuné est très bon ! Ça a été la cerise sur le gâteau. L’ensemble du bâtiment est très propre. Beaucoup d’éléments sont vétustes , dans « leur jus ». C’est un bon dans le temps , qui peut ne pas être mauvais pour tout le monde mais je ne m’attendais pas à ça ( le bar , la salle de restaurant , les portes des chambres). Sur booking il est précisé « chambre insonorisée ». Malheureusement elles ne le sont pas. Il y a 2 cm de jour sous chaque bas de porte.

Il faut changer votre système : instaurer que le buffet et le service pourront être disponibles jusqu'à 9h30 inclus. En clair, qu'on puisse venir prendre son petit dej a 9h30 et que l'on puisse se servir complètement jusqu'à 9h30 inclus. Et non pas , commencer à tout débarrasser avant 9h30.. Nous avons guère apprécié de voir que les deux personnes ont commencé a vider le buffet alors que nous étions encore à table vers 09h20... Personne n'est venu nous demander si nous souhaitions encore profiter du buffet.. Ce qui était le cas, mais les ingrédients qui nous intéressaient avaient déjà été enlevé 10 mn avant soit disant la fin d'horaire prévue. Pas très appréciable comme situation. Dommage , car votre buffet est excellent..très excellent même..

Le personnel à la réception est assez peu aimable et ne fait preuve d'aucune souplesse (demande d'une facture individuelle servant de note de frais refusée "on ne peut pas"). A aucun moment, pour un séjour de 3 nuits avec petit-déjeuner plus repas dans restaurant de l'hôtel, on ne s'inquiète de notre satisfaction. Au moment du départ c'est nous qui avons salue les réceptionnistes autrement nous aurions quitté l'établissement sans un mot !

Vieille moquette tachée, se soulevant par endroit, tapisserie se décollant, crasse et 2 mm de poussière sur les plinthes derrière la tête de lit, toile d'araignée. Bref la gouvernante ne fait pas son travail de contrôle depuis très longtemps.

- SCHOLZEN (5/5): Je retournerai dans cette région, mais plus à cet hôtel, les prix ont trop grimpé !! - les paysages sont fabuleux, en revanche, la chambre trop bruyante, (la route devant l'hôtel et trop de trafic même en pleine nuit). Le matin au petit déjeuner, un groupe d'allemands de 25 ou 30 personnes faisaient un boucan incroyable. Et malheureusement on m'a placé à côté de ce groupe. Et payer 18 eur pour ce petit déjeuner ; PLUS JAMAIS !!!! le bruit général, lors de la nuit et au petit déjeuner

- Jörg (6/5): Nicht so toll - Service der Gastronomie lässt zu wünschen übrig Erst steht man ewig am Restaurant vor der Tafel auf der „Bitte hier warten“ steht um dann zu erfahren dass man sich für Kaffee und Kuchen bitte auf die Terasse setzen soll, dort kommt dann über 10 Minuten wieder niemand und wir mussten aufstehen und jemanden vom Personal bitten einen Kellner zu schicken Im Zimmer extrem heiß und stickig, Fenster öffnen aufgrund von Straßenlärm leider auch keine Option Bad sehr schön renoviert (Einziges Problem: Leider kommt aus der Duschebrause nur ein klägliches Rinnsal) Mitarbeiterin an Rezeption war super hilfsbereit und freundlich und hat sich sehr eingesetzt uns erfolgreich einen Tisch zum Abendessen zu reservieren!

- Brian (4/5): Very disappointing - Fabulous view from room. Junior staff excellent, very helpful and polite. Breakfast expensive. Budget breakfast poor. Dinner good - when it was available. When booked into a hotel, dinner bookings are usually available until midday - but not here. Unless booked the day before they were not available. We were told that the restaurant was full on three occasions when on checking in the evening it clearly was not it was just that the hotel had decided to only set half of the tables. So no consideration for guests just the staffing levels. Senior staff most unhelpful about this, surly even. Room a bit scruffy and not well equipped.
- Chris (4/5): Faded Glory - The location is ok. Right by the lake. La Ferme restaurant was very good. Young pleasant staff and a brilliant atmosphere. My wife is gluten-free so that split the fondue for two into separate pans. First class. Breakfast at €17 too expensive. We took it and you would have to be a glutton to get your moneys worth. Our initial room was incredibly small and located in a little area along with two other rooms behind a fire door. Carpet and chair was stained. Complained and got a slightly better room but still very poor value for money. A hotel of faded glory that had certainly seen better times I’m afraid
- Andrew (7/5): Overall a good stay, a few things that we will know for next time, but there will be a next time! - Its location is great! The staff are friendly and more than willing to help. Their English is much better than our French and they tried to understand our broken vocabulary and help where they could. The bed was very comfy! The breakfast is crazy expensive for what it is, I’d recommend not having that. The sheets in the room had a funny smell to them, like they had been laundered and then not dried fully before being put away. Almost smelt like a curry! Nothing that put us off and we soon didn’t notice until coming back into the room. The bathroom is quite basic and could do with a shower head holder and shower curtain. But we made do with what was there.

- Dave (4/5): Disappointing - Not much The word that best sums up this hotel is “pretentious”. It styles itself as a four-star establishment, but is actually only an acceptable three-star. After a room change to one that met my requested access with no stairs, I found the room lacking in charm. Although the corridors were carpeted, the room was fitted with vinyl flooring, giving it a cool atmosphere. The work area was a wooden table of barely adequate size, but fitted with a plate-glass top, making it useless as a mouse pad. The restaurant was expensive, but served a mise-en-bouche of cuisses de grenouilles soup, a novelty for me. I was disappointed that the escargots were served, not in their shells, but without their shells and cooked in a red wine sauce, not what I had expected. I would only use this hotel again if there was no alternative available in the area.

- francis (8/5): Chauffage - Chambre non chauffée malgré l'affichage ventilo et 24° qui nous laissait penser que c'était en route et fallait attendre... 3 heures plus tard vraiment frais nous sommes descendus on nous a informé qu'il fallait appuyer sur l'un des boutons afin qu'une lumière verte s'allume pour que chauffage se déclenche, qu'il ne fallait pas tenir compte de l'affichage!! Comment le savoir ? C'est notre première expérience dans un 4 étoiles...sinon très belle chambre.

- MARIE CLAIRE (4/5): Ne mérite pas 3 étoiles - Hôtel ne méritant pas les 3 étoiles, mini salle de bains avec toilettes… et lits jumeaux pas confortables, dans «son jus ». Ne mérite que 2 étoiles.
- Sunil (8/5): Really enjoyed our stay, location is great and friendly staff. - Really enjoyed our stay. Evening meal in the hotel restaurant for Monday was very busy , food and service was brilliant. Staff happy, very polite, friendly and more than happy to help. Will definitely stay here again. Choice of food at buffet breakfast - too many cakes, no croissants. As we had a late breakfast some items were in short supply. Also there was no sausage and no orange juice - we had to ask for more which staff were happy to do.
- Eccaleobion (6/5): OK for one night - Nice restaurant with good food. Friendly staff Our room was smelly (mold or old smoke?).
- Guy (2/5): Very poor - Location Staff had very poor attitude and were at times rude.
